Positive- *Marcela and her crew showed up on time. *Marcela did a good job cleaning the stove and hood. She also cleaned the inner built shelving in kitchen nicely. Negative- *HOUSE IS STILL DIRTY!!!! -livingroom floors dirty. (As seen in photos) -dust residue on floors after vacuum and mop ( see pics) -dust bunnies all over house left on furniture, and clothes. -oven grease splatter left all over my counter items next to stove, as well as paper towel roll and holder. (See pics) -dishes that were washed looked unwashed (see pics) -sofas not vacuumed, not wiped down at all (see pics) -Cleaning crew spent about 3.5 hours with 2 gals working + the owner (Marcela). The workload was much more than they anticipated. Marcela was also taking all Incoming company phone calls while cleaning. Areas for improvement for company- -be more organized!!! -Set prices in writing. Create a chart of services offered, add on services, and have prices written. So it's visible for the project manager and the customer. -pay employees more so they can be happy with their jobs, and put an effort to actually clean. They are doing a crappy job. Cause they aren't getting paid enough. It shows!!! -instead of just rushing to clean through 3 houses a day...look into Adjusting your prices for deep cleaning and doing a better thorough job in one house. -control your personal emotions and stress and don't project it onto your customers. If you want consistent customers that stay with your company. Work on making them happy, and seeing what services you can offer them to make them satisfied. Otherwise you're losing customers left and right. Literally!!! Do I recommend this company to friends? Absolutely not!!! ***There is much more that happened that is not addressed above. But, bottom line is this company needs lots of inner improvements to make it a 5 star company. They just ain't there yet. read more

I have had the best experience with Marce and her team. They are communicative, timely and extremely efficient. Marcella, in particular, has been a total professional. Marce and two of her crew will make the first visit and that first visit is a bit more expensive because it's both a consultation and cleaning, which is fair. She brought her own supplies and products. Marce will train the 2 other women how to clean your home, using her cleaning products (simple green and dish soap for the kitchen, diluted bleach mixture and windex for bathroom counters and showers). She and her crew took their time and were detailed with the cleaning. After the first cleaning, you are given a quote but she doesn't tell you that you are being charged by the hour. I was impressed because they finished in 3 hours, so I scheduled a bi-weekly cleaning service. For the rate she offered -- 3 crew members finishing in 3 hours was well worth the $$$. Word of warning: THE FIRST VISIT IS ALWAYS IMPECCABLE because Marce is there. I've been using this service for almost 2 years and every visit after the first got progressively worse. The crew will rush through the service and the cleaning is never thorough because they have to finish within 2 hours. Some of her crew members are careless and not thorough with cleaning, leaving dirty floors and full waste bins behind. If you bring concerns to Marce, she will attribute the problems to you and your home. If you request your own cleaning products and equipment to be used, the cleaning ladies hesitate and use Marce's products when you leave the room. Her crew is rarely punctual, they typically arrive 5-15 minutes after their scheduled start time, and they will typically finish within 2.5 to 3 hours. The service is not very flexible, either. Last October, I had to go to the ER a few hours before my scheduled cleaning and I notified Marce as soon as possible and she wasn't very understanding--she still sent her cleaning ladies out to my house (per my neighbor), knowing that no one would be home to receive them. Recently (Jan 3, 2024), I called her and asked her not to send her crew to my house because I had to self-quarantine--she told me that my cancellation was bad for her business. I received a text from Marce after my cleaning on 1/19/24-she told me that her crew was at my house for 3 hours and she was paid the 2-hour rate and that my cancellation was not good for her business. I work from home (office set up in the family room) so I know exactly when her cleaners are in my home. My father and adult daughter also live in my home -- her cleaners are never unsupervised and we know their exact start and start times. I know for a fact that her workers do not finish in 2 hours because I have a weekly work meeting that starts at 11:00 am and they are only just beginning to vacuum and mop the kitchen and family room floors at 11:00 am. I clean my home in between visits because we have pets and I have eczema--we aren't always tidy and there's clutter (I have a full time job and teach a Nursing course part time). The work is the same for her crew every 2 weeks--they are NEVER asked to do more than they do. I shouldn't be the reason her cleaning ladies are inefficient and shouldn't even be asked to pay for their inefficiency. Marce was hired by recommendation of my neighbor. In hindsight, I probably should've listened more carefully to the comments the neighbor's sister made about the thoroughness of her workers. The comments are consistent with Taryn M's review and my experience. My father and daughter have been asking for a new cleaning service--after today's (1/19/24) interaction with Marce, I have started the search for a new service. If you decide to use her service, please pay close attention to the commonalities of the reviews and the photos posted. read more

I had been using Marce's Cleaning Service for the last couple of years. The girls would come every month and I would clean in between. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not consistent. I would find different areas dirty/not cleaned. When I would relay this to the girl, who schedules the cleaning and answers the phone/texts, she would be apologetic and would state that she would relay to Marcela and the girls. Marcela came out twice in the two years, not the most friendly. I found Marcela and the girls to be very rough while cleaning, broke items at times. They would rush every time and if I scheduled them at 1 pm, they would be too tired to clean after cleaning 2 other houses that day. Most recently, they stated they were no longer comfortable cleaning my house. What does that even mean? I stopped addressing what they were doing wrong months ago, never asked for reimbursements for the items they broke or all the times they didn't clean adequately. I would offer snacks every time they came and was polite every time. Definitely would not recommend Marcela or her team. Such a disappointment! read more

I came across their business by pure luck since the company I used before were just horrendous. Literally it was like a night and day difference. So I booked my initial cleaning which was a breeze and let me tell you, I was blown away. They came on time and did a thorough cleaning of EVERYTHING! More so impressed with things that generally and have gotten missed in the past were done without asking. Friendly, fast and efficient...I couldn't ask for anything more. I am so happy with the outcome after todays visit I had to leave a review!! I was recommended by a buddy of mine. I just recently had surgery and needed help with getting my studio clean. Marcela stopped by for a free estimate just last week and was able to fit me in within the week. I was hesitant at first but given that Im spending all my time at home while I recover, I decided to give it a shot. WHY DID I NOT DO THIS SOONER!! I let in the team of 3 ladies before i had to leave to my dr's appointment and when I came back I thought i came into the wrong studio! I had never seen my place this clean!! Wow just wow.
