We had an appointment scheduled for next week and today I get an email that they would "pass" on the job. I assume it is because I requested documentation but I live in a condo and I have to get approval. The docs I asked for were pretty standard and should be readily available. It's a shame because I was starting with a toilet replacement but have thousands of dollars worth of work I need done. They may have a 5-star rating but only from 13 people. I wouldn't waste your time. Updated 5/4. After I posted my review I was contacted immediately and assured that there was a miscommunication and they would gladly do the job. We scheduled the job for tomorrow and when I got in touch to confirm I was told they never put it on the schedule. Their lack of professionalism is disappointing. I've been trying to get a plumber here to replace my toilet since March and now because of their second cancellation it's May and my new toilet is still sitting in my hallway. Their response below is untrue. I was not rude or impolite, I was just persistent so I could gather the information that was needed. Tom of TJ and JRs services came by today to fix a phantom leak we just can't locate. They were incredibly professional and spent a good amount of time looking but refused to start cutting away until they knew where the leak was located.
