Ordered: White cheesy, All Meat, and the Garden. Placed an online order and pick up at the store. The order was completed on time. Staff members wore masks and asked their customers to do the same. Atmosphere: it is small and not aesthetically pleasing to eat. Currently, there can only be two customers within the store at the time for pickup. Let's start with the White Cheesy. This is definitely my favorite pizza from the three I ordered. It has bacon, onions, sliced tomatoes, garlic parmesan sauce and their signature three cheeses, plus feta. We are fans of Marco's although we have many pizza favorites. I really like the cheesy bread with extra side of sauce. My husband really like the pizza. When we have the parental units come and visit, my dad like the deluxe and my husband when alone gets the cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. I still vote on the cheesy bread. Dog sitting this week in Jenison. I thought I'd have pizza while I watched the Super Bowl. I've never had Marco's before. Turned out to be an excellent decision to try them last night. My pizza arrived a little ahead of their scheduled time. Nice and hot and cooked to perfection. They didn't skimp on any toppings. The sauce was quite tasty. We had a terrible experience with this Marco's location. We ordered pizzas thru Door Dash for pick up. They said it would be ready at 6:15 then they updated the time to be 6:49. Very annoying. We had to change plans based on this change. When we went to pick it up at 6:50 it wasn't ready and they lost our order read more

Marco's pizza has some delicious pizza. They are a chain with this location being at Metro Health area. They have plenty of ordering options including an app. I have been ordering pick up online. Everytime I go in, the staff is very friendly and my order is ready. I cant say mich about the location as I have not dined in, however they are always clean. We love Marco's pizza, but the Jenison location is the most mis-managed location. They lie about delivery times, telling you 45 minutes and taking in excess of 70 minutes. They do not seem to know how many pizzas they can make in an hour. Used to get their pizza a couple times per month from Metro location, but moved and this one is closer. Marcos Pizza used to be my favorite.... However, the last two times I've ordered the pizza never arrived... Latest issue happened this past Friday. We were having a slumber party at our house and ordered online. The approximate delivery time was 30-40 Mins. Called an hour later and the person answering the phone stated I'd be another hour to hour and half... I worked my way through college working at Pizza shops and couldn't believe it... I was transferred to Rachel (Owner) who was extremely rude and eventually hung up on me... Called back to get a refund... 10 minutes later I get a call from Rachel who first says it was an accident, she was just attempting to put me on hold in the middle of my sentence. We love Marcos pizza, but this location is HORRID for customer service. Please DO NOT order for these people! They are rude beyond belief. We used to order from them quite often, at least a couple times per month. But even before COVID we had an issue wherein they quoted a delivery time and after 1+ hour of it being wrong we called and were greeted by a surly employee. We were provided various credits to remain a customer. All was OK...then March 2020. Total. Melt. Down. Jerks x1,000. Everyone was taxed, but no need to be rude jerks. Pizza is great. Delivery and service is poor. We have been long time customers. This time, quoted 70 min for delivery and waited and hour and a half for pizza. My kids were waiting for the pizza at home and said it hadn't come, so I called after 85 min and no pizza. During the phone call I had rude responses even when I asked to speak with a "manager" whom I'm sure was not a manager...no concern or care, no offer for a discount on a future order, no nothing, even when I expressed how disappointed I was. Even with carry out service in the past we have had poor/rude service and for all of this, we won't be ordering from Marcos again. Very sad because again, the pizza is very good. Used to really like ordering from Marco's Pizza, but their new website design makes is WAY too complicated to order anything from them. If you try to "Sign In" it makes you enter in a bunch of location information. I can understand that once, but every single time? What is the point of signing in, if you have to re-enter all of your information again, and again, and AGAIN? I give up. I ordered a pizza with 55 min delivery time. I called at the hour and 15 min mark and they said it was on it's way. 20 min later I called again and they said I missed the mark on time. It's still in the oven. The manager was VERY rude and told me there was nothing they could do and would be on it's way when it's done. She simply said it was crazy and there was nothing they could do. It was past one hour and a half already and no pizza. I can deal with delays but not rude service. Pizza can be a bit inconsistent. Palermo, Peppinos and Vitales are all better and similarly priced. We used to put Marco's in the rotation, but unfortunately their customer service has become unacceptable. We let the first inaccurate thin crust order go. The second time we called to ask for some consideration / refund. Scott's response was that he was "sorry if the online ordering process was confusing for me".
