Ate the pepperoni masterclass - it's delicious and guaranteed fresh. The unique ranch really slaps too. Service was quick and friendly and it's about what you expect for late night since I showed up before closing. Good pizza vibes and stone oven. read more

Not for me Didn't care for their take on pizza. Crust needs more char, very cheesy. read more

I do like the pizza. It's best to pick up yourself not have it delivered . Staff very laid back. Salad is ok . Dressing is good . Pizza only comes with chipotle ranch. read more

First off Ryan was awesome!! Me and my boyfriend had a terrible experience with the Zalat in allen. They Wouldnt remake our pizza after we expressed how unhappy we were with the quality and was really rude played dumb when asked for a manager and didnt want to help. My boyfriend was really upset. I Called this location and told them what had happened and if there was a way they could help and they did just that with no hesitation ! They made us the pizza by standard and created such a great experience and the quality was soo much better and was what we were looking for all along. Now we will only be going to them. L allen. W parker ! Vibes were great! read more

Horrible customer service. I just walked in to pick up my order and the gentleman was extremely rude and offensive for no reason. Maybe he was having a bad day, that shouldn't be a customers problem. Do better. Would never recommend this place after the treatment I've received from the employee there. read more

Quick and god delivery! Delicious pizzas wont disappoint! We had the Masterwork pepperoni pizza it is just right and hot when delivered.

Pizza was great and always so tasty! Great service, high quality ingredients. Also always ready before estimated time, fast service.

Pretty decent artisan style pizza. Not cheap though, that's for sure. Can't comment on eating in as we ordered delivery. Pies came reasonably quick on a Saturday night. I do wish they used more toppings, but it wasn't as though the pies were without any. They just need more. See my pics. The cheesy breadsticks could've used more cheese and I wish the crust was crisper. Definitely did not have a brick oven flair at all. It's pizza, but I don't think I'd roll with them again. Too many better places out there. read more

Do not order from here if you have any sort of food allergy or concern. I ordered 2 of the exact same pizzas, both gluten free, from this location. They were delivered and I set them on the counter and we ate from the top box first. When we finished the first pizza, we opened the bottom box and discovered a note saying these pizzas are not gluten free with a sad face. This note was only on one box not both. No one tried to contact us or cancel the order. We ate this non-gluten free pizza and are expecting to now be violently ill. We called the restaurant but they were literally just like oops sorry. The lack of care in this situation is unacceptable. This experience was completely unprofessional. We were regulars but will never order from Zalat again. read more

Zalat Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Plano, Texas

The only reason my wife and I tried the pepperoni pizza is because it is beef pepperoni, since we don't eat pork... We had 2 pepperoni pizzas delivered to us and, the delivery driver was fast and the pizzas were still hot. And the pizzas looked good but, looks are very deceitful... This pizza was horribly bland and tasteless. The sauce tasted like it's fresh out of a can of tomato paste with little to no seasonings. The crust was on the verge of being a cardboard box, tough and chewy. The box says, "The Best Pizza in the Universe"... WRONG!! Quite possibly the worst pizza ever, I've had better pizza from the frozen food aisle!! Zalat Pizza gets 4 thumbs down!! read more

To many mistakes, to many times. From pizzas never delivered to constant missing items. I love Zalat pizzas, but I will not be ordering from the Parker Road location again. Fix this Zalat. You guys are better than this one spot. read more

The pizza at the Plano location is terrible. If I were to order anotherZalat pizza I would get it from the store on independence. The quality has definitely diminished over the past few years read more

Since my first visit two days ago, I've already returned twice. What they do, I ADORE. This are my two preferred tastes: - Pepperoni - breadsticks with cheese Every other option they have is great as well, but the two I stated are truly outstanding. The staff has always been helpful and polite to me. This was a much-needed haven of delicious food in a stuffy neighborhood. I'm overjoyed that Zalat Pizza is here, and will be struggling with myself not to go numerous times each week. read more

Good pizza, crisp crust, some unusual toppings (sometimes just not enough of them) But pricy for what it is. Delivery yields a not quite hot pizza. read more

Friendly service. Call ahead and pick it up because it's carry out, so save yourself the wait. But it's great pizza and they are staffed with people who know what the heck they are doing, unlike L.i.t.t.l.e. C.e.a.s.a.r.s !!! read more

Zalat Pizza - Waiting for drive up order. Place is open late on weeknights (unusual for Plano) AND they make 5 star pizzas! YAY! - Pizza Near Me - Plano, Texas

You have got to try this pizza! The pepperoni masterclass is perfection. I always have to order 2 pies just for myself because the menu is too good to only limit myself to one. The Crave, Pho Shizzle, Elote. Yum. Order extra sirancha. I'm also happy sad they've added Ben and Jerry's to the menu. Also, extra sirancha. Side note: staff is awesome. And order extra sirancha #siranchaislife read more

Pizza is all hype. The people are rude, I had two kids screaming, the guy wouldn't help me carry the pizza. They had a problem with my card ebbed though it had money. They wouldn't take my husbands card over the phone. It's just a joke. Not a family place at all. Over priced Pizza! Call Dominoes read more

Pizza was bomb! Lots of pepperoni, not a big fan of the black pepper & oregano but it didn't change anything we devoured the whole pizza !! Lol. Will definitely order again from here ! Well worth the price! read more

always love ordering from zalat. i just get a "boring" cheese pizza since i am unable to enjoy typical meat based pizzas due to my diet, and they always make what most think is boring amazing. thanked me for ordering thirty times, which was super wholesome, even though i started ordering in middle school through my mom, and the pepperoni when i could eat it was to die for. thank you zalat parker!:) read more

