We'll never having ordered anything other than pizza at Marco's, I was thinking their 6" were similar to a sub sandwich place (goes by a name that sort of rhymes with Fairway), which never seems to truly be 6". So I ordered the 12". Bit of mistake on my part. Huge! Not just in length! These were loaded with meatballs and cheese!! Needless to say, we only ate half of each one. But!! This Marcos's is right outside my neighborhood and I always drive by thinking I need to check it out as a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur. The pepperoni pizza was delicious. We ordered take out and were able to pick it up within 15 minutes on a Sunday night! The employees that were working were both friendly and greeted me immediately. Pizza was delivered quickly by Door Dash. The bottom of the pizza box was saturated with grease. The pizza was poorly prepared with most of the toppings distributed to one side. Crust was grease-soaked and inedible. Usually my go-to place for pizza, but I will look elsewhere next time . read more

I've been ordering pizzas from Marcos for about two years now. I particularly loved their Deluxe Pizza. However, on April 2nd I was dismayed to find they had become Dominos. Not in actuality...just that somehow their pizza quality had morphed into the typical features of a Domino pizza. A super bready, flavorless crust (roughly 2.5 times the thickness, super skimpy on the sauce, larger sized veggies (but not larger quantities). It was already tepid when I picked it up and was stone-cold by the time I got it home. The cheese had fossilized into muculage glue, the crust hadn't been fully sliced (and had to be re-sliced/torn apart). Overall, a disappointing waste of $15.99. I won't be back. read more

We had a coupon for a free pizza from a community raffle (that Marco's donated). They don't really have "gourmet" pizzas. So I say "Yay"! A good pizza is simple: nothing fancy just good ingredients! I ordered online (super easy), applied a deal (also quite easy) and picked up a large 'pepperoni magnifico' and an order of cinnamon bites. The pepperoni on this pizza is the best. Two kinds... savory, perfectly spicy and fried edge cups of goodness. The best part about a Marco's traditional hand tossed pizza is the dusted cornmeal crust and garlic flavor topper on the edges carry the sweet tomato sauce, melted cheese, and toppings brilliantly. The cinnamon bites are simple perfection. Pizza dough, ladled with melted butter, and cinnamon sugar. A little frosting pouch is included to drizzle your dessert. Having ordered Marco's pizza numerous times in Toledo and having great experiences, I have to say I am thoroughly disappointed in the Columbus area stores. They are inconsistent, greasy, and undercooked. I ordered from the Cosgray Rd location and I could still see the individual strands of uncooked cheese. So gross. Never again. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Marco's Pizza for at least 20 years and I never get tired of it. The fresh dough, delicious pizza sauce, two types of pepperoni, freshly sliced vegetables, and a variety of meat toppings, too. Fantastic pizzas made with quality ingredients. Marco's also has my favorite Italian Sub of all time. I've tried MANY Italian Subs from numerous restaurants, but in my opinion, Marco's Italiano Sub is the best. The flavors are amazing, the toasted white sub roll is perfect, and the subs are just as good days later after microwaving for 30 seconds. The staff at Marco's are hardworking and they stay busy. In recent months, the service has been good and the employees have been friendly and helpful. That wasn't the case several years ago. Thankfully, customer service has improved a lot since then. We ordered 3 large pizzas on Friday, April 11, during their half off all pizzas weekend. I picked them up and they were slammed with customers! We received our pizzas only ten minutes after we were originally told they would be ready. The lobby was packed, but the staff was working efficiently and politely. I would have gone crazy if I were them, but they were a well oiled machine! I'm sure that they were totally exhausted after the store closed. Oh, and the pizzas were delicious! August-October 2023 Cosgray Rd Dublin, OH Be prepared to wait for your online or app order when you pick up for at least 20-30 minutes. This was the second time in 2 months that this happened to me. The first time I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt busy weekend and all. This time I ordered online and when my order said it was ready I got to the store about 5 minutes late. When I arrived 4 other people were waiting on their orders. No one asked any of us what our names were or what orders we placed. I could see one person working on trying to get all the orders out of the oven and they were backing up on the table and in the oven. As he was trying to make sense of the orders he did not ask for help until it was mounds of boxes and orders sitting at the edge of the oven. Then he told one girl to stop making pizzas and trying to make sense of the orders while he goes and makes a phone call! During this time around 6 other people walked in to pick up orders and no one was asked any questions or greeted. Up to 10 people now waiting on orders. Once the man was off the phone he came back and started helping the other employee he told to try and put orders together. By the time one pizza was taken out of the oven due to the backup it was all misshaped and burnt. They had to toss it and remake it. They finally started calling names of orders and the first 2 orders they called no one was there for. After that I proceeded to interject and say why don't you start with asking names of the people that are here first and getting their orders ready. All in all I had to wait 35 minutes in the actual store for my online order. That said it was ready for pickup 40 minutes before that. I went to the website to leave feedback and their feedback system was horrible. My recommendation is that if you live close to this location and have a costco membership. This location is awful. The food is never ready when they say it will be. They have an online tracking system that says it is ready, yet when we show up to pick it up, we still have to wait 20 more minutes. This has happened to us twice now, and neither time did the staff apologize or offer a reason. Not sure what the inconsistency is - but about 40% of the time when asking to omit mushrooms from the Philly specialty pizza, the order will arrive with what looks like extra mushrooms. Could very well be method of ordering (DoorDash, Grubhub, Website...). Pizza and other menu items are good otherwise. When the food arrives as ordered it's definitely my favorite. A big double pepperoni...now...and your favorite place that serves artisan pizzas is closed because they're a little family owned place that can't be open 24/7 because we'll, they need to sleep, or take a break sometimes. You want to be faithful, you really do, but pepperoni...pizza... This chain place opened near our house, it was one of those nights, so we were unfaithful and ordered from Marcos. I've got to say we weren't expecting much, but their Pepperoni Magnifico was really good!
