Came at 8:15pm. Sign in door states "push button for service after 8:00pm. An employee opens door immediately asks "what's the name" I specified we still need to place order. He stated the lobby is closed and we need to call THE lobby's phone to place the order. I couldn't believe what I was hearing so I confirmed: I need to call you to place an order? And you are going to answer me to take my order? He said yes and QUICKLY called out the phone number (once) then shut the door. Glad I was ready to dial! Placed and online order for the buy one get one free pizza toda. The Marcos' employees made one of my pizzas and forgot the other on. I asked if I was going to get some breadsticks or drink for having to wait for them to make a whole other pizza and the young guy in charge told me "no, stuff happen." Not as good as it used to be... I have been a weekly customer of this location for many years. Recently I have had several disappointing experiences. As I always do pickup and with the lobby closed, I called to notify the store that I was here for the pickup. When the phone was answered, I was immediately put on hold, only to watch the person working the phones finish off the pizza he was eating. When he was done snacking, he then was available to take my order. He had no clue I was watching him in amazement the entire time. Additionally, apparently this location has not green bell peppers as a topping. I have asked to get them added to my pizza for weeks and every Sunday I am told they are out. It has become a weekly bet between me and my wife to see if they will have any.. !!!! Used to be great location but standards and the attention to details has dropped in recent months. read more

I ordered a pineapple pizza and they put pepperoni instead of pineapple! When I tried to call and fix the problem they were very rude and would not help me! I understand most people love pepperoni however I do not. I now have an expensive pizza that I can't eat and nothing to eat. read more

The last two times we ordered and picked up, Marco's did not get the order correct. If you ask for additional ingredients or to leave off an ingredient, this pizza restaurant can not get the order done to the correct specifications. It even has the correct ingredients on the ticket, apparently, no one reads the ticket and certainly, no one double checks before sending the order out. We also placed our order and was told it would be ready by 6:32 pm. We went to pick it up, wasn't ready. Waited in parking lot. Called again after 20 minutes still no pizza. 45 minutes later, finally got the 3 pizzas we ordered even if one of them was incorrect. Slow service and not getting the order right. What happened? Ordered from University ave one in Fargo. At first I thought the delivery was taking too long but when it arrived and I opened the pizza and salad, it was just perfect, so delivery no longer mattered. I don't usually leave feedbacks, but this was Probably the worst experience I've ever had. The manager or shift leader did not help. Ordered online, the order did not go thru... but my bank charged me. I went to go get my pizza and found out no order was received. The shift manager could not assist and told me to call back in a reorder and I would have to pay again and dispute the other charge. He then told me they were backed up and it would be 30-45 minutes and he had 5-6 orders in front of mine. This was for a kids birthday party. read more

Will no longer use them. Called for delivery and according to their computer they do not deliver to this house. Have used before and they delivered not just to this house, but the one next door. Get their coupons delivered regularly and am within a mile of their business. Called and spoke to the manager (Marqius) about it & after speaking to him he didn't seem to care. Evidently they do not care if they get business or not. Asked to be removed from their list. Glad to know they are doing so well. read more

Nothing special in the food department. They do have a lot of other choices besides pizza which is great, but what pizza place doesn't these days? It is always so much faster to call ahead and pick up your pizza instead if waiting around for delivery. read more

I'm not normally one to write Yelp reviews, but I'm angry so. Received some coupons in the mail today, for this specific Marco's. My roommate just went through a breakup and only this specific deal would cheer her up. I tried to place the order online and it told me the coupon was not valid. My boyfriend called the store and was greeted but a RUDE employee, who didn't help us at all. He just told us the same thing- the coupon wasn't valid, and hung up. I couldn't believe the horrible customer service. The coupon is in fact currently valid through March. My boyfriend called the Marco's on Warm Springs Road, and they were incredibly nice, and immediately took the offer. Honestly I'm just upset that we weren't really helped at all, the cashier was just incredibly rude. read more

Can someone please tell me why it's so hard to get what I order at this location? FIVE separate times I've ordered a salad. I know it's a pizza place & salads probably aren't a normal order, but out of the 5 times I've ordered a salad there for me to eat with my kids' pizza or wings, I've only ever gotten what I actually ordered ONCE. I order a garden salad, use the options to change some of the toppings that come on it and add some others that don't, which I have to PAY FOR AND I DON'T RECEIVE. I've tried calling the store before, the manager was more than rude and acted like I was stupid for calling and literally said "what do you want me to do?" How about, address this with your employees, have them actually read the tickets? This is the last time I'll be ordering from this location. read more
