Be aware of deceptive pricing practices. Multiple times I've been here and every time I go in the pricing is different and I have not once paid the price that's on the main board. Tonight, after calling you out for skimpy toppings where I ordered extra online. You made me wait another 10 minutes for you to remake the pizza per the order. Marco's is a fast food pizza joint that you probably haven't tried. It's in the same category as Dominos and Pizza Hut, just a less familiar brand (depending on where you are from). There is no major difference in quality between Dominos Pizza Hut and Marcos, so it's going to come down to personal preference as to which one you like the best. I found Marcos to be solidly in between the other two, with little difference in price or offerings. Marcos deep dish pizza is solid, but when Pizza Hut is on their game, they can beat it. However Pizza Hut usually isn't on their game, so Marcos pizza is probably better than the average PHut you get. There were plenty of coupons online to choose from and our pizza was ready when stated. This Marcos is brand new and while its not the kind of place anyone would really sit down and eat at...there were a couple tables if you wanted to (I just don't know why you would). Will we order from here again? Probably not. Dominos is closer and has a drive thru, and like I said before..there's really no difference between the two..it just comes down to which one you're used to. PH, Dominoes, and Marcos offer very similar flavors. I'd say that Papa Johns is slightly different than these three, so I'm not mentioning it in the comparison here. Pizza: 3/5 Price: 4/5 - Make sure to use the coupons. If you're paying full price for your pizza, you're doing it wrong. We used to LOVE this Marcos location then it closed down for what seemed like forever. It recently reopened and we've given it two chances now. Tonight was NOT GOOD. Have ordered quite a few pizzas from here since they first opened. Started out okay but have definitely slipped as of late. Asked for our pizza to be "crisp" , cooked a little bit longer so the crust would be cooked throughout, and it most definitely was not. Still doughy in the center. Reading the reviews on here definitely reveals a store that is hit or miss with the quality of their product. The owner of this location or even someone from corporate needs to intervene and do some additional training to ensure a consistent product. Will probably NOT come back for awhile to give them a chance to get their shit together. It is not rocket science here, for goodness sake, you are making a pizza, can't you take some pride in your work and make the pizzas the way they are supposed to be made! Tonight was a first for me. And, not in a good way. Took a bite of pizza only to have the very odd experience of something stretchy and tough refusing to release from the pizza. It was only when it finally gave way, landed in my mouth and I pulled it out that I realized it was a clear rubber band. You know those super skinny ones that you do a baby girl's pig tails with...yeah, those...that was in my pizza. My DH called the store on Rolater only to be told that was impossible...literally, the guy argued with him as he stood looking at the rubber band. Then, to add insult to injury, we were informed they couldn't refund our purchase. My DH didn't even ask them to refund the entire order, just the one pizza. The guy on the phone didn't offer to make a new pizza either. There was nothing in the way of an, "I'm sorry. Let me make this right." When my DH asked for the GM's name the guy on the phone only knew the GM's first name. Seriously, you put a foreign object in my food, refused to give a refund, didn't offer to make a new pizza and when asked for the GM's name, you can't even look it up or call someone? The rubber band is bad enough but this unbelievably poor customer service, in a service industry with a large amount of competitors, will be this Marco's location's undoing. read more

I was hoping to really like this place. The first pizza we ordered was pretty good. That was about a week after they opened. This last experience was not great. They kept me on hold forever!! i was able to download the app, placed an order & feed my dog. 16 mins....still on hold. The ETA was 45 min for carry out!! I'm thinking this place must be slammed, which is a good sign. I hate cold pizza so i showed up 10 min early. Good thing cuz they were cutting my pizza when i walked in!! I called the place an order for a pizza to pick up and bring back home. I order at least two pizzas a week and Order quite a few pizzas for work as well from time to time. After I ordered it I noticed it was double the price that I would normally pay at Domino's or Pizza Hut for the same Pizza. I do not recommend this place at all. Customer service is very bad. I saw multiple people wearing masks on their chins instead of nose and mouth area. Only a couple people were wearing gloves. The pizza here is great I've been going here for the past 3 months and I have yet to experience anything remotely close to some people. I really love the current deals like a Medium pizza 1 topping for 6.99 and an XL 2 topping for 13.99 I bought some of those for a party and everything was hot and fresh. Not very impressed with the pizza. Slightly to thick and chewy for my taste. One half of the pizza hardly had any sauce and was dry and other half had quite a bit. So sauce not evenly spread. Place was empty when we arrived. Dining room was empty and all of the tables were dirty and floor was dirty as well. We ordered 3 pizzas. One was ordered with a thin crispy crust, but it came out with original crust and nothing thin about it. Food was good with exception of the crust issue. We asked for water to drink and they do not give glasses of water, you have to buy a 3 dollar Aquafina. They only sell Pepsi products, which is no bueno if you are a Coke guy. read more
