Really good pizza at a decent price. Their location is ideal for college students in the dorms. I always pick-up at the location. Staff is friendly and the kitchen has always been clean. read more

I made a online order that said to pick up by 9:59. When I arrived to the parking lot at 9:52 I sat in the car until pick up time. I walked in the door nobody greeted, nobody looked , just me and 3 other customers just standing there waiting for somebody to even acknowledge us.. I got somebodies attention who was cutting and boxing the pizza and they told me my pizza was the 2nd pizza to come out of the oven and told someone else their pizza was the 5th pizza out of the oven .. So the second pizza comes and he boxed it and added another order of i guess cheese sticks on top of it and put it on top where the delivery orders go so i go outside to tell my partner what happened and the same dude went to deliver pizzas .. so i go back in and ask somebody else about my order .. he goes "give us like 10 more mins were working on it right now" like ?????? .. okay cool so i go back and wait another 10 mins come back and he says its done and says wait another 6 mins he doesnt know what happened to it .. so at this point im getting fed up because it was literally a call in and people who had 2 pizzas or just ordered in general were getting their food and we werent so at this point its like 10:40 something so i go back in and im asking again he says its in the over give it like 4 mins so im like bro are yall gonna throw anything in for this time and gas i wasted like i was able to go to the store and come back and they still werent done and I had my car running this whole encounter like i want something free .. no apology, nothing free, nothing .. just a pizza i been waiting for that was ordered and paid for online that i had to wait to get for an hour and car that was burning gas for a hour WILL NOT be returning read more

We order often from Marcos in North Columbus GA for the past year the pizzas have been more like their good pizzas from the past. Tonight 6/20/25, it was OUTSTANDING. We love the Deluxe we pick it up early and it reheats beautifully in the airfryer. read more

Came at 8:15pm. Sign in door states "push button for service after 8:00pm. An employee opens door immediately asks "what's the name" I specified we still need to place order. He stated the lobby is closed and we need to call THE lobby's phone to place the order. I couldn't believe what I was hearing so I confirmed: I need to call you to place an order? And you are going to answer me to take my order? He said yes and QUICKLY called out the phone number (once) then shut the door. Glad I was ready to dial! I called the number and was literally looking at the girl taking my order through the window. I have never ‍ so hard! This is crazy. I had a simple pepperoni pizza. Btw... she took my card pmt over the phone. Waiting for pizza as we speak (no comment on pizza) read more

Placed and online order for the buy one get one free pizza toda. The Marcos' employees made one of my pizzas and forgot the other on. I asked if I was going to get some breadsticks or drink for having to wait for them to make a whole other pizza and the young guy in charge told me "no, stuff happen." I'll never order from there again read more

Food security for delivery does not appear to be a concern. Pizza delivery is in the box with only one seal.

Our last two pizzas have arrived in terrible condition! all the toppings fall right off. We won't be back. read more

Marco's Pizza - a slice of pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Columbus, Georgia

I am from Columbus, Georgia, and it's Always hard to find good pizza. I do like Marcos. They do a good job putting more meat and vegetables than other places in Columbus. And they have gluten-free pizza. We will continue going here. if you order online, you'll definitely get better discounts. read more

Not as good as it used to be... I have been a weekly customer of this location for many years. Recently I have had several disappointing experiences. As I always do pickup and with the lobby closed, I called to notify the store that I was here for the pickup. When the phone was answered, I was immediately put on hold, only to watch the person working the phones finish off the pizza he was eating. When he was done snacking, he then was available to take my order. He had no clue I was watching him in amazement the entire time. Additionally, apparently this location has not green bell peppers as a topping. I have asked to get them added to my pizza for weeks and every Sunday I am told they are out. It has become a weekly bet between me and my wife to see if they will have any.. !!!! Used to be great location but standards and the attention to details has dropped in recent months. read more

I ordered a pineapple pizza and they put pepperoni instead of pineapple! When I tried to call and fix the problem they were very rude and would not help me! I understand most people love pepperoni however I do not. I now have an expensive pizza that I can't eat and nothing to eat. read more

