A friend and I gave Jet's Pizza try- again. A few years back we ordered from them while in Grand Haven; and while the "4 Corner" pizza was good it took nearly an hour to be delivered. The upside is they gave us an extra order for free. This time I was visiting in Grand Rapids. Again we ordered the "4 corner" Detroit-style pizza. It was delivered in less than 30 minutes and was hot and delicious. Too bad Jet's Pizzas aren't available in the Florida Panhandle. I'd order them at least once a week!!! read more

Had this pizza after a successful karaoke party night last year--it was delicious and I fell in love. Came back for more whilst visiting GR and it was just as good or perhaps better. Will definitely be my go-to pizza place here. read more

The food was delicious but the service could get better. Whoever the guy answering phones at 11-12 on Tuesday March 26th needs to have a conversation with their higher ups about how to be kind and cordial. After placing the order and paying for it we were told it could be up to an hour. Totally fair but we would've gone elsewhere if we knew the wait would be so long. After calling back for an update on the order the same guy answered and was incredibly unhelpful with getting a time estimate and helping us get our food. All in all a little brushing up on customer service skills would definitely help Jets uphold their core values! read more

Great square pizza! I wish they had Jet's in Los Angeles, because this would be my go to place. Was staying at the Drury Inn on business and had a serious case of the munchies. For whatever reason, a lot of places won't deliver to hotels, but Jet's does. My meat pizza came piping hot, was delivered promptly, and was delicious. Deducting one star because their hot wings were not very spicy. read more

Not following covid protocols. Ordered online and went to pick our order up only to discover employees were not wearing any masks. Who knows what other safety and hygiene protocols are not being followed. Asked for refund and left but will have to wait and see if they actually refund the money since we paid online. Its expensive but I've ordered from here 20+ times and every time it's perfect pizza. Yes sometimes you might have to wait a bit longer but it's worth it. People giving them bad reviews should go to dominos on Breton. That place is run like a dump. read more

Always a reliable, hardworking, dedicated staff here that makes our pizza, breadsticks and wings promptly and consistently every time. I much prefer this location to the (slower) Forest Hills one. There's also always plenty of parking and I've even had them find and use coupons when I didn't have any, in order to help reduce my total bill. Can't praise this location enough. read more

While it took about 45 min. for delivery (I only live about 4 miles away), I really enjoyed the food! Their breadsticks and deep dish pizza were fantastic--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside--and the crust seasonings were a nice touch too. On another note, the sauce wasn't too spicy or sweet, and the toppings were great. It may not be gourmet pizza, but this is really, really good fast-food pizza. read more

Pizza and salad were very good. Glad we tried this place. When we first ordered for delivery it was 80 minutes so we called and changed to pickup. I went there and they mistakenly sent the order out for delivery. The staff was nice and apologized for the mixup and comped our order. Even made us a fresh pizza and salad to take home. Don't pay attention to the older reviews as it was different staff at that time. These guys do it right. read more

I neglected to write this the night we ordered pizza and wings. The staff was exceptional and it was for delivery and our guest were running late so I called and asked if it wasn't to much trouble if they could back the order up 30-45 minutes and they were so accommodating and helpful. The deliver guy was polite and friendly. I will use Jet Pizza as my go to place when pizza is what dinner or lunch is going to be. read more

One star on the staff!! Great pizza...too bad this location lost a customer. I used to come at lunch time for their lunch deal. You would figure that staff would have a well prepped lunch specials ready but not. I would have to wait 10-15 minutes. Well I only have an hour of lunch and I still have to let my dogs when I get home out so this is an inconvenience. I did order a regular pizza at 11:30 thinking that it'll be ready when I arrive at noon...WRONG. I ended up waiting just like if i had ordered a lunch special. read more

I am always struck by how much the folks at this Jet's location are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that the customer is always happy. It's not the closest Jet's to me, but the great service is worth the longer drive. I figure if they can go the extra mile, so can I. read more

The pizza is OK, but the management sucks. Ordered a family special off the website to feed a small game night crowd, pizza, bread-sticks, and wings. They brought the BBQ sauce for the wings, but not the wings themselves. Called, and the manager was literally arguing with me that I hadn't ordered any wings. Finally he concedes that my order should have had wings, but refuses to deliver them. So go ahead call if you don't mind paying $35 for a pizza, an order bread sticks, and lots of attitude. read more

Ordered a jets 10, bread and wings for pickup. Initially got a call asking some change in order. When I asked if I can come pick up the food, the response was " I think so"! I asked to confirm instead of "think so" and yes it was confirmed. Picked up the food and the guy who checked out seemed nice. But oh my god, the pizza was SO SO salty, it was unbelievably awful. We could barely eat a slice! Called them to ask about this and automatically self defense mode! I can understand different meat and toppings making a pizza salty but if the argument ( yes, they argue to no end ) is that its the toppings I ordered that made it not edible, then its probably bull crap! If ever anything you add makes the pizza so salty that your BP may shoot up to 200 or you will get dehydrated, its probably not well made. Wings was ok. Bread was good. Will I go back? Hell no! Should you try it out? Well maybe but there are better pizza places out there. read more

They do have the best pizza however the worst service across the board. When they answer the phone it sounds like a young teenager with an attitude who could care less about customer service. Our pizzas have taken almost an hour the last 2 deliveries, both arriving cold and no beverage although we paid for it. We decided to go pick it up as it's only 6 miles and they were chatting with each other and we felt we were bothering them. Like I said, it is good pizza but hire employees who are conscientious and customer friendly. read more
