This is the sorriest and most insulting order of chicken wings that I have ever seen. I've never even seen wings this small for sale anywhere. $1.50 each. 12 bucks for these sorry things. Last week I got wings from Dominos, 8 pieces, easily twice as big as these for 9 bucks. This Jet's has been a good place forever. Really great deep dish pizza. Get it fresh and warm and it will not dissappoint. Some of my favorite pizza in the area and doesn't take much to fill you up because of the thick crust. You can have it delivered or pickup. Only con is finding parking. Everything in that shopping center has assigned spots, and Jets only has a few. We noticed people parking in them not even going to jets. Good luck finding one among the sea of Teslas hitting up the Chowrastha parking anywhere they please. Last evening I was headed home from work. I had planned to swing by Jet's Pizza (8 miles out of my way) to surprise some family and friends based on a Facebook ad that one of them sent me a picture of from a video ad that Jet's Pizza marketing ran. On arrival, I tried to place my $9.99 Detroit Deep Dish "special". My plan was to order two of these as well as a large cheese pizza for all of the kids and more... After placing the order, or trying to, with a confused and untrained cashier who kept having to leave to "talk to the manager" that I never saw or interacted with, the cashier said that the manager said or implied that he couldn't complete my order because the offer was online order only???? i said, "I am standing right here and drove out of my way to be here"? I have been in and consulted with the restaurant industry all of my career. 100's of brands. Turning away a guest face to face is probably the worst form of hospitality and it ended my (our) long term love for Jet's Pizza. Over the last several years, the brand has gone from, every week, affordable to a luxury spend, but the quality was always there. I have always picked up my pizza vs spending any money for the convenience of direct delivery or 3rd party delivery companies. To wrap this up...I ended up driving about a mile down the road to Marco's Pizza on Rolator Rd in Frico, headed toward my house. The Franchise Operator Ajay and his brother know us by name. They go out of their way to be passionate about pleasing their guests and always smile and converse with us when I (we) walk in. Last evening, the same... I ordered our dinner and was out the door headed for home in just a few minutes. As always, the Marcos Pizza's and sides were incredible. We relocated to Plano, Texas from California a little over a Month ago and this Week we had some freezing weather and snow for several days. Once the weather got better I quickly ordered from Jet's Pizza since I have had my eye on their business for awhile and their food looks amazing. This time around I ordered the 8 Corner Pizza with Pepperoni and Sausage and the Garlic crust. You can totally customize the pizza and even select what kind of crust you have which is cool! I also ordered a side of Jet's Bread with Pizza sauce. The food was nice and hot when it was delivered to us and it smelled so good. My daughter and I loved how fresh the food was and especially loved the sweet sausage they used on the Pizza. Who doesn't want a nice sweaty slice of pizza after a gym workout out. Well that's what I did... With this alluring name I knew the sky was the limit with this pizza place... But with as much staff I saw around this place I have to ask why it took so long to make one slice of pizza.... With no customers... God help the soulless staff. Been here twice. The pizza is ok with a few toppings. Though I can on a weekday. On a Friday it was terribly slow. Waiting at least an hour and the guy tells everybody it's 10 minutes. To get a refund I had to wait in line again and that was at and hour and a half. Won't go back. read more

Tried this place for the first time and REALLY wanted to not have to write this review but it's very necessary. First let me start off by saying, TRAIN the people on the register to know what you sell. When asking questions about the pizzas the young lady's answer was "I'm new and I don't know." So after about 2-3 questions of I don't know...we now order our pizza and go sit back in our car. As I looked through the window I can see pizzas being made. A young man (on the pizza making side) pulls out his cell phone and starts texting, puts it back in his pocket, DOES NOT WASH HIS HANDS, picks up the pizza dough and makes a pizza puts it in the oven. I spoke to the manager and she had him wash his hands, remove the pizza and remake it. Not to mention way too much movement in the kitchen area...like 6 people all bumping around...I'm watching people answer the phone, touching the register, taking their hat off running the fingers through their hair and then putting hat on backwards...ALL while NO handwashing is going on and everyone is in and out the kitchen. This is unfortunate. I have always loved Jet's Pizza. Unfortunately, every single time I order from here, SOMETHING gets messed up. The last 2 times it took them 2 and a half hours to deliver my stuff. TWO TIMES IN A ROW. Today they forgot my 2 liter and because they only had one driver, they would not deliver it.
