The moroseness and despondentness of the staff is palpable. There is no viable waiting room. You are shuffled from closet to closet. Only redeeming thing is that the doctor was kind and seemed to know what she was doing. There are a lot of weak links in the chain, however.

In the process of measuring me, they discovered that my old lenses had the center of vision too low - which would explain many of the vision difficulties I had with them. I did MY job, I made the appointment and showed up on time and paid my bill. This office has NO CARE to do THEIR job-to return a phone call and fill out the paperwork! I am so disheartened and frustrated! If there was ONE light at the end of the tunnel, I was able to get a hold of a different office in Deep River. There is a LOVELY lady named Donna who actually answered the phone (shocker) and called CVS and called me back to follow up.
