We ordered pizza here last night and boy did they not disappoint. The pizza was still very hot and fresh which was nice. Not like most places that by the time it gets to you it's cold. Flavor was delicious, taste fresh and homemade. The driver was also very kind and helpful. We will def be ordering more pizza from here. read more

We ordered a pizza and they forgot the pepperoni . We called the location and John/ Sean made it right. he made a second pizza and door dash disappeared with it sadly. My husband and I ordered Marcos Pizza for the first time and we really liked it; it was delicious. Now I ordered again, and my order wasn't what I had asked for. I went to return it, and they told me to wait 10 minutes. It took me 35 minutes to get the other pizza. Also, the black young lady who was serving me was wearing headphones and never heard me when I was talking she was kinda rude It was a very bad experience; I really don't recommend it. read more

Ordered delivery very early o. 31st. I know it is a busy day. Delivery set for 6:30pm. At 7:50pm called and talked to a very rude young man. Said they were very far behind and I tried to tell him about my order. Hung up on me and immediately received a notification that my order was delivered. Tried to call several times until someone finally answered the phone, said he was manager. Told me to get a hold of them next day for a credit, unacceptable. Lost a customer forever and they can check my order history, have ordered for years, never again. read more

For starters, I walked in to seeing a lady making a pizza w/ no gloves. I communicated my genuine concerns to the register person and he told me he can assure me they wash their hands thoroughly throughout the the shift. I then witnessed the lady use a broom or mop and go back to making a pizza. You can guess the rest.... The pizza was horrible:( read more

I had the worst experience. I ordered online for delivery after a long day at work. The online application has no chance to review order, so I trusted it took my toppings. So I ended up ordering a custom cheese only pizza. To add insult to worse, I called the location. They said my online order said a custom order pizza wirh only cheese. Who does that? I added three toppings! No review on website. Who runs this. Called location. They said they will correct, but never said I have to pick up. That's why I ordered delivery. Called an hour later to be told I needed to pick up. Please fix this because I love your pizzas. Bottom line: people need to review order online. I had a feeling the website was wrong, but how do you verify? I reluctantly accepted order online hoping you didn't screw it up. My bad. read more

Disappointed once again. Been ordering ever since we lived in the area. Not sure under new management or what. But, I keep coming back hoping they do it right. I even sent a picture to management. I asked for a 1/2 & 1/2 & add extra everything that is an extra cost & get maybe a couple of extras on a few slices. We're paying $45 plus for this medium pizza. (Our choice). It's highway robbery if you can't get what you paid for. Just not the same. We will need to look for another Pizza place. They need a quality controller to make sure order is correct. FYI, drivers are great! read more

I'm a huge pizza fan and to tell you the truth, I'm not very picky. As long as the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted, I will eat it. That said, I have had bad pizza in the past. Not all pizzas are alike, but Marco's did not disappoint. The crust was the perfect combination of thickness and crispiness. The toppings available are plentiful. The prices are excellent. We went to lunch and got a small pizza and a drink for $8. The small pizza is pretty big. I took half of it home and ate it the next day. When the pizza was delivered to our table, they offered us dipping sauces. The restaurant is small with only a handful of tables, but I think their majority of sales come from take out. The employees were friendly and even offered us to go cups for our drinks. For those that don't want pizza, they also have wings, salads and sandwiches. Give this place a try. I know I plan on going back. read more

The pizzas are great if you can get one! My order never arrived. The delivery driver said she rang my doorbell and when I didn't answer she left it at the door. I went to the door and there was a UPS delivery person at another door so I asked if he saw anyone. He said he did not. No pizza and I'm still waiting for the refund. read more

Pizza is usually delivered hot and on-time. I have always liked the tracking app but lately they don't use it so it sits showing the pizza in prep forever and then jumps to delivered so you never know what's going on with your order. I hope they start using their tracking again soon. read more

Marco's pizza is my favorite of the delivery chains. Their pepperoni magnifico is magnificent. The Hawaiian with chicken, bacon, Canadian bacon and pineapple is delish! I love the way they do their crust and also, unlike some other chains, nothing is frozen everything is great. I like the roasted taste of the chicken. My only complaint is on occasion when calling in an order, either the order taker was uninterested or extra busy when asking about different specials. On another occasion, I almost walked away with a different order. read more

Super Bowl Sunday and I need a pizza for lunch. First really heard about this chain by watching an Undercover Boss. My daughter said she had seen one of their pizza delivery vehicles around while out and about. So knowing I needed something good for lunch I did a quick Yelp search and their it was! The location is brand new, neat and clean. About eight tables (all with napkins, Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes) or so, so kind of limited seating. But I'm sure they must get a lot of takeout. I was greeted soon after entering and the gentleman up front took my order. I'm a thin crust lover I went for a crispy thin pepperoni, green pepper and onion. Got to admit. I had to take a picture of the pizza while still in the parking lot. Photo tip - natural sunlight brings out the color in food! Noticed immediately it wasn't the normal slice, but cut across the pizza twice to make squares. I had to try it as soon as I opened it up. It was nice and hot. There was an ample amount of fresh toppings (great tasting onions) with a good sauce that was lightly put on. It's never good to rate nothing but sauce. The large three topping went for $13.52, so not bad. I'm not sure when I'll be back, but I will, next time I'll try one of their specialty pizzas. read more

Pizza was missing toppings. Not good business to not provide toppings that were paid for especially when they are pretty pricey. Also paid extra for side orders and they were missing too. Just provide a bland ass pizza. This is also the second time that this has happened so this place lost a customer. Similar reviews on here so don't be surprised if it happens to you too. read more

So I ordered my pizza on line. And the person That delivered my pizza was my next door neighbor. Seems the delivery guy delivered it to the wrong house rang the door bell gave it to the little kid that opened the door and sped away. So my neighbor rings my doorbell asking if it was mine. I said to my self well I'm sure the pizza will be good. Well the pizza was good but the cheese bread had a long hair in the Dough as I'm in the middle of my meal. This pizza isn't great but it's also not good. It's greasy watery. If that makes sense. The pizza sauce has zero flavor. It's extremely cheesy which was probably the best part. Tried the pizza and just left to a different restaurant. Save your money. Unless you like cheesy watery greasy pizza. read more

This is absolutely terrible. It rates UNDER Peter Piper pizza (ppp) and PPP SUCKS! Just plan nasty. This place might actually use the same method of cooking pizza as PPP. The crust taste like cardboard. So so Very thin. Super duper watery grease (hard to explain). Prices was reasonable/fair. Staff was nice , no issues there. The pizza is just nothing special. Terrible customer service. I walked in to order, was the only person in the store and wasn't acknowledged for 15 minutes. I get that sure they might be busy, but sheesh at least acknowledge me and say something like "I'll be right with you". After 15 minutes I just walked out and took my business elsewhere. read more

I ordered a cheese pizza with half pepperoni and half sausage. The flavor was good, but the dough was not crispy, somewhat chewy, and the slices flopped without holding their own weight. The amount of topping was very light, I felt ripped off. Nothing really stood out to justify the hype or the price. Maybe it was an off day, but for me it was not worth it.
