Also I had literally what I would compare to a cable cord stretched from the passenger side dash to the driver seat. I cancelled and paid what I would have for the installation. That was fine. But had to call in to make sure the paperwork for the MVD was cancelled. I was treated badly by the first person, even the installers mouth dropped as I had it on speaker. I was finally transferred to another and it was the same guy that sold it to me. He YELLED AT ME FOR SOME TIME AND THEN SAID, "YOU MNOW WHST YOU FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF" and hung up. I had the call on speaker. I ended up having to pay the additional that was discounted and glad I did. Went straight to Arizona Interlocks and the install was just an hour. Did paperwork. Device is small and sleek. One blow to start. No cord across the entire front. No extra calibration charges. Thank the lord for these guys. No one ever deserves to be yelled at like I got and told to figure it out myself. Save yourselves and do not choose Intoxalock.

Now at the new location, and the new people say he moved from there too. I was shocked, never been sworn like that in my life and especially for something so petty! I think he may have been inebriated...which is an oxymoron considering he's installing interlock systems. He reacted like I called his "cell/home" number! Normally you're able to leave a message for an "office" late at night. They ASK you to leave a message and TELL you they will pick it up in the MORNING. Off. His. Rocker.
