They had a special for a smash burger and fries for $10 bucks that looked good but what caught my eye was the beef sandwiches. I ended up ordering the Blue Cheese Beef which consisted of shredded beef topped with melted blue cheese, bacon and tomatoes. One of my friends ordered the smash burger deal and my wife ordered the Cheesy Spinach flatbreads. We were also there early enough for the happy hour drink specials and ordered some draft beer. Our first drinks came pretty quickly and the food wasn't too far behind. My beef sandwich came with an au jus sauce and a side of tater tots. This sandwich was amazing and I will probably order it again the next time we are there. The beef was tender and flavorful and the blue cheese with bacon stepped up the flavors. My wife really enjoyed her flatbread as it had the perfect amount of cheese and crispy crust. My friend liked her smash burger as well which looked like a generous size for the special. The only thing that could have been improved is for our waitress to check on us more frequently. Our drinks had run dry and we were almost done eating before she came back. Besides that, the food was great and I recommend you to stop in here for one of their daily specials or get yourself a beef sandwich.

Charming decor, comfy seating, traditional music and the sounds of the teams' laughter made for the perfect ambiance. We were seated immediately and Youssef C, our fabulous server, brought a generous portion of pita with dipping oil. We started with the lemon rice soup which was heavenly. Mike ordered the Kafka and chicken kabobs. I ordered the chicken Ghalaba. Both came with a generous portion of flavorful rice. My entree was loaded with tender, perfectly seasoned chicken and a ton of veggies, colorful and crunchy. Mike got two generous portions of the proteins. We brought half back with us to enjoy later. But in all seriousness, this place had a very large menu with many different options to choose from, which I always love. As you can see in the photo of the sandwich is a serious sandwich that was very large and I could only eat half of it. The ingredients were fresh and I loved how toasted the bread was. The mac & cheese was also quite yummy. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

There was a decent crowd - about half full - appeared to be regulars. Their house made chips and salsa remain the stars of the show. We each had a "House" margarita. This time, they were too sweet for our taste. We started off with the Queso dip with beans added. It was very flavorful. I would order it again. My SO ordered the Wet Burrito which is simply their Burrito with Queso (and, not much of it) poured over it for $4 more. It was "OK" but nothing to get excited about. It was huge - would easily feed two people. I ordered the Quesabirria and two pork tamales. The Quesabirria was excellent. Very flavorful and I really enjoyed the bowl of sauce for dipping it in. The Tamales were disappointing. While the filling was tasty, the flour "shell" was way too thick - at least a quarter inch thick and, I don't believe it was made with Masa flour. Tasted more like all-purpose flour. The red sauce poured over the top was also nothing worthy of mention. An item I would not order again. Overall, the meal was just "OK". We both agreed if we return, it would be for the chips and salsa, one of the "dip" appetizers and a beer.
