our first marco's pizza ! delivery was fast pizza was hot fresh and delicious . we will definitely name this is our new pizza place .

Plus side:: eating in their restaurant is fun and their pizza is delicious. Neg side:: I ordered pizza and it arrived over an hour later after my kid was in bed because they took too long. The pizza was cold and soggy. They offered to give me coupons but at that point I didn't want to give them another chance to deliver us cold soggy pizza so late after ordering it. Plus side:: I did give them a second chance and as long as you eat in their building your pizza will be hot fresh and super yummy. read more

Marco's is always my first choice for pizza. They ALWAYS have coupons/ promo codes you can use and their pizza is good stuff!! The staff at this location is very friendly! read more

Love this location! Marco's is delicious, consistent, and the staff are so nice. If for any reason something was missed or forgotten, they always take my feedback seriously and are willing to remedy it. We pick up or get delivered at least once a week. They have a rewards program and the best coupons. I also love that when the delivery drivers leave they always tell each other to be safe. Great food, great people, and great service. read more

We're new to the area and didn't know where to get pizza. So I thought I would try here. I will find another place. The pizza ranked up there with some of the worse I have ever had. Would have rather have a frozen pizza from the store. It was burnt, dry, hard to chew and tasteless. We were very disappointed. Hate to leave reviews like this I had an overwhelming urge. read more

Marco's pizza never disappoints. In fact my husband and I are so used to constantly receiving perfect pizza from this location we've never bothered to leave a review. Pizza is always made exactly as requested, comes out hot, fresh and tasty. Tonight, we had a particularly phenomenal experience with the staff at this location. They really went above and beyond. read more

Really terrible runaround with an order. Tried to place an order with two separate locations online, one 6 minutes away and another one eight minutes away. Neither recognized our address online, so I called the closer one, they took my order they then called me to cancel 5 minutes later - said I had to call the one slightly farther away. I called them and I'm also out of their jurisdiction. TWO LOCATIONS LESS THAN 10 MINUTES AWAY AND NO SERVICE - EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! read more

the cheesy bread slaps it's so good, I literally fell out of my chair as soon as that greasy stick entered my mouth.

I ordered a meatball bake and a antipasto salad tonight. I asked for Canadian Bacon.. ground beef and extra cheese. I got all of that plus a thick layer of Italian Sausage.. I HATE Italian sausage. It Is the worst. So I ate the top layer and fed the sausage to my dogs. Next I ate 3 bites of what looks to be a beautiful salad. Then I get a bite that has a long hair in it!! So gross. Not happy at all! read more

Exceptional pizza and great customer service, love to call and order or just stop by for a convenient sub or pizza. Their coupon specials are very worth it. I would highly recommend trying them at least once and see for yourself. PS: Their Italian Sub is the BOMB!!! read more

The manager lies about pricing to get you into the store, then jacks up the price when you get there. You can get better pizza at Yaghi's or Brooklyn Heights. Don't waste your time or money in this place. read more

We were raised in Chicago but moved away from there 28 years ago..we have high standards for pizza. Marco's in Leander is the b est I've found in any number of states since leaving Chicago. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding! In addition, I recently worked at this store but had to leave for personal reasons. I can give first hand testimony to the rigorous attention that is paid to cleanliness every night. Once the store closes, the kitchen and cooking area is stripped to the bare bones and cleaned thoroughly. The owner (Jon) is a stickler for following food handling rules and his willingness to serve customers is second to none. Eat here with complete confidence! read more

I am giving 5 stars for great customer service! I placed my order online then about 5 minutes later realized I forgot to make it half cheese for my son! EEK!! I called up there and they said no problem. I thought that meant I wasn't to late and my pizza wasn't cooking yet. When I arrived to pick up the pizza the delivery guy held the door open for me. I was greeted immediately. When it was my turn to pay I had 2 pizzas! They threw in a small cheese for me at no extra cost. So for 2 pizzas, the lg with 2 toppings & the sm cheese, I paid $9.73. Ah-mazing! And the pizza tasted great just like always. I tried the garlic butter crust and it added a ton of flavor to the pizza. Yum!! read more

We like it. The delivery is fast, the pizza is fresh and so far they never messed up our order yet. The prices are reasonable and we use their coupons and codes all the time read more

