Avoid Marfa at all costs! Our experience with their custom kitchen was a disaster. The designer was incredibly difficult to work with, and the cabinets arrived damaged. We had to wait over a month for replacements, which came with missing pieces that we had to salvage from the damaged ones. Despite being custom, some pieces still needed to be cut. Their customer service is abysmal, often taking days or even a week to respond.
