The ingredients were all farm fresh. The wrap was full and plentiful. My wife could only eat half. The area we found for improvement would be to offer salsa on the side for the wraps. They do not heavily salt the food, which I think is a good thing. It allows the flavor of the fresh ingredients to shine. However, without salsa, you feel the wrap needs salt. As for the wait time, it was longer than we are accustomed to. This is not a fast food restaurant. This is a quality specialty restaurant. If you plan to visit, understand that your food is being made fresh with fresh, healthy, natural ingredients, not food that has been sitting under heat lamps. It will be worth the wait. Just be sure you plan for it. I will definitely be back. Gotta try the burgers.

My husband enjoyed the PH burger, definitely felt like we were getting our money's worth, which a meal is 18 bucks or so. Caution on add ons/exchanges! The cashier asked what rice I wanted and she told me the options, so I said Ill try the turmeric and didnt think to ask if there was extra cost, but it was a dollar extra.

The pricing is pretty fair at $14.95 for a BYO considering they have over 40 (yes, I counted) options across their rice, salad, topping, dip and finishing sauce options. Definitely recommend for a quick dinner or lunch and also the inside is so pretty. Perfect for photos lol. And the staff is very sweet! Proteins need to be HOTTER in my opinion but that's my preference not a deal breaker

I'd definitely go back to try the other proteins and mix ins.

We saw this place across the street from Schlotzsky's and decided to give it a try. The sandwich was cold through and through (it's supposed to be) but the bread was cold and kind of tough, like it was in the fridge? Idk but a cold sandwich even at Schlotzsky's has either toasted bread or room temp bread not cold. The broccoli cheddar soup was fine- I didn't even finish it. The worker was nice but I don't see us coming back or thinking about this place again. It was empty when we went in and pretty much stayed that way.

IMO they have best dirty rice in this price point and fast food. Chicken has good taste but sometimes they give you pieces that are more batter than chicken. Their best item is their rolls! Always fresh and perfect with a little butter. Service is hit or miss. Today the cashier was in bad mood no smile, tossed the food at me and then slammed the drivethrough windows. They did forget my zing seasoning which is what they use to make the chicken spicy. The interior of restaurant is normally clean and feels homey. But didnt have to go in this time.

She deserves major kudos, we really like her. and truthfully she's the first impression that guests have. The food is always fresh and store is always clean. The only gripe I have is the restroom. I had to literally hold my breath when I went in there so for that reason I avoid using it while I'm there (which isn't helpful because I have several young children and an infant who needs diaper changes). Another customer recommended the chicken however I'm anemic so I had the beef But next time I will try the chicken. My kids didn't want to eat it bc it didn't look appealing. I added the sausage and egg to their taco. It was one tiny piece of sausage for each of their tacos along with a few sprinkles of dried up over cook egg. At over $4/taco, and almost a 30 minute wait, this is not what you expect. There were maybe 5-7 cars in line. I also ordered a cup of chicken tortilla soup (which did not have much flavor, but I suspect because I visited early), and I ordered a guacamole taco with corn tortilla. This is the second time I order this taco and did not get what I ask for. Instead, I got an avocado taco...smh. I ended up late to my event, despite leaving my house 1.5 hours early to allow for time to stop for breakfast. Because of the wait, I'd say not good for kids. The drive through service was excellent.