Marcos is definitely my favorite delivery pizza. We are thin crust people and its always nice and crispy. Danielle delivered today and she was super friendly and not scared of our dogs loud bark. read more

Pizza is ok Moes by HEB Plus is better. They try and always send out coupons that never work online or they send a coupon for a 2 topping pizza but wont honor it for a specialty pizza which doesnt even have meat on it just 4 types of cheeses. At Moes you can get a huge pizza for the same price and its more like NY. I threw away the coupons and put a pizza in the oven. Supposed to be a 10 dollar pizza until you pay a delivery charge tip and .... just go to Moes and pick it up. Cant get a deal on a pizza unless its a 2 topping even though a white cheese had two toppings tomatoes and onions but you honor the coupon if I want meat on it which costs you more. Frigging stupid im not paying 30 bucks for lunch read more

Creditcard users BEWARE-- my card was used there without my authorization, I called my bank and I was told my credit card was keyed in and not swiped - VERY SHADY. I called the owner and he said they always ask for ID but kids do walk in with their parents credit cards all the time to buy pizza-- now that is shady! So anyone can walk in with a credit card and buy pizza? DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD here. By the way the owner was very defensive about this situation and did not even offer to follow up or come up with a solution. read more

Are they the best pizza ever? No, but for the price the quality is great. Typically our #1 carry out local pizza spot.

This pizza place ain't half bad. The crust stands out to me because you can get it with garlic butter already on it and it's greasy and delicious! The way it should be... I also appreciate the seating area. I'll get Marco's on my lunch break sometimes and it's nice to sit inside the air conditioned room. The only reason I didn't give it another star is the lack of a Buffalo Chicken style pizza. That's my favorite kind. read more

Marco's is absolutely the best Pizza I have had in my life. I have tried it all from making my own to all the major chains, and even the home grown Rome's, Rockin Tomato and Austins Pizza, Marco's beats them all. It has such a great flavor from the first bite to the last. I particularly like the Pepperoni Magnifico and add some mushrooms and the complimentary Garlic crust, you just can't beat this PIZZA, if they had 6 stars on here, Marco's would get 6! read more

First time trying this place tonight and boy was it good! Wanted something different and I got exactly that. Pizza was hot, fresh and full of amazing flavor! Definitely worth what we paid! Ordered the Hawaiian and the Meat Supremo. My new favorite pizza spot;) read more

On the rare occasion we order pizza, it's from here. So good! And always on time. I love the timer thing online that tells me when it's on the way. My one caveat is that we get coupons from here ALL the time, but the online ordering almost always tells me that the coupon code isn't valid. Kind of frustrating. read more

Ok so the pizza is delish! Also, I think the best customer service I've seen. They stand by their orders and when they (rarely) make a mistake they own it. We ordered pizza online and missed a topping, called back to clarify and they inadvertently cancelled the order, they made it right. So our wait for pizza is now 1.5 hours, but the fact the manager owned it, has made us lifelong Marcos orderers ;). Thanks guys we appreciate it. read more

Best pizza place! Ingredients taste much better than the other chains. They have the best pepperoni pizza I've ever had! Their ratio of sauce/cheese/toppings is perfect and great friendly service! Just tried their new spicy double pepperoni fresco and was really impressed! Also it's one of the only businesses around with such a passionate, active owner. I've always had a consistently great experience at Marco's! read more

We ordered Marco's from the Bagdad location in Leander, TX for our children's birthday party at the pool this weekend and placed the order online. They actually called to offer a discount because of the size of the order! Then, the young man that delivered the pizza (exactly on time!) offered to leave the hot box to keep our pizzas fresh and warm during the party. Everyone loved the pizza (kids and adults alike) and gave many compliments. Tasty, friendly and always our first choice for pizza! Love this company! read more

We were here last week on a recommendation from a friend. The employees were beyond nice. EXCELLENT service. There is some seating, but not a lot. The place was pretty clean and well maintained. The only real problem here was the food. The cheesy bread was overly doughy and the pizza gave both my husband and I heartburn (which is uncommon for us). We woke up the next morning still feeling a little ill. Disappointing as the place is nearby and we really hoped to make it our new go-to pizza place. read more

I always forget how good there pizza is! I have married into an Italian family, so ley me start by saying, they are picky with their pizza! But when I have them over Marcos is a safe bet! They all love it! Which makes them happy! Which makes me happy! Way to go Marcos Pizza! read more

