After trying to help me troubleshoot my well pump over the phone we needed to make an appointment for him to come out and check it in person. He was able to make it out that same day ( late Friday)and performed a temporary repair to get my water back on until Monday morning when he could get to the parts supply house to pick up the new well pump that I needed. John came out a few months ago and helped me identify a leaking pipe in the house which a previous plumber and well guy couldn't. He offered a few suggestions on how to solve my low pressure issue as well. I could tell he was genuine and was not trying to make money just for the sake of it. For that reason when I need to replace my well tank (which is very soon) I am only going to him!! I am selling my house and had to resolve some issues with the well and water. John came out, as scheduled, and fixed my well cap and chlorinated the well. Outstanding service. We thought we needed a new expansion tank for our well. John came out and told us the blatter had simply deflated. He reinflated it, saving us nearly $1800.
