Flauta and soup combo

The service at the front of the house needs work. You walk in and get ignored until staff feels like helping you. When they do acknowledge your existence you get a mumbled "can I help you?" The food tastes freshly made and is always yummy. The restaurant is always clean. The wait time on food also could be improved. Overall the experience while I'm dining in is pleasant however, the service at the beginning with the host and cashier needs to be more inviting in my opinion. I'm sorry that me being a paying customer is irritating you. Is what I think while I'm standing there.

There are other Las Palapas that are great but this one is NOT. Very hit or miss everytime I come. From receiving order wrong, to getting poorly made food. This time I ordered the steak bowl and received more rice than anything else with 4 pieces of edible meat. My daughter ordered pancakes which are available all day. They were extremely thin, rubbery and she couldn't eat them. Save yourself money go to another location.

Terrible location! Everything about the visit was bad. We went through the drive through and got told to wait further up in the line. We waited for over 15 minutes and got home and the order was incorrect. Absolutely terrible.

Complimentary chips and salsa Pina Agua Fresca $2.69

This is a brand new location that is kept very clean, service is quick and efficient. Plenty of parking, seating, and waiting (to go orders) seating available. Cat was my server and she was absolutely fantastic, made sure I had everything and was prompt. I like that the chips were served warm, had different salsa offerings, my "small" drink was actually huge, and I had the choice of corn or flour tortillas on the side. I had the chicken enchiladas con crema which were really good! I switched out the beans for a little "salad". Overall I am very pleased with this restaurant!

"Huevos rancheros"

Waited 20 min for room temp food and huevos rancheros with no vegetables or seasoning. The sauce was watery and no flavor. The potatoes weren't cooked all the way. Beans were good but that was the only thing good. Service is always great but food lacks like crazy.

Another $4 added by THEM!!!

I was really disappointed with my recent visit(12/13/25). I left a tip that DID cover the 15% service charge, only to find out later that the restaurant added an additional tip on top of what I already left. The food itself was fine, but the way the bill was handled makes me hesitant to return. Transparency matters, and this experience missed the mark. I will be sure to go by and let them know as well since I will be moving by that area soon. What a DAMMMMMM SHAME!!!

Okay, so I'm learning not to believe everything on Yelp. Today I tried La Palapas for the first time, and it was an experience. I decided to walk there from my house -- about 45 minutes -- which made the food feel even more rewarding when I sat down. The place itself feels good: clean, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. I ordered the tamales plate that came with rice, beans, and salad. The sauces were the star for me -- especially the red and green. They've also got a brown one that's spicier, but I passed this time. Since it was happy hour, I added a mango margarita and some guacamole. All in all, about $25-27 for everything, and I really enjoyed it. The walk, the food, the drink -- it all came together. I'll definitely be back again. Pictures coming soon. Jasmine was my waitress , awesome personality!!!

Saw this relatively new location (Talley Rd & Culebra) on our way home and decided to stop in for dinner. Glad we did! Louis, our Server, was friendly and efficient from start to finish. Our food was freshly cooked; yet, didn't take too long to arrive. The Restaurant was Clean and well staffed. The new General Manager (Cipriano) stopped by our table to ensure everything was as expected. We will be back! By the way, they also have a Bar and several big screen TVs.

Not even a full egg in there! potato taco with a side of egg smh

The food is so cold !!!! Blue collar worker here, wake up early and probably the first one to be at the restaurant, tacos are always cold, food taste is so bland and the portion is crazy little for what you pay. how are you gonna give me a potato taco with a side of egg like that ain't even a full egg, expect better results than this!

Drive-through service is very slow. I could've went to Mexico and bought food and came back home. It would've been faster.

They have some really fun food options, we tried a goat cheese PB & j burger and it was super good, but I believe they change up their menu every so often, another hit was the Macaroni, and the jalapeno bacon jammin' burger and the fried pickles if you love fried pickles like we do then you won't be disappointed ordering them here! We tried some of their brews they had on tap and they were good! (I'm not a beer drinker but I brought two beer lovers with me to try!) They also have a large selection of other beer favorites for you to choose from! Also, we loved how friendly and kind the staff were with our kids! Friendly staff is always a bonus! Overall we enjoyed our time and will be back to try more of their beer & food! Tip: they have a kids menu but you have to ask them for it as it's not on their menu which is digital.

