Tried ordering two large pepporini and hamburger pizzas and i was told i have to pay over the phone with my card even though i said i will be paying cash from the start . ekene was wasting my time with "having to check with the kitchen for 5 minutes' twice. When i asked why i couldnt do cash all she said was " will that be fine" completely ignoring what i just asked her. The worst person to be having on the phone wont be ordering from here again. Completly rude and disgusting read more

First off the employees don't wear gloves and are making pizza with their bare hands! Also the guys with huge beards and long hair barely have a hat balanced on their head. I placed an order, got there when it was SUPPOSED to be ready and the guys working hadnt even started the pizza yet, the order was still on the printer while they were goofing off. The pizza is really good, the crew just needs some guidance and standards set from management desperately. read more

I ordered pizza at 4:13pm. I was told it would be delivered by 4:53pm. It is now 5:50pm and my pizza STILL hasn't arrived...

Probably one of the best pizzas in the Heath/Rockwall area! We ordered delivery and the wait was reasonable. Pizza was still warm. Flavor was FANTASTIC! read more

Marcos Pizza is the only right choice here. The crust is fluffy, and the cheese is rich and yummy. This is the only place I will order a pizza from! read more

We have ordered from Marcos several times. When it first opened, the pizza was really good. However, it has gotten worse over the last year. The Works pizza usually looks fine, but the extra cheese pizza is ALWAYS burned (not to mention, there is very little cheese). Hey guys, shorten the time through the oven. read more

Marco's Pizza - a pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Rockwall, Texas

Finally my Marco's pizza tastes like pizza here again. It isn't burned and gross and is fresh.

Not only was our pizza burnt but it was dropped when driver was running up to our house & the girl on the phone when we called said there was nothing they could do. I went back up to the store (Heath location) to have them make another and she was covered in hickeys and her and the other 2 employees were laughing about it. Very unhappy! read more

We ordered for delivery and after 30 minutes, received an email that the order was messed up and that they would not be delivering any food. Our money was returned, but no explanation and no offer to bring the food at a later time. read more

I know it's a chain. I know it is not "cool" or boojie, but is is damn good and I would recommend it again and again. Friendly staff, prompt service and decent prices for good food.... read more

Food is always great and delivered in a timely manner! I think we have officially replaced Dominoes

It's all about the sauce for me. Very good. Pizza is very consistent. I like the magnificent pepperoni. Prices are excellent. I always ask what the special is and most times they will ask what are you looking for and make that a special. read more

This is the fourth or fifth time I've ordered from them and I gave them the benefit of the doubt given the shortage of employees during the pandemic. I cannot do that anymore! The pizza is over cooked, yet cold because it's over an hour and a half late. They say because of one driver. That's fine! But they should call people and let them know that a better option would be to pick it up if they want a fresh pizza. I have demanded a refund, which they granted, and I reheated it in the microwave so it's guaranteed to be chewy and taste like 3 day old leftovers. Don't order delivery from here! read more

Marco's Pizza - two slices of pizza on a paper plate - Pizza Near Me - Rockwall, Texas

Cashiers were so nice even though they were busy. Pizza was good. Love how much cheese they gave me.

STAY AWAY! Poor customer service. No manager ever on duty, nothing but teenagers that can't make decisions without calling owner. Fourth trip there, every time a different issue. I have called in orders, I have ordered online on their website and lastly through yelp. Everytime - pizza wrong, not ready, no drivers can't deliver. This last chance time I used Yelp to order. Went to pickup and myself and 3 other people were there to pick up pizzas that "weren't in their system". I had my cellphone showing the order and confirmation order. They got LJ (owner/manager) on the phone that said basically I could call yelp and cancel the order. No help, basically doesn't want my business. And with their location, not sure how much longer they will be around. NEVER GOING BACK read more

This is our go to pizza place. The quality is always consistent, the delivery times are always under an hour, and it taste great!

Poor poor poor! Placed an order at 6:30 to be delivered at 7:30. After first call came at 8:15. Then full ordered wasn't delivered. No attempt to make this right. Pandemic is not an excuse for poor customer service. I'm sure I'm not the only one complaining. Don't be surprised if this location doesn't last! read more

Pizza and breadsticks were really food and fresh. Placing the order over the phone was awkward, but the food tastes great. Awkward meaning the person who answered the phone seemed really confused and not knowledgeable about the product they sold. It reminded me of how delivery pizza used to be back in the day. There was a good amount of sauce and cheese that stretched when you pull it out of the box. read more

be careful people all the good reviews are fake coming from the the franchise advertising we try this place twice to give it a chance if you like bad quality pizza and food for cheap come here, don't do it  its all about advertising read more

I can't recommend Marco's. They have no competition in the area and treat their customers poorly. The food is way below the prices they charge. I'll take a frozen pizza over theirs any day. read more

We have ordered from here several times now and the food and service has greatly improved ! Sandwiches are delicious and so is the pizza. We order the thin crust and I like the way they cut it into squares. There are always specials available too !! read more

Bomb ordered at 9:15 came fast and hot! Pepperoni pizza with 2 different pepperonis and ceaser salad!

