I am not very happy with this place. It seems like every single time I come here to pick up or order delivery there is always a wait and I am told that whatever it is I ordered ( usually subs, but pizza too ) was messed up and it needs to be remade. The red sauce on their pizza is the best I have had in the area. For me, the sauce makes or breaks the pie. Delivery can be a little sketchy. This is very close to my house so I've ordered often. It is a little on the greasy side but very tasty. Any issues have been immediately addressed by management. I'd recommend! read more

Do not spend your money with these people. Marco's makes great pizza and we have ordered from other locations and enjoyed it. We got a direct mail advertisement from this location with several good deals in the coupons on the card. We tried to order online, and not a single one of the coupons worked. I called the store to inform the manager and he was dismissive and rude. When i told him he needed to honor his coupons he said "I'll get right on that" and hung up. Several people i have spoken to have had issues with them honoring coupons, and you can see other reviews here with the same issue. We can't get delivery from our regular location anymore as this is the new store and its territory covers our delivery radius. This store has an almost $3 higher price difference on most pies than our prior location and refuses to honor it's own advertisements. Besides having a clear lack of customer service by management or those acting as management, I will not spend my money with a business that falsely advertises nor should anyone in my opinion. I would rather order elsewhere or pick up my pizza than support this type of behavior by a business. read more

They are late every time. We pre-order a pizza every Friday at 6:30 and they are always late. They have never been on time. Out of ~50 orders in the past two years ~15 of them have been wrong. Their pizza is AMAZING which is why we keep ordering from them which is why I left two stars instead of one. They catered an event I attended and their pizza was phenomenal. I usually don't rave about pizza but this one knocked it out of the ballpark. By far, the best pepperoni pizza I've ever had. And, in this particular event, the owner of the franchise delivered the pizza herself. She went over and beyond the call of duty and provided excellent customer service. IM SO GLAD MARCO'S is now at Leander. finally, some FRESH ingredients and Fresh doughs made everyday. i used to work at domino's and their doughs are old and are not even made in the store, toppings are mostly from cans. when i ordered a pizza from marco's there was really a big difference with the taste, toppings were really fresh! I would definitely recommend NOT eating AT the restaurant. The place is set up with tables and a soda machine which makes it look like eating at the restaurant is a good option, but it's really not. We specifically told the lady at the register that we would be eating in and purchased drinks. After waiting about 20 minutes I went up and asked if we could have our salad first. She told me that she'd just seen him working on it and she'd bring it out as soon as it was ready. 10 minutes later our pizza and breadsticks were delivered, but no salad. Even though we were eating in the restaurant everything was delivered in its to go packaging, which made it very awkward to eat at the small table. Once we finally got the salad we realized that there was about 1/2 and inch of water filling the bottom of the salad bowl. We were brought our food by employees but other than that we were completely ignored. My daughter asked to go to the bathroom and when we went in there was urine all over the toilet seat and the floor. So disgusting! I only give them two stars because I can't deny the pizza itself was good, but the experience was extremely disappointing. read more

We first tried Marcos this summer when we got a coupon at our door advertising their new Steak Pizza. It looked like a Philly Cheese steak on pizza dough and it was everything we expected it to be...absolute yummy goodness. Marcos became our pizza place from then on. They also had fast service and great quality. In August, we ordered for delivery. It was not a great experience at all. I went to their website and gave them my feedback on the horrible experience and was shocked to receive an email back from the owner within 3 hours! The response was sincere and addressed my concerns. We returned tonight for pickup for the first time since our bad delivery experience and they are back to being out local pizza place! The pizza was the quality we first fell in love with! I have been going to Marcos Pizza in Leander for a very long time and my frustration is at a breaking point. Every time I call I get someone that is either training or doesn't know what they're doing and has to ask someone else multiple times. Training I totally understand but on Saturday night to leave me on hold 6 times? It gets worse...I called to order a pizza and asked about specials and told them I had a loyalty $10 off coupon. I explained that I have tried to use this coupon twice and they always tell me I don't have a coupon. Not cool. Am I a liar? Not to be rude but.. Hello, I am looking at it in my email with a coupon number I offered to give to them to check. I earned it by being a good customer, it was emailed to me and I should be able to use it. Right?! I then spoke to the manager and he said the same thing. Then he asked if I wanted to place my order. Umm no! Been fighting with the manager at this restuarant over a voided charge that hasn't been paid back to me. The first time I went in to get my voided receipt he stated "would you like to go over the receipt line by line or would that just be wasting my breathe?" Customer Service FAIL. Telling a customer he'd be wasting his breathe, real classy. I asked him to make it right with me on multiple occasions and his only response was "no ma'am" I guess he's polite when they stole my money. Still waiting on a charge back. Be wary - pay with cash! We moved from Cedar Park to Leander in an area where not many pizza places offer delivery. I saw Marco's Pizza delivery a few times and recently gave them a try. Their meat lovers and supreme specialty pizzas were awesome, and they have great coupons for discounts. Ordering online was simple, and service was quick. Pizza took over an hour to get delivered, then it was smooshed and looked disgusting (from a military vet that's pretty bad) called Manager he told me I was a liar and refused to give me a refund. The person that answered the phone asked for my number and told me my food was soon the delivered, I said thanks and waited another hour. Over a 20 minutes wait for a sub is unacceptable for me. When the wait become 20 minutes I asked for a refund so that I could just go next door to subway the man who claimed to the owner would not refund me my money and said it would only be a couple more minutes he offered a free 2 liter of soda. I didn't take the soda. After I told him this was my first time in his restaurant and asked how he expected to stay in business doing business this way all he could say was that "it is usually a 10-15 minute wait for a sub so really so it's only 5 minutes over are you sure I can't throw you in a 2 liter?" I saw no where on the menu listed the wait for a sub and would have never placed the order in the first place had I been informed of that. I will not return ever as the sub wasn't even that good after all that wait it had cheap meat no better than subway and was not "pretty" just all thrown together. There are a few other good locally owned pizza, sub shops, and Italian restaurants in this area so I don't need to give this place anymore of my money.
