Even some of the toppings, such as the Italian sausage (?!) and the meatballs are made in house. Considering this is a small, family East Toledo joint, this fact is impressive, and the taste is even more impressive. The pizza sauce and cheese are usually perfect, in both volume and flavor. Topping are copious, and all thicknesses of crust are finished to perfection in the stone lined oven. If you're avoiding carbs, try the Italian salad. While not as awesome as Jo Jo's on Monroe, or even Inky's, Guy puts together a very nice antipasto salad; it's probably the third best in town. It could use a little more meat, IMO. The homemade Italian dressing, like the pizza sauce has great flavor. Check out the one star review review...it's a trip!