We ordered pepperoni pizza, breadsticks and cinnasticks. All were great! The order didn't take long after we ordered and picked up and employees were friendly. Glad to have another close, convenient pizza place close by. read more

Placed a carry out order and the order was not ready until 30 minutes after promise time. This was not at a super high volume time (5:45pm on a weekday). Don't attempt to use the "track your order" from the email confirmation as my order showed picked up after I paid which was not even remotely accurate. All the employees were busy but never any reason stated why there was a delay. read more

I usually order from Marco's but this past delivery experience was subpar. We were quoted an estimated delivery time of 8:12 after placing our order at 6:45. Called the restaurant requesting a status on the order after 15 minutes passed the quoted time. i was told the driver was walking out of the door with my order. Finally received the order at 9:10 only to find it cold and the pizza was soggy and stuck to the paper liner in the box. read more

Placed order last Friday at 6:30 pm for pick up at 7:pm. Ordered through the app. App said would be ready between 7 and 7:10 pm. Husband went three and waited 45 minutes. A lot of other people were there also waiting. No one was answering phone. Then when we got our pizza, it was wrong. Tried to reach out to management, they never returned my call. Even did a survey on line that you get next day after ordering, no one has reached out to me. Beware!, no management there. Thanks read more

No gloves or masks while they were making pizza! COVID numbers are at the highest, yet these representatives of Marcos Pizza decide amongst themselves that wearing a mask and gloves for the Publics safety is non of their concern. They will not ever be getting any of my business due to the lack of safety and concern for their customers. People that deal with food have an obligation to be as safe as possible. Also, i asked for a full refund due to the violations of health and 3 days later they have yet to return my money. Now to make a call to corporate. read more

We had pizza delivered from the Heath location once and when we called to get another delivery, the manager in the background said No to delivering to our location even though they had delivered previously and we are 4.3 miles away. The pizza was just ok but we were willing to give them a chance. Milano's is always happy to deliver here. We order pizza often for various occasions. I was going to order 6 pizzas later this week for a get together and Milano's is happy to do that too. Marco's Pizza has some work to do on customer relations and "building" their business. This is still a small town and building business is still reliant on building good personal relationships. Yelling No! To a delivery request in the background won't get that done. You never know what you may be saying No to. read more

Ordered a pizza over the phone. They said it would take 16 minutes which was fine. Drove over to pick it up. Called the place and the girl said it would be right out. While we waited, we noticed a lot of employees inside but all were not doing anything except talking to each other without masks or masks on their chins. Another car pulled up beside us and immediately got their pizza. Then, the employee asked for our name and we got our pizza. Don't understand what the employees were doing inside while we were waiting 10 minutes for our pizza that we had already waited 16 minutes for. read more

It took them 40 minutes after the app said my order was ready to bring my food. The food was cold and it was obvious it had been sitting around. They did not put cheese on my pizza which I think may have been an app error as that was what the receipt said. They missed my garlic butter on the crust and my side dipping sauce. I ordered pepperoni and hamburger but there was not much on it at all. I had to add cheese and bake it again when I arrived at my home. After the second baking the crust was too hard. I usually love Marcos Pizza but this was a bad experience. read more

we love marcos!!! we order the Hawaiian pizza and it always has the perfect amount of cheese and pineapple!!!!

Marco's in Heath has to be the worst restaurant in town. When we arrived to pick up our order, app said it had been picked up already. Asked the unproffessional staff for assistance and was told very rudely to go back to my car and wait. Waited 20 minutes and then tried to call. No answer. Then attempted again to ask staff, but door was locked. Knocked to get someone's attention. Staff at cash register just looked up and ignore me. Finally, a staff member from the kitchen came to the door. He was very nice and offered assistance. He found my order sitting on the rack. Pizzas and bread were barely warm because the order had been sitting there for so long! Don't waste time or money by ordering from Marco's! Horrible experience and cold pizza! read more

Marcos pizza is fast, hot, and yummy. I feel the crust was very yummy and our favorite is the All Meat pizza. We have ordered several times. We have received great service and it was made and either delivered or picked up on a timely basis. If you're in need of a quick meal and cravin pizza, Marcos is your place! read more

This is a good place for Friday night dinner as a family. The cheese pizza was cheap, fresh, and very good quality for the price. The girl at the register was helpful and the manager checked in on us to make sure our kids enjoyed their meal. We'll be adding Marco's to our restaurant rotation in Heath. read more

Great pizza! Today we tried their new pizza bowls. They are fabulous. We got a all meat and a deluxe. Both were delicious. Staff is great and very nice! read more

I know this is a chain but something about this pizza is really really good. Great pizza. Plenty of toppings and they seem high quality.

Used the Marco's app to order a pizza a few weeks ago from the Heath location and everything went fine. Placed another order for pick up a few weeks later assuming it would order from the same store and my order got sent to the Rowlett store instead of Heath. I was told the owner owns both the Rowlett and Heath stores and had one of the workers went to check to see if they would place the order for me at the Heath store and not double charge me since I had already paid online with my credit card card. He told me no that I could drive to Rowlett and pick up my order or I could place the order at the Heath store and be charged again. I know I should have paid more attention when placing my order online and not assume anything but you would think since he owns both stores he would have made an exception just as a way of showing good customer service as this is one of the only restaurants in Heath and that would have went a long ways to show outstanding customer service. Very disappointing. read more