Marcos is our go to pizza place. I placed an order the other night and it was delivered 20 min or so later than they said it would be. The driver was very apologetic, which was appreciated. I saw a missed call a bit later and it was from a manger letting me know they gave me a credit because it was late. Talk about great customer service! I wasn't even bothered by the fact that it was late and this wasn't due to us complaining. They went the extra mile. Made me happy!! , read more

I used to order from this place all the time but not anymore. I get coupons via email but I'm unable to use them when ordering online. I called the store only to be told that they can't do anything about it. To add insult to injury, I clicked on the link directly from the email coupon and it takes me to the order page but for the wrong Marco's location and it won't allow me to change the location. Beyond frustrated with this place. Loved their pizza but Domino's it is now! read more

I have nothing against the employees or the food. I want this review to be specifically for the owner who I am told does the scheduling. We had to wait over an hour for a pick up order because you failed to schedule enough employees for a holiday. There was only 1 in store and 2 delivery drivers which is no where close to enough. The phone was constantly rigging so the in store couldn't even attempt to make anything. Your employees were doing their best trying to keep people happy, but they should have never been put in that position to begin with. To only schedule 3 people on a holiday lunch is absurd and you owe your employees an apology. read more

I rate this 5 stars in relation to the other quick-to-order pizza delivery establishments. By far, the quality of Marco's meats and cheese as well as the dough they use propels them above practically all of the other delivery locations (papa johns, Mr. Gattis, Dominoes, etc.) Their pizza is always hot when it gets to my door, and the taste is so good and consistent everytime I find it very hard to even look at a papa johns or dominoes commercial now without laughing at their attempts to advertise their mediocre ingredients as "high quality" Marcos, you don't need any fancy adverts to demonstrate what many of your customers already know, keep up the awesome delivery pizza. read more

Great pizza, always consistent, certainly not the best but better than most for certain, their meat lovers pizza is awesome, so is their combination, if you're near a Marco's it's worth the money for sure. read more

I order pizza from this Marcos every week. 2 Pizza's and chezzy bread is $31.66. Today it was was $38. They claim they are not offering specials on these pizza's any longer. Not a good way to treat loyal customers. I canceled my order. Poor customer service. read more

So I'm kind of a picky eater, so I wasn't a fan of their sauce that is kind of on the sweet side, and too much of it, I like light sauce, but their costumer service was awesome, very competent on the phone and person who delivered was very friendly.. read more

This is the best marcos out of all the locations I have tried (research location and new dessau location). The quality of food is way better and sons the customer service and they always hook me up with specials. Great job guys. read more

My new favorite pizza place! Love the garlic flavor on the crust. Their cheese sticks are amazing!

Really good pizza at a great value. Their coupon specials are exceptional!

Great pizza not only because it is cheap it is also super yummy! The buffalo wing sauce is really really good try dipping the pizza in it you won't regret it. read more

We'll I'll start out by saying I do like the pizza. I have some issues with coupons they send me in the mail. They either don't want to honor them or seem to find some way around it. This has happened three times to me and I'm a loyal customer! I recently recieved a half off any extra large or large pizza, went in to use it and was told it was half off a full price pizza. Does anyone pay around 20 bucks for a pizza anymore? I always use their coupons so it always seems to be around $11-12. So half off would be around the price of one of their coupons I get every week. Go figure. I'd rather just not get repeat customer deals so I don't get pissed off when I go to pay. Send me a deal I can use. read more

First time customer, ordered a White Cheesy Pizza with double feta and white sauce. Delivery was fast, within 30 minutes. Pizza looked good and smelled fantastic. It was slightly greasy though and the regular crust is nothing to write home about. Not that I found the crust unappetizing, just not as high quality as the other ingredients. I think next time I'd order the thin crust. The vegetables all tasted fairly fresh and made me want to eat more, especially the tomatoes. The amount of toppings varied though; onions were perfectly cooked and perfectly proportioned, the tomatoes I couldn't have been happier with, the bacon was a tad fatty and far and few in between bites and the feta I found absolutely delectable. All in all a solid product for a fair price, I'd keep an eye out for coupons though because that's what really gives Marco's an edge. I'll definitely order again in the future. read more