The crust was doughy and the toppings tasted off. It didn't have much cheese. We asked if they still made them from scratch and our server said nothing had changed. It just wasn't great. The wings were meh--just ok. Our server was super nice and friendly. She recommended a couple beers for us to try and we ended up ordering a second round. Very pleased with the service. They have several TVs so it was nice to watch the games playing. It wasn't too loud. I like the atmosphere. A mix of high top tables, standard tables and bar seating. I think next time we'll try something different on the menu.

This particular day we stopped by for a late lunch on a weekday. Completely different vibes to when you come at night during the weekend. On the weekends it's bit more lively, but not overstimulating. We ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza, a Buffalo Classic Pizza, and a Bacon Cheeseburger. Their burgers are always a good option, along with their pizzas. We got 2 - 12 inch pizzas which is plenty for 3 people. I will say that we won't be ordering the Buffalo Classic again, it was just too tangy and we were not a fan of the blue cheese crumbles. Besides that, the food is good and comes out quickly.

Once inside asked for someplace quieter so my parents with hearing impairments could enjoy the meal. Not to mention the music was so loud was hurting my ears and had to get within 3 ft of the hostess just to speak and be understood. After taken to a table directly under a speaker when once again the table runner couldn't even understand me, we went back to the front. Here's the rub, after asking once again if they could seat us somewhere where the music wasn't so loud you couldn't talk, was told nowhere would do. After asking if the music could be turned down a bet was told. This is the lower manager likes it played at. The young woman at the front then started getting upset and told me we were welcome to eat somewhere else.If we didn't like it. Was also told that it's a sports bar, and that's just how the atmosphere is.Even though the restaurant was full of children and families trying to enjoy themselves. I'm sure that if I asked someone from the EPA to go in and assess the restaurant, they are clearly above the 85 decibel threshold. I would not recommend this restaurant for anybody with families, small children, wanting to socialize, elderly or veterans who will not be able to enjoy their meal and share any kind of coversation.

2/5 stars I came…read morehere around 10:00 p.m. on a Sunday, about an hour before closing. There was no line, only a few people sitting at the bar, so I wasn't expecting a long wait. The first issue was using the InKind app. We spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out how to use it because ordering ahead wasn't working, and none of the employees seemed familiar with the process. One employee was patient, friendly, and genuinely tried to help us figure it out, which I appreciated. After finally placing our order, we were told it would take about 15 minutes. Instead, we waited roughly 40 minutes, and didn't receive our food until 11:00 p.m., right at closing. I understand we came during the last hour before closing, which is why I specifically asked if we had enough time. If the kitchen was backed up or our order was going to take 40+ minutes that late in the evening, I would have completely understood. I just wish we had been told that up front instead of being quoted 15 minutes. By the time we received our food, it was closing time. Thankfully we ordered it to go, because if we'd planned to eat there, we wouldn't have had the opportunity. When our food was finally ready, the bag was already ripping because something inside had leaked. The employee noticed right away, grabbed two new bags, and repacked everything, which I appreciated. We ordered quite a bit to sample the menu: the Cali Chick (lettuce wrapped), Hot Chick, Buff Chick, Little Mule, Totchos, onion strings, sweet potato fries, and a Teriyaki Chicken Caesar Wrap (which we haven't tried yet, so I can't comment on that one). Unfortunately, the food we did eat was very disappointing. The lettuce-wrapped Cali Chick was a mess--the lettuce was so wilted it couldn't even function as a wrap. The onion strings, Totchos, and sweet potato fries had all lost their crispness by the time we got them, and everything was lukewarm or cold. The Little Mule ended up being our favorite burger, while the Hot Chick definitely delivered on the spice. Ironically, the sweet potato fries were my favorite side, even though they came in the smallest portion. Our total was over $100 before the InKind discount, and I honestly wouldn't pay full price for this meal. The quality just didn't match the price. I don't know if the kitchen was short-staffed or if something else was going on that night, but waiting 40 minutes after being quoted 15 minutes--especially with almost no one else ordering--only to receive cold, soggy food was incredibly disappointing. I do want to give credit to the employee who helped us. He was polite, apologized several times for the delay, and even repacked our order when he noticed the leaking bag. Unfortunately, the overall experience and food quality just didn't live up to the price. Based on this visit, I couldn't justify spending over $100 for the experience we received. I hope this was just an off night, but it was disappointing enough that I felt it deserved a 2-star review.
