Went to this establishment 12/31/25. Yes I realize New Year Eve service may be a little slow. However, the manager/supervisor may need some management classes. Manager yelled out sarcastically after someone had asked how long is it going to take for our takeout order, "Well all of Toledo had the same idea to come here for takeout on New Years Eve." There was a line that was almost out the door for takeout. Door dash and Uber eats must have priority because anytime one came in they seemed to get their food right away while the rest of us had been waiting 40 min. After almost an hour I got my food but one of the fries were missing and the bbq sauce was missing for the wings - it was suppose to be in the side. It would have better if when they got the orders filled to call out the name for the order. Then confirm the confirmation number. Instead they stock piled the food and waited for the person to get to the front of the line (except for Uber Eats etc) they called out their food. But I'm leaving this review based upon my last experience. Appetizer we ordered their nachos. They have changed a little bit thru out the years but still very good. Lots of creamy cheese but less toppings than normal but I still love em. The BBQ beef brisket tacos were AMAZING. I was pleasantly surprised. Wife had the loaded tater tots and they were loaded. Huge portion for the price. Could use a little less Buffalo wing sauce. Service was decent and it's obviously has the same sports theme as all the others. Very clean as you would expect. Came in on half off wing night, wasnt overly busy but still couldn't get napkins, drink refills, boxes or the check without flagging down the waitress ourselves. The food was average. Service awful, and the bathrooms needed attn. Not a huge fan of chains, but this one was worse than most BW3. For whatever reason the gift card (doesn't expire for 2 more years) wouldn't go through and the manager turned him away saying there was nothing they could do. We had a exceptionally large group of high school kids coming in after a football game. More kids kept coming in to join said group and it was basically chaos. Went for dinner with my daughter, my 4 year old had to go to the bathroom so we left coats in the booth along with her hat and my purse I walk out of the bathroom to the hostess cleaning off the table (putting our silverware in my water cup and standing our food up) when I say something she runs away.
