There's absolutely no reason why I haven't checked out Marco's pizza until today; however, a recent email offer for a two topping, XL pizza for $12.99 was just the incentive I needed. As I always pay cash, I called in my take out order for an XL sausage and pepperoni pie rather than ordering on line. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and it was waiting for me when I arrived. The manager was courteous which is always a plus. The pie was piping hot, beautiful (for a chain product) and had a decent amount of toppings. The pieces of sausage were large, moist, smelled and actually tasted like sausage. I decided to give this chain a try because they were doing heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day. The online app made it really easy to order and customize my pizza as needed. Unfortunately when I walked in to grab it, most of their staff had their masks down and were not wearing gloves which left a sour taste in my mouth. The pizza itself was just ok. For takeout pizza I think it's pretty good! It's super easy to order online and if you do, you get $4 off. I got a large Deluxe and a small cheese for the same price that I pay for one large at the other pizza places in town. The toppings were good and I really liked the dough. Headed to Charleston this week for a few concerts. Thankful this place was open until midnight on a week night. We called at 11:50pm and they made us the most delicious pizza that was ready in 10 minutes! The crust was delicious and had that good Italian bread flavoring. It was not overly greasy and they added ample amounts of pepperoni. They even gave us a few plates, napkins and condiments and were super friendly even though they were about to close. The onions were an afterthought (thrown on at the end cold and raw) and mushrooms were from a can. It tasted like a $4 frozen grocery store pizza that someone added extra toppings to at the end. The cheesesteak was more of a bland roast beef sandwich with more of the same canned mushrooms. Stay far away. read more

Apparently they opened today! But from the phone service, delivery staff and time, and quality of the pizza, you'd never know. Everything was delicious. This will be our new go-to delivery pizza. I've had some pretty bad experiences at other Marco locations so I was a bit hesitant about this one but I must say I'm impressed. We ordered a big order for a party at the house and this one came in perfect. All the pizza was spot on with a semi tricky order and calling late at night. The food was piping hot and that seems to be one of the issues I have a lot because the food is always cold. Delivery was fast and they found the house with it being kinda confusing with the awkward drive way. The staff where nice and even after calling back to make a adjustment to add more to the order they where chill and relaxed about everything no negative feelings at all. The food was all delicious and the cheesy bread and new world pepperoni was super! I'm happy we took a risk being Marcos was the only one open this late and they crushed it out the park. Next time I'm in the area I'm definitely gonna have to snag a pie from here. read more

Especially disliked the "feta" cubes in the Greek salad which tasted like they came out of the freezer section of a really bad grocery store. Avoid and search around for better rated places. Hands down the best pizza in the area. They deliver to Isle of Palms, which is a huge plus. They also have a few tables to dine in and they'll change the channel on the TVs to anything you want to watch.
