They were super easy to deal with, professional, and accommodating. My Mother was so impressed with how she was treated; she told me to "let people know how wonderful they were." Highly recommend them for well services. Thanks, Luke.

We called Huemann Well (also great guys) to ask about chlorination but they were heavily booked and recommended AAA (great thing to do) but they said they were booked for two weeks and to call Huemann ! When I explained the situation John said he might squeeze us in as he'd be in the area. He called the next day, was three minutes out, came in and was very thorough checking the well tank, well, and helping my wife shutdown everything then did the chlorination explaining everything fully. Kudos AAA Pump & Well and John in particular!

The woman who took my call was very pleasant and explained the process and was able to get me on the schedule rather quickly. The two workers arrived promptly on time and also called to give an approximate time of when they would arrive. They were informative, courteous and knowledgeable. They placed a cover on the floor in front of the fireplace to make sure that no damage or debris was on my wood floor. They explained how to turn on my fireplace and they did an inspection both of the fireplace inside and the venting outside. Plus they give a bottle of hot sauce! Highly recommend!

What…read moreI appreciated the most was the gentleman who serviced us told us plainly our dryer was in excellent shape and told us how to service it next time we had an issue (clean out lint from outside vents, trim back branches from that area, etc.). If we had called a firm like Sears I honestly am not positive they would have provided similar advice because they make money by selling washers, dryers, etc. The great news our dryer was fine and my wife had actually fixed the issue earlier, but we gained peace of mind in knowing our dryer was in excellent shape and that if we had an issue we had a relationship with a firm that we could trust.

Thank you for the owner (man who is in the picture....found this to be true after a few people…read moreindicated the guy in the picture is indeed one of the owners) for not getting back to my neighbor and I to which he aggressively harassed us while we were standing waiting for the bus stop with our children. The worker was going a little fast down the street (it was very foggy) and because we all have to stand on the street because the sidewalk is not plowed, it's a safety issue...so the other mom just merely put her arms up to signal like "WTH slow down". Well, the worker stopped his van and got out of the car and was screaming and swearing at us, and I told him to get back in his van and it is totally uncalled for to yell at two women in front of the children. But he would not stop. Then eventually he got back in his work van, after he saw the bus coming. We called the company and let them know of the situation and asked for the owner to call us back. Never got a call back. Instead, the secretary called back and said "he was just having a bad day". Really? Thats an awful excuse for your enraged worker who verbally attacked two women who had children present.
