They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following. This one is conveniently located in Annandale off Little River Turnpike & the best thing about it is how large is it. The fuel pumps are in such a big area that it is super easy to get in and out. A new feature they have as you start fueling is a little computer screen that plays advertisements to keep you company while you pump, lol. They have air ($1.50 cash for 3 min or a calibrated air pump for $1.50 cash or $1.75 credit card), vacuums, food mart service center, & they sell propane & ice. I chose the calibrating one but it would not let me calibrate it to what I wanted/needed & I was stuck with the preset psi so that's a bummer. It says on the Yelp site that they are closed today, Sunday, but they are very much open!
