When I'm at home and have zero desire to leave for food or cook it myself I order from Marco's. Great pizza and fast. The menu is full of great items and's I always have leftovers. I accidentally ordered the garlic parm dipping sauce instead of the garlic butter today but I think I'll make it my new norm for pizza dipping. Got a little kick to it and tasty on the deluxe pizza! I have been ordering Marcos delivery from the covell/I-35 location for the past 4yrs. I live on the east side of the Woodland Park neighborhood on Douglas and Covell, and they have always been wonderful to work with. I called to order tonight and spoke to Kyle Maxwell, who is the store "manager" and according to Kyle, there is a new general manager, Ariel, who is no longer allowing them to deliver to the east side of Douglas. Our neighborhood is split into two sections by Douglas.. I can literally receive a delivery over my back fence from Douglas. I have been a loyal Marcos customer for almost a decade now, far longer than even living in this house.. and have raved to others about Marcos pizza, and especially their service.. FINALLY!!! We have been searching for a delicious pizza since moving here a year ago. So far we had only found either those fancy (expensive) boutique pizzas or nasty cardboard crusted worse than frozen pizzas. BUT MARCO'S takes the title for yummiest pizza in north Edmond area!! Ordering was easy online and two pies were ready in the quick 12 minutes estimated. Nice sauce was not overspiced so did not leave us super thirsty. The fresh tomatoes were great on the Garden pizza (so glad they don't put those ubiquitous green bell peppers on it). The hubby is relieved to have finally found authentic Italian sausage! LOVE the crust, just the right amount of dough, not too thin nor too thick and the edges were not at all chewy like the majority we toss away, it was actually airy, very fresh, fluffy, and enjoyable! So happy the quest is over and we have discovered our pizza spot! read more

I recommend their pizza, but I do not recommend their online ordering process. It needs to be revamped and streamlined to keep up with their competitors. For instance, on October 9, I ordered delivery pizza around 5:15 PM. I received communication through text / email that I would receive the order at my home by 5:51. At 6:10 I called them and was told that they didn't even have a driver available. It was another 20 minutes before I got the pizza. I was promised by the manager that I would receive a discount on my order and that has not happened yet. Like I told them, your pizza is good, but getting that pizza from your kitchen to my house is extremely frustrating. My order before this (a couple of months ago) never did get delivered because they had some problem with their computers. I was never notified. I was just left here sitting waiting for my delivery. It took me two calls to the store to get my money back. read more

Marco's Pizza is my favorite fast food pizza place! I always look forward to ordering from Marco's because I know I will get the same great quality. I love everything here from regular to thin crust and you must order their cheesy bread. There is an option to add flavor to your crust and I usually ask for the Roma crust. It's an Italian spice that gives the crust an extra 'something something'. I usually don't eat the crust but I do when I order from Marco's. Take out is super quick and their delivery service is also excellent! I've always had good service when ordering with them. I highly recommend Marco's Pizza to any pizza lovers out there. read more

We have been ordering from Marcos for several years , and yes the quality has gone down, and not trying to pin it on any one thing, prices, inflation, and so on . prices go up, generally quality goes done , because people don't want to see a larger price, and grant it, good help is hard to find now a days also, but, this time we had a card game at the house I ordered four pizzas and they were only so so, all four pizzas were over done and all four pizzas did not have enough sauce and they were dry. But to be competitive, you have to stay on top of what you have to work with. ROBBED! I wish I could give ZERO stars. I ordered online to get delivery and they charged my card $25 dollars and claimed that they did not get the transaction from their end. My bank statement clearly showed that the transaction had gone through. After battling the Marcos management team back and forth repetitively, I am down $25 and have no pizza. I tried to resolve the issue in a civil way but the management was rude and short the whole time. It was beyond frustrating. Do not order delivery from this location. read more

Being from Chicago you might classify me as a pizza snob, I accept that title with pride. Having had their pizza now twice I can say with confidence that they serve adequate average pizza. If compared to a 'branded' pizzeria I would most liken it to Pizza Hut. Nothing about their pizza really stands out. All their toppings are exceptionally fresh but the pepperoni in particular is underwhelming in taste, both styles. Their crust suffers from the same problem Domino's fixed a few years ago in that it was just merely acceptable. Speaking of crust, the middle of the pie the crust was mostly soft and gooey on both my experiences with them and I would have preferred a more solid surface to support my pizza eating style. This place barely ranks above Pizza Hut and not as high as Domino's. If you're going out it is better at the restaurant and if you are ordering delivery get Domino's instead. read more

This is our goto Pizza delivery store. We really like Marcos for the taste, quality and overall experience. I can't imagine ever going back to Dominos, Papa Johns or Pizza Hut. The deliver staff has always treated us well and time to get the pizza to our house is general at or under 30 minutes. I feel that Marco's uses really good quality toppings and doesn't skimp on the amount of topics put on the pizza. Can't say that about the other mega chain pizza shops. They offer gluten free options, super helpful people on the other end of the phone who have always been polite and seemed like they actually like their job. NOT HERE in Edmond. Person who answered the phone had a thick backwoods drone who, when asked of they had a GF crusts, (says, "do what now?"...and "whats that?"). You work in food service!!! One word. Inconsistent. I usually place my order online and try to time my arrival to pickup to the time indicated. Haven't got it right yet. Last time they messed up my order and didn't bother to tell me. I sat and waited 30 minutes at the window and was ignored the whole time after taking my money. Didn't tell me they had a problem. The one person who was closest to being in charge said after I complained was they were training a lot of people that day. I ended up with an extra pizza but really didn't want. I absolutely love their pizza! The thin crust cannot be beat! But I docked two stars because of the parking lot situation. I love being able to go to the drive thru but I almost get hit by the delivery cars every time. I'll be coming from the back to the side and they zip up to where I'm trying to go so fast it's like they are not even looking. I always go extremely slow when approaching but days ago a driver almost crashed into me and he didn't even notice once. I really hope this gets worked out so no one gets hurt or no one has to pay for any damages if there is ever a crash. If the drivers just went from the other way that would help. read more
