I called, texted, and sent messages through the Yelp app which all went unaddressed. Two and a half hours later, I received a message saying they were there to clean but nobody was home. You were correct....I scheduled the move-out clean for a time that I could be there to get it started and then had to go into work while they cleaned, then would return. Well, I still had to go into work. I trusted this company to complete the move-out cleaning (as scheduled) and was sent into a last minute panic as we had to be out of the house but still needed the cleaning. I also asked them to do all the blinds that time, something that normally takes me forever, and they did it so fast, and it was so clean, it was such a relief. The next two times were regular cleans before parties, and each of those took them about 3 hours. For each clean, I pay somewhat more than what a few of my friends do, but they do such a great job so I haven't minded.