We have ordered from Marcos for years. Lately, their attitude has turned poor at best. Food is okay, but from being hung up on by the girl on the phone, to the rudeness of the delivery guy, I'm about done with this franchise. I am gracious and patient, always a good tip, but this is not acceptable. read more

The last two times we ordered and picked up, Marco's did not get the order correct. If you ask for additional ingredients or to leave off an ingredient, this pizza restaurant can not get the order done to the correct specifications. It even has the correct ingredients on the ticket, apparently, no one reads the ticket and certainly, no one double checks before sending the order out. We also placed our order and was told it would be ready by 6:32 pm. We went to pick it up, wasn't ready. Waited in parking lot. Called again after 20 minutes still no pizza. 45 minutes later, finally got the 3 pizzas we ordered even if one of them was incorrect. Slow service and not getting the order right. What happened? You used to be our favorite pizza place. Next time we are ordering somewhere else. read more

Ordered from University ave one in Fargo. At first I thought the delivery was taking too long but when it arrived and I opened the pizza and salad, it was just perfect, so delivery no longer mattered. It was exactly what I ordered and felt , like, it was crafted to my personal liking. Thank you very much. 10 out of 10. read more

I don't usually leave feedbacks, but this was Probably the worst experience I've ever had. The manager or shift leader did not help. Ordered online, the order did not go thru... but my bank charged me. I went to go get my pizza and found out no order was received. The shift manager could not assist and told me to call back in a reorder and I would have to pay again and dispute the other charge. He then told me they were backed up and it would be 30-45 minutes and he had 5-6 orders in front of mine. This was for a kids birthday party. read more

Nothing special in the food department. They do have a lot of other choices besides pizza which is great, but what pizza place doesn't these days? It is always so much faster to call ahead and pick up your pizza instead if waiting around for delivery. read more

Hands down best franchise pizza joint in Columbus !!! With all the other pizza chains changing instead of sticking to what works they have placed their business in a lower class next to Marios. read more

Will no longer use them. Called for delivery and according to their computer they do not deliver to this house. Have used before and they delivered not just to this house, but the one next door. Get their coupons delivered regularly and am within a mile of their business. Called and spoke to the manager (Marqius) about it & after speaking to him he didn't seem to care. Evidently they do not care if they get business or not. Asked to be removed from their list. Glad to know they are doing so well. read more

Best chain pizza. Sauce is what makes this pizza so good. I prefer the Hawaiian pizza

The food is okay but the service is awful. This has to be one of the most disrespectful eateries in town.

I'm not normally one to write Yelp reviews, but I'm angry so. Received some coupons in the mail today, for this specific Marco's. My roommate just went through a breakup and only this specific deal would cheer her up. I tried to place the order online and it told me the coupon was not valid. My boyfriend called the store and was greeted but a RUDE employee, who didn't help us at all. He just told us the same thing- the coupon wasn't valid, and hung up. I couldn't believe the horrible customer service. The coupon is in fact currently valid through March. My boyfriend called the Marco's on Warm Springs Road, and they were incredibly nice, and immediately took the offer. Honestly I'm just upset that we weren't really helped at all, the cashier was just incredibly rude. read more

Can someone please tell me why it's so hard to get what I order at this location? FIVE separate times I've ordered a salad. I know it's a pizza place & salads probably aren't a normal order, but out of the 5 times I've ordered a salad there for me to eat with my kids' pizza or wings, I've only ever gotten what I actually ordered ONCE. I order a garden salad, use the options to change some of the toppings that come on it and add some others that don't, which I have to PAY FOR AND I DON'T RECEIVE. I've tried calling the store before, the manager was more than rude and acted like I was stupid for calling and literally said "what do you want me to do?" How about, address this with your employees, have them actually read the tickets? This is the last time I'll be ordering from this location. read more

Love the pizza! I think the special needs program is a wonderful idea! The great food more than compensated for the slow time it took to place an order and read a coupon! 2Thumbs Up! read more
