What a nightmare. I…read moreplaced an online pickup order to be picked up yesterday from this Aldi location. I received a text that they did not have anyone available to fulfill the order yesterday so it would be running late. No problem! I dont mind coming late as this service is a convenience and I just appreciate not having to spend the extra time in the store myself. This morning I get a text message AND an email that my Aldi order is complete and ready for pickup. Great! I head over the store and bring my dog since they just bring it out to me and I wont have to actually go into the store. I get there and realize that the text stating my order was complete did not come with a link to let the store know I am there (like it usually does). No problem, I can just call the store directly and let them know I've arrived. Well, it turns out that in the name of saving money, Aldi no longer lists the number to stores so I am not able to contact the store directly. Normally I would just head inside at this point and let them know I'm here, but its been unusually hot outside and I had my dog with me (since I was not supposed to have to go inside) and I dont want to leave him in the heat incase they take a while to gather the bags for my order. So now I find a customer support number for Aldi in general and spend almost 30 minutes on the phone with customer service while I contact them, they contact the store, and then they tell me what the store said (efficient, right?) This is when they tell me that although the email, app, and texts say that my order is ready, they do not have my order. Apparently its "stuck in the system" and although every form of communication Aldi has says it's ready and to come pick it up, they dont have it. You might be thinking, what's the big deal? Why not just go drop the dog off and come back and shop for yourself? Great idea! Except the hold on my card is still active. So now I dont have any groceries and I dont have the money to buy the groceries in person, which although would have been annoying considering this whole process has already taken almost an hour of day, would have at least been better than not having groceries or the money for them. I tell this to customer support and instead of them being able to cancel the order and release the hold on my card, they have to "escalate" the issue and I wont get my money back until I hear from the escalation team which will take "at least" 24 hours - possibly more. So now I have no groceries, do not have access to the money to buy groceries, and will have to wait at least a day, probably more in order to get that back. What was the advice from the Aldi Customer Support associate as I ask what I'm supposed to do with no groceries and no money for groceries? "I cannot do anything about that" Nice.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! Jorji just has this level of agitation…read morethat keeps her from doing her job well. She struggles to multi task which causes her to be resentful and argumentative. The last two times I've been there by the time we got to the purchase, she had worked herself into a tizzy. I'm just there to buy stuff. Not for drama or lectures or to be an inconvenience to staff. I'm going to lighten their load in that regard.

I like tagging along because I always find an unexpected treasure. They have some of the coolest treats and treasures. I love trying things I've never had before... along with my standards and favorites. I found a wonderful pastry today called "Danish Kringle". It was really great. Almost ate the entire thing as soon as I got home. The pumpkin filling was excellent, the pastry was tender and flaky... Really great! I found a bottle (glass) of "Triple Ginger Brew" with awesome ginger flavor. Then I got a couple bottles of my favorite Italian red wine " Susumaniello". All in all it was a good day at "Trader Joe's".

Ollie's is a cluttered bargain basement store with all of the random stuff you never knew you wanted. It's a bit messy, and some of the aisle are a bit narrow. But you fight through along with all the other folks doing the same. If you want christian books and bibles, theyve got a whole aisle for your cult materials. Enjoy!

They gave me a customer care number I called them. They said they did not have an order for me. Same thing my Painesville, Ohio Giant Eagle said they did not have my order. I was perturbed. It took me awhile to get that order together. , but it didn't get through. Very disappointing. I wanted to do a curbside pick up so because I've been sick.

The MinuteClinic is more reliable treating my insured family than our own covered family doctor. I have been so pleased that I've been able to count on CVS. Whether it's in the MinuteClinic being seen as a person rather than looked through as merely a number to check off. The pharmacy staff has put up with me graciously through the years with my own medical struggles and when my children are sick. Needless to say he moved his prescription to another pharmacy. Now , I went in today to buy Claritin D and got treated poorly. They approved the sale of the meds but their computer system froze and was unable to purchase it. So they tried again but now I am not eligible to purchase Pseudoephedrine for another 15 days. So I NEVER got the meds and can't get them for 15 days. When I asked what to do. The attendant said I could drive to another state. Really. This store is awful. Do not patron this franchise.