First time here! I knocked off a star because one pie was burnt at the edges and the entire bottom. It was still edible but not enjoyable because it was so crunchy and had a slight burnt taste. We ordered the following: -Elote - the pizza itself had a mild flavor and came with a sour cream dipping sauce which was flavorful -NY style pepperoni - we couldn't tell the difference against the other pizzas as they were all thin crust -Margarita pizza - basil and drizzled with balsamic vinegar -GF cheese - the crust was surprisingly good for gluten free; definitely the best I've had compared to other take out pizza places We would order from here again and try some of their other unique flavors! read more

I've never given a 5 star rating to a Pizza joint, but Zalat is excellent. I don't eat pork, so I was elated when I discovered that Zalat features a "beef pepperoni", yum, yum. I also like their various chicken versions as well.Zalat is my new go to for pizza. read more

Really terrific greasy pizza with unusual toppings. Honestly a winner when you want something different from the norm, super late night or just greasy and easy. My one quibble with this location (which is a ghost kitchen offering to go only) is that they offer pickup times that they can't fulfill - they gave me a 20-min prep time for pickup and when I arrived they said it would be another 30 min. I'd like to see their ordering system be more dynamic to reflect actual staffing/capacity. read more

We ordered the 12" cheese, 12" pepperoni, and 18" teriyaki chicken. They were all Delicious!! First time having the teriyaki chicken pizza--we added minced garlic-so yummy. Next time we'll get extra teriyaki sauce drizzled on top ...or to dip in. Love the simple crust-crispy & chewy...perfect.! It's pricey but such a treat. Since we ordered via UberEats, we found the verbiage on the box suggesting customers order directly through restaurant vs delivery apps funny. I would if Zalats had better offers/coupons on their site!! read more

Pizza is great. But ordering is a complete disaster. Can't figure out how to do a takeout order-won't do a half pepperoni half sausage on line. Won't take calls. Won't take cash. I get better customer service from the IRS and the post office. This is the last time I order a pizza from Zalat. For the corporate geniuses who came up with your new approach-if the concept was to streamline ordering, I would think the words "convoluted mess" would indicate a miss. Zalat Pizza - Lots of pepperoni in the 12" Pepperoni - Pizza Near Me - Plano, Texas

I walked into the store, it looked like the pizza had already been done. The sides and the bottom of the crust, surprisingly were black. That was my first concern. As he put the pizza in the box, he got ready to close it up but forgot to add the reaper slice. He began to drop the reaper oil all over the pizza, and I clarify that it was only supposed to be on one slice. He confirmed with one of his coworkers that that was the case. He asked me did I want him to remake the pizza, and I said yes. Second pizza came out golden and tasted as such. It totally changed how the feedback went. The pizza was very good. The crack black pepper really set it off. The crust was tender and crispy at the same time. I could not have made a better choice. Thank you my wife for picking this pizza, even though I picked the restaurant. The reaper slice was good. Not too hot though. read more

Just a really good pizza. We had their pepperoni and some cheese bread. The only problem-the delivery person just left it at the front door...no knock, no ringing the doorbell, nothing. That needs to be corrected-not good service at all. read more

Delicious! We are recent arrivals to the area with no idea where to buy good pizza. We found it! The Crave pizza was delicious! The cracked black pepper really shines next to the house-made pepperoni. The crust was fine, nothing spectacular. Will definitely order it again, though. read more

Beat pizza around. We've shown all our friends and they agree. This location is ridiculously better than all the others I don't know what it is. The NYC pepperoni is life changing, shortly followed by the Buffalo Chicken and the Elote. I've eaten there at least 20 times since the opening, trust me, get the NYC pep it is insane. read more

I'm a loyal costumer to Zalat and I've never had an experience like I did tonight. I called one location in Plano for a half margarita/half veggie and a half cheese/ half pepperoni, I was told my total was $60 for two pizzas. When I asked why it was so much and that it's not that much from the other location the man asked if I would like to order from them or the next location in a snarky way. I then canceled my order and called this location 10 times and no answer. When I pulled up I was appalled when I saw a young man with long hair head banging in the kitchen without a hair net. I immediately backed out and went to dominos, where I ordered more food and paid less. I will no longer be purchasing from Zalat. I suggest the company hires more professional employees and updates their sanitation policies. read more

Wow. Amazing pizza!! Ordered the new york style 14" pizza cheese. Soooo good. Love the crust. It's not too soggy and has a perfect crisp. Wish I ordered the 18 instead but next time. And the ranch siracha sauce that comes on the side is amazing!! Will be back again. read more

One Star for 3 words - Customer Service Failure. I ordered an 18" pizza on a Sunday at 6pm. I received an email with my order details and Credit Card receipt. This was followed by a text saying my order was ready for pickup. As I was walking out the door Zalat called to tell me that they ran out of 18" crusts and could not make my pie at 6:15 on a Sunday. They offered no substitution option so I canceled my order and asked when I could expect to see a reversal/refund of $22.72. They told me it would take from 3-5 days to show up on my CC account. I foolishly believed them. 5 days later the charge was still on my bill and is still there today. So I related the issue through the Toast order app and also through the Zalat Contact page. Neither of those attempts yielded a response or action. The sad irony is that this message appears at the top of the Zalat Contact page: "We take customer service seriously and want to hear your opinions! Without you, we are nothing. Please use the form below to contact us. If you have feedback for a specific location, please select the Location below." Having run out options and patience, I had to spend more time to dispute the $22.72 charge with the credit card company to settle the issue. : read more
