Service was spot on. Was able to stop by within 15 minutes of me sending the message for service needed. Minh provided great service with a kill switch installation June 26'. It's been ab3 months it works great and no issues. The installation only took a few hours. He checked in a month later to see if everything was working as expected. read more

I got a subwoofer installed and needless to say I got exactly what I was hoping for . Instead of picking out a random subwoofer, he specifically made sure that I got a subwoofer that fit the trunk of my car seamlessly. In addition , he broke down the price of all the parts and labor so I was well informed of everything . Really happy with the instillation read more

MNM Mobile Installation is definitely a go-to spot. Minh, the owner and technician, installed a Wolfbox dash cam and Bluetooth stereo with Apple CarPlay in my son's 2014 Lexus CT200h, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. His communication was clear and detailed, with regular updates throughout the process. The quality of work was top-notch, efficient, and fast. What really sets Minh apart is how genuinely he cares about his customers--his ability to connect creates a great experience and that's why people keep coming back. Highly recommend MNM Mobile Installation for quality work and outstanding customer service! read more

10/10 would recommend Minh! Family/asian owned! He knows exactly what he's doing and makes sure he uses top quality products. This is my second time coming to Minh, this time to put a radio into my 89 mustang. Of course working with old cars can be hard, but Minh made sure I was updated with everything he was doing and really gave me the VIP treatment. I'm so happy with the outcome and his hospitality and service is so great! I'll definitely be back for more! read more

Right from the get go, let's just establish that Minh of MnM is awesome! To elaborate a bit more on my own experience, I recently had some issues arise with my aftermarket front & rear cams that were installed out of state. Even though the cams were installed not too long ago, I got zero support from the shop in Texas that did the original work. Stuck to figure out things on my own, I called up Minh of MnM. He had appointment slots for me as soon as the next day. I scheduled a morning appointment and brought my car in. Upon arrival, Minh and his coworker Raymond warmly greeted me. I told them about my camera troubles and they went to work on diagnosing and fixing the issue right away. Within 1.5 hours, the camera issues were identified and everything was addressed so that my cams were back up and running. They did all this while I connected to their free WiFi in the waiting area and got some remote work done. I couldn't be more pleased with the friendliness, knowledge and efficiency of Minh and Raymond. Since MnM actually offers a variety of different car services, I will definitely be back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

Easy to make an appointment and installation of my Viofo camera was flawless. Highly recommend.

After checking out several car installation shops, I chose to go with Minh--and I'm so glad I did. He installed a dash cam and another accessory I had purchased online, and the entire experience was seamless. Minh's attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right really stood out. Unlike the larger, high-traffic shops where your car can feel like just another number, Minh offers a more personalized, one-on-one service. He took the time to focus solely on my vehicle, and it showed in the quality of the work. Even better, everything was completed ahead of schedule. If you're looking for professional, efficient, and personalized service, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back for future installations! read more

Awesome job in dashcam installation and the price is fair. The owner is very nice and helpful in explaining on operation. Highly recommended ! read more

I can't say enough about MnM. Have had 4 different vehicles worked on by them and will continue to return. My latest vehicle had a new head unit installed and 10" sub woofer. Perfect installation and everything looks really clean. Couldn't tell anything has even been altered because the interior is untouched. Have seen their corporate fleet work for major tech companies here in the bay area as well. If you are thinking of having any electronics placed in your vehicle or your corporate fleet this is your shop. read more

Although I live in Fremont but went there to have Vantrue dashcams installed on my 2 cars at different times as Minh is very professional. The installation was neatly done in less than 2 hours. I was referred to this establishment by the owner another electrical auto repair shop. The guy assured me that MNM would be my last stop, which was evaluation #5, in total. My specific issue was tricky to uncover the exact root cause. There was a parasitic draw draining my battery. Every day I was needing to use a jumper box to start the engine. The customer service was top-notch, and the technician who handled my issue was excellent at his craft. Very knowledgeable and turned out to be quite dependable. He managed to correct my problem in no time. Minh went above and beyond to make sure that I drove away a satisfied customer. I am happy to refer this business and send others over their way. Plenty more pleased customers can attest to what I am expressing. So grateful for the helpful tips and exceptional service I received. THANK YOU!! read more

Minh did a fast and great job installing dash cam for my father. I recommend him. He also help explain things to my dad. Great experience

I have been contemplating of getting cameras in my car for both the front and rear for a couple years now and I had a friend who got her car done by MnM mobile so I finally pulled the trigger and got it installed in my car. And let me tell you it is amazing. amazing customer service. The job was done in less than an hour. He shows you the app you have to download and what you need to do and honestly getting them done has given me reassurance when I park my car on the street because my car will start recording in case anyone hits my car so there's that also positive I have been telling all my friends about it so they will be reaching out soon to get their cars done and the price is really reasonable honestly for getting a front and rear camera installed! Unfortunately, you have to make an appointment to get your car done but if you read this review and you've been contemplating of getting cameras installed, I say just do it because you feel so much more relaxed and less stressed while you're driving or when you park your car on the street read more

I bought an Alpine iLX-w650 head unit for my 2013 Subaru BRZ and I didn't have the skill to install it, even after I watched some youtube videos but I still had no clue, so I went to Minh's shop. I also bought an Uniden R3 radar and I didn't like the wire, Minh said he can hide the wire on the top. I drove my car to Min's shop at around 11AM, and at 3:30PM Minh's texted me that the car was ready, he really finished the job efficiently! When I came back to pickup my car, I saw that the head unit was installed, and Minh tested the backup camera and it was working, and the wire for Uniden R3 was installed on the top. And Minh taught me how to use CarPlay patiently. Previously I thought Alpine iLX-w650 has wireless CarPlay, it turned out it only supports wired CarPlay. Overall, Minh did a great job and I can use Google Maps via CarPlay now! read more

Minh did a good job. Fast and professional to hardwire dashcam with minimal wire exposure.

