Food was way too salty. Not sure of it all taste like that but we got out from Norman.

Do NOT order from the Marcos on the west side of Norman! Terrible customer service! I ordered online, used the correct address which chose the Classen St store. Somehow it got flipped to the 24th and Robinson store. We didn't know there was a problem until the driver called and said he wouldn't deliver and I requested to just then go pick it up. Sent a friend (we are busy at work) and then finally spoke to a "manager" who said he had cancelled my order and they were busy with other orders so they wouldn't make my order. I had to then order from the other store and now wait 3 busy days plus the we to get my refund. Manager was very rude! Do not recommend this business! The store on Classen is great ! read more

I had pizza delivered to our tennis tournament at the last minute and they quoted me 30-40 min but had it there in 15! Plus it's great pizza! Great job Marcos read more

Great pizza and staff is very helpful & friendly! Plenty of toppings on pizza even though it was a discounted deal!

This used to be one of my favorite places to order pizza from, but in the past two months of ordering delivery they have not completed either order correctly that was placed online. First time I said nothing, but second time I called and spoke to manager who assured me that delivery driver would come back out to deliver missing items. Well that never happened, "still waiting" three hours later. And what's even more frustrating we noted that our last order had been incorrect and to please make sure this time. The delivery driver had no idea what we were talking about and just said sorry don't have it. To top it off the pizzas were lukewarm upon delivery. A tip was included on our prepaid order assuming service would be excellent...I will never do that again! It's a darn shame because we used to love Marco's, the manager and delivery driver really dropped the ball this time! Cold pizza, cold wings and no dipping sauces is what's for dinner! Think twice before you order there. read more

Marco's Pizza - a pepperoni pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Norman, Oklahoma

I've ordered from this Marcos 3 times and ordered garlic sauce and Parmesan cheese and the crust of both of my pizzas and they didn't do it on them. It's on the receipt but the manager argued with me that it was on the pizzas. But it isn't. Won't order from them again read more

Amazing food! The Manager Brandon is a god sent who truly listens to his customers and is very accommodating! Best Pizza in Norman also the FASTEST! 10/10 read more

Nasty. Soggy. Hit or Miss. Again. This is not Vegas. I'm not gambling. I'm trying to order a simple pizza! Unlike Marco's pizza, I am done -done making excuses for them: a depressed staff, a new cook, a... I'm done being tricked into thinking if I order and pay, they will bring what they sold me. Whether you choose thick or thin crust, less sauce, more done, this, that, whatever... it doesn't matter -sometimes. And, 'sometimes' is the problem. Never be fooled into clicking thru their pre-selected MANDATORY preferences, as if it'll be read, sometimes it will, mostly tho, it won't. Feeling tricky? Don't bother. For instance, to choose 'LIGHT SAUCE' (SEE MY PROOF -PIC) to counteract/fix the soggy mess--it doesn't matter -sometimes. After multiple tries at Marcos Pizza, I can assure you, you'll LOSE way more than win.. Last night, our THIN crust LIGHT BBQ SAUCE pizza came drowned in it -wettish dough in the center -again. The center square-cuts were not edible -again. Better be fast and grab an outer edge or starve. No way to cook it in your oven cause it won't sit there for seeping down thru the grills. The large THICK crust pepperoni (should be simple, right?) was the same -gummy & limp. As for the BONUS FLAVOR NOT LISTED ON THE MENU: try the "well done" feature and get a soggy bottom pizza w/their sooty-bottom charcoal brisquette seasoning! Ugh. You deserved this review, Marco's. It's long overdue. (No edit) read more

Marco's Pizza - a piece of pizza and a receipt - Pizza Near Me - Norman, Oklahoma

Pizza is delicious. Do carry out, order on the phone every time. The online ordering gives promise times that mean absolutely nothing to the store (not even sure they can see when the app says you think it'll be ready). Last delivery was about an hour past the "promise time" and I'd ordered it 6 hours in advance. Pizza was pretty cold as well because the DoorDasher had other orders to drop off on the way. read more

Gets the job done for dinner or lunch. I would recommend Marco's pizza to anyone who hasn't eaten it yet.

Called in an order and they said 30 minutes I waited the thirty minutes and when I arrived they told me another 15 minute wait so I was like okay fine, I waited the 15 minutes and it still wasn't ready I had to wait 25 minutes total of 55 minutes almost an hour which is ridiculous for 2 pizzas, a small and a medium they also messed up my order on top of that, I ordered a plain cheese pizza, I said no tomato sauce I also right after that said just plain cheese pizza. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! read more

Been waiting on my 2 medium 1 topping pizzas for an hour. And the staff is unprofessional, heard a woman yelling the F word multiple times while I was waiting. read more

I will never eat here again i had rotten lettuce in my salad and the manger is a horrible person i heard him yell at a young employee that "hed been working in food service for 20 years and didn't need some kid to tell him what to do" what i want to know is how this manger had made twenty odd years in the industry treating employees like that read more

Veggies were almost raw, pizza was ok but not great! We ordered the pepperoni and supreme and it wasn't great. Will not order from here again. read more

I have ordered pizza at several Marcos in the past and the quality and service was great. I had resently ordered online and 2 hours later was told that they tried to call and the phone number was wrong but then they immediately gave me the right number... I ordered online and have done so multiple times from the same location. They offered no compensation nor gave an apology. I asked for a corporate phone number and they would not give it... I am hungry and will not order again from Norman, OK. read more

Needs some tweaking. Got free cheesy bread from long wait time on a call in pickup order. The pizza was ok as the bread sticks. I'll try it again but will be awhile read more

They make a good pizza that my family and I enjoy frequently. The deliveries are pretty quick too. My only complaint is their meatballs, and other beef toppings taste gross; but not unlike other places such as Pizza Shuttle and Subway, etc. read more

Great service, and excellent pizza. There pizza is in a class by itself in this area. Fast Delivery, a lot of toppings, and good service. That's all you could as for. A+ read more

I'd give this zero stars if I could. I'd rate the pizza but I can't because it was never delivered! Worst service ever. Was told delivery would be 40-45 minutes. On a Sunday night! After 50 minutes, I called. Was put on hold for 10 minutes. When he finally answered, he said the driver couldn't find my house. I spelled the street name FOUR times when I ordered and gave the phone number THREE TIMES. They said the driver called me because he couldn't find the house, they said the store called me too. I did not get one phone call, much less two. So the driver just took our pizzas back to the store. Of course I would not know this because NO ONE CALLED ME, EVER. That was my first time to order from Marco's and even though I've never tasted their pizza, I will never order from them again and will never walk into their place either. You can't get much more stupid than to screw up an addres that was spelled 4 times and a phone number given 3 times. If they can't get that right, I can just imagine how badly they could eff up the pizza. And I'm sure my pizzas were taken home by employees who got to eat free! read more
