Then I bring it to absolute automotive! They replaced my valve cover and even replaced my tail light for 1/3 the price! They said I had 75% life left in my brakes! We assumed they would do their job correctly but they charged us for 6 hours on a job that shouldn't have taken more than 3, killed a replacement blower motor and still didn't know why it happened. Ended up paying over $500 for an oil change, the main issue we brought it in for wasn't solved and they blew up a $150 part. Not only did they over charge us, but were rude in the process. I got my oil changed here today after receiving a coupon in the mail. I was looking for a cheap…read moreplace with good ratings and that coupon showed up at the right time. I called yesterday to see if they take walk-ins - they do but they take longer to complete since they are squeezed in between appointments. I decided to make an appointment for today instead. I dropped my car off at 1pm and Donovan checked it in for me. He was super nice and fast and didn't need much info from me. I told him I had the coupon in my glovebox and he honored the price without needing to take it. Donovan called me around 4pm to tell me my car was ready to go and I went and picked it up immediately. He checked me out and took my payment quickly, allowing me to get home super quickly. My car is driving great and the inspection sheet they put together is thorough and gives me an idea of what else needs to be done soon. The building is easy to find and park in front of. They have a secured fence to protect vehicles overnight. There are a couple of chairs in the lobby for you to sit in if you choose to wait while the work on your car, which I didn't do since it was going to take a couple of hours for my oil change. The prices are very reasonable and Donovan didn't try to upcharge me or push me into getting more work done than I asked for. I paid $50.59 for a full synthetic oil change, significantly less than I've paid for my past oil changes. I will definitely be getting my oil changed here exclusively going forward!

They Lyfted me home for free, and I got dropped back off later by my partner to pick up my vehicle. I did not have the correct card with me to make my payment, and had to reach out to my partner to bring my other card from the house. It was already nearly the end of the workday. When I finally got through to her, I had found out she had been in an accident. Upon realizing I was dealing with an emergency situation, Mike offered me my car keys and told to me to come back and pay tomorrow. This kindness, this willingess to take a chance on someone they had no prior relationship with, allowed me to arrive on scene of the accident and be there for my partner during a very difficult time. I was happy to return the next day to shake their hands and thank them, and of course pay them! They then worked hard to help me strategize the best approach to tackling the issues they had uncovered, which ones were most important to prioritize, the costs of each of those solutions, full on top notch customer service and transparency. But this guy Mike and his partner…read more"Nettie" (not sure if that's the correct nam) are unresponsive after weeks of poor communication. my father hired them to a carrier bearing and look at his u joints on his pickup, which is his main means of earning an income, and they took his drive lines and never returned them. He has asked for them back with text and calls MANY times over the course of the last couple weeks, and they do not even answer calls or reply to texts with anything other than false promises that he will return the call later. At this point my father has been forced to spend thousands of dollars on new drive lines, and lost over a month of income from doing business as a contractor. I want to warn anyone considering us this company, please find someone ethical. If Mike calls my father and makes restitution (return the drive lines, and pay for some of his loss of time) I will update this review. This should be criminal, but unfortunately it seems it is a civil matter. We are very reasonable people and my father was personally and financially hurt by this company. The stress from this situation has caused us all to lose sleep at night.

They "do not work on cars older than 2005". This is frankly stupid. It's completely arbitrary as the technology on say, a 2003 cayenne turbo is the same as a 2006 cayenne turbo. This is the case for nearly every generation of German car from that era. Also, many German car enthusiasts have a mix of older and newer cars. Guess you don't need the business! 2. They do "not do modifications". So, a blanket statement indicating no ability to think outside the box or leverage widely known and adopted techniques outside of the service manual. Again, dumb. I realize these are their choices and that's fine, but I also know that a ton of enthusiasts like myself won't want to waste their time on a shop that simply wants to make money on people who really aren't THAT into their cars.