Came here for my kill switch installation. Minh hooked me up with an awesome kill switch to my truck. Placed it in best possible spot. I was in & out in under 2 hours. Definitely coming back here for my rock crawling lights. They have a great set up available. I'm glad this place prides itself on old school business values and quality work. read more

After reading numerous positive Yelp reviews, I decided to bring my car to Minh for some much-needed work. From the moment I arrived, Minh's personable and knowledgeable demeanor put me at ease. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and organization of his establishment. While Minh worked on my car, I waited in a covered area outside with wooden benches and WiFi. The space provided a good place to wait and stay connected. Minh's thoroughness in both his work and his explanations ensured I fully understood the services performed on my vehicle. Not only that, I mentioned an issue with the rearview mirror dashcam draining the battery if left plugged in--completely separate from the issue I had come in for. He switched the wires around so it would no longer drain the battery--free of charge. Minh is truly a gem, and I will definitely return for any future needs. Highly recommended! read more

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Minh and his team are true professionals and amazing at what they do. I came to Minh with a highly customized job for my Lexus SC430. He helped me restore the original navigation system, install a new head unit, put in a free floating sub and add custom display mirroring / hdmi input to the original oem top nav screen. Minh texted me along the way to show me progress and make sure we were clear on all of the changes. The process felt collaborative and very tuned in to the end goals that I had envisioned. I am incredibly happy with how it turned out and am thankful that Minh and his team were willing to take on the job. Nothing but praises from me. Thanks Minh! read more

I had Minh at MnM Mobile install a Red Tiger F7NP Dashcam into my Tesla Model S. The dashcam had front and rear cameras with GPS and parking modes. Minh did a great job of installing the dashcam using hard wiring onto the Tesla fuse box. I would highly recommend him for this type of job. read more

Not Good For BMW/Mini Speaker Installations - Spent days communicating about what should have been a straight forward installations and the speakers were already purchased. The original subwoofers needed to be removed and there was no confidence around switching them out and was told that I had the wrong speaks WHICH THEY WERE NOT. Ended up taking them to a REAL Audio Installation place and they had the subwoofers switched out in 2-hours. Then I was charges $600+ just for 3 door speaker installs so I unfortunately paid for his guess work on the subwoofers too! read more

Minh is awesome. I have been trying to get CarPlay in my Fiat 124 Spider, where it's not supported and there are firmware upgrades required to hack it that they don't offer. Minh had me do some research about these hacks and then had me come in. He came out to meet me and offered me several options, but getting CarPlay would have been very expensive with all the friction points. He suggested a large touchscreen but as he was showing it to me, he told me that he'd set that up for his girlfriend, and she pointed out that she could have an almost equivalent experience with a good phone mount by putting her phone in the right position. I wound up finding a great phone mount, which Minh blessed before I purchased it, even though he didn't make any money off me. I can see why they have a 5 star rating! read more

Brought my son's 2000 Acura integra in for an alarm system install. The owner was accommodating enough to explain the difference of what price point for each system would cost. I end up selecting a Viper alarm system that would require 2 hours for the install. When it comes to electronics, I wouldn't trust anyone else but Minh at MNM. MNM installed a front and rear dash cam installed in both mine and my wife's car, the cable routing and installation was impeccable (everything hidden, looks very oem and has worked flawlessly). Hardware and pricing is extremely reasonable. I more recently visited MNM to upgrade the sound in my car. Minh was very responsive to questions and in the end wanted me to be happy with the new setup. He had suggestions on using some of the factory speakers rather than blindly purchasing new speakers when they weren't necessary for my situation. Most other shops would try to push equipment sales, but it's obvious Minh has the customer in mind at all times. I had an amp and sub box installed, he took the extra time to show me how everything was wired and how to use the new equipment which was extremely helpful. The new setup ended up being exactly what I had wanted. Any time I hear someone looking for any electronics help or installation, MNM is going to be my first recommendation. read more

Minh had been good to answer questions but when I came to actual services or job done I had horrible experience with him. Not sure how he gets these 5 star reviews but I had two car stereos replaced by him and that certainly do not reflect these experiences. It is hard get a schedule from him and then job is not done properly. In both cases, he didnt install the back up camera properly and in the second car I paid $170 labor only for backup camera and that is still not working. I went for good service and he is not cheap and yet ended up with something that is not working. He charged me twice for installing a stereo unit which was not flushed correctly, always coming up with excuses more labors and charges but no final working products. Amazing experience. Minh was helpful in professional advice & recommendations for services he doesn't support

I was impressed with Minh's communication and easy going nature from the start. He installed a dash cam (front and rear) and did a clean job. I rescheduled several times and sent him ideas of what I had in mind before the install and he was helpful in providing some feedback before I bought the unit on my own. He was flexible and answered any questions that I had after the installation as well. The install took a little over an hour. He charged me what he quoted me over the phone. I felt his price was reasonable. There is an outdoor covered waiting area with WiFi access. read more

Minh didnt try to cheat me out of my money other estimates I got with others in SJ lowkey checked how much my dash cams cost and quite literally matched the price of install to the price of my dash cam. I bought a car from a dealership and wanted to have an alarm system. First I went to bestbuy and Geek Squad did a poor job installing it half-way done only. I found MnM Mobile and Minh finished the job in only a few hours including the features such as blinking parking lights, trunk access, etc. I came back a few months later with a 2nd car for the exact same car alarm (Viper). Again, Minh did a good job with the installation. Pro installation. Quick work. Thank you, Minh! A+ recommended for car alarm installations. read more
