We scheduled Grean Quality Cleaning to clean a rental room after the previous tenant moved out. Lily did an amazing job and cleaned every nook and cranny. The room looked great and smelled Great after she was done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning services. read more

I hired Grean Quality Cleaning Services before and after my party. Maricela and her team did a fantastic job! The house always smells so clean for hours after! Their pricing is reasonable and their cleaning staffs are professional, enthusiastic, and very friendly! Highly recommend their cleaning service any day! Good job and looking forward to working with your business next time! read more

We used GREAN for cleaning services after an event. The team was professional every step of the way. I would definitely use them again.

The ladies this company sent to do my move out cleaning did an absolutely amazing job. They arrived on time and did a thorough clean including walls base boards and interior windows and their blinds. The landlord was very impressed and asked for their contact info for his own home. read more

I was pleased with the 2 ladies and will request again for cleaning service. It was there first time at the house, they're not familiar with how I like things done, so they get a four star. Other than that overall good service. read more

What a great job! Anna cleaned our house top to bottom with perfection! She was very personable and used great products resulting in a sparkling clean home. Very fast response time for the service to be done. Thank you so much for a great job! read more

I requested for my apartment to be detailed clean especially the cabinets in the kitchen. I've been having roach issues and wanted to get cleaned before getting fumigated. Anna was very detail even organized the cabinets for me so I can store my dog bowls (I have 6 dogs so I have plenty of bowls) hopefully she doesn't get traumatized how messy my apartment is. She did an amazing job for how dirty my place was. I would definitely recommend their team! read more

So disappointed. Although the woman that came was sweet, I sent a list of my priorities prior and also went over them when she arrived. She proceeded to do my oven which was not on my list and took over an hour to clean it (we hardly even use the oven). She spent 5 hours and didn't get through everything on our list. Other companies we've used in the past have gotten everything done and more in 3 hours with one person. We have no kids, no pets and keep our house tidy, just wanted a deep clean before the holidays and unfortunately didn't even get what I would call a standard cleaning. She also broke a glass candle. read more

My first time ever booking a cleaning service and I was blown away by how quick they responded and were the most affordable. I purchased a three hour cleaning as a gift for my boyfriend. Ana did an INCREDIBLE job!! I will be booking with them again in the future. Thank you!! read more

I engaged Grean GCS to do a move in / deep clean for my new house. I acknowledge and appreciate how quickly Carlos responded to my inquiry. Further, Maricela was helpful in coordinating a time to meet my desired date. I asked for a 3 person crew to come out and everyone was so friendly. Niceties aside, I'm giving Grean GCS only 3 stars due to the team missing some of the cabinets and drawers. I put some of my clothes away in the master closet then pulled out to find dust all over my clothes. I then ran my fingers across the shelf and they were completely dirty. Further, there were a couple kitchen cabinets that had "stuff" in them and I told the crew not to worry about cleaning those cupboards. However, there was one cupboard that had nothing in it and was completely missed as well. read more

Unfortunately, if you're looking for a professional cleaning service, you'll probably have to go with another company. The 2 person team was excellent: they worked hard, were so nice, and did what they could. But the company does not communicate well with them. I specifically outlined some of the specifics of my home including the type of floor and what to use to clean it, that there are certain higher areas that need dusting, and to bring bleach to clean the bathrooms. None of these things were done or communicated to the team that came to do the work. The company also didn't equip the team with proper supplies or equipment. They said they use only natural cleaners but it was really only a generic non-natural degreaser to use for the floors, kitchen, etc. Also, they were only able to do the kitchen, den, family room, small guest bathroom in 5 hours. And my house was completely empty so no furniture, rugs, drawers and cabinets were empty, etc to make it easier to clean before. This was supposed to be a deep clean before we move stuff in. We ended up cleaning most of the house ourselves (other bedrooms and bathrooms). They said their work was "guaranteed" and offered to come back but I would have to pay again the hourly rate for them to come back (so not really a "guarantee"). I would definitely hire the 2 person team that came again for other work, but this is not a professional cleaning service if you need a serious deep clean. Take a look at some of the other reviews that mention all of these same things (it's mostly a surface clean, but not a deep clean). For the price they quote you, other companies would likely do a more complete job. read more

I was disappointed the cleaning was not close to professional and deep cleaning like I had with other cleaning company in the past. It is more like regular house cleaning service.. read more

Thanks for the good job on the oven deep clean. They were on time and finished earlier than expected.

I hired them for a deep cleaning prior to moving into my house. The ladies were very thorough and did a great job!

Marcia is FANTASTIC!! I have used a fair amount of cleaning services over the years and this one is the absolute best. She cleaned the walls and floorboards! I have never, even a deep clean job, had a service clean those. Thank you again! read more

One of the most thorough cleaners we've had in the past few years. They did take a full 3 hrs for our 2bdrm appt but it was worth it and we'll be using them again! read more

Katherine came out and did a full 5 hr much needed cleaning of my apartment yesterday and I'm so happy she did! She did a very thorough job, a way better one than I could have done! And she was nice to my cat :) can't beat that! I will recommend to my friends and family, and will definitely call again for more services in the future! read more

I have an empty condo for a complete cleaning. Ana and Gabby did a great job. All the grease was gone. Great smell. And very clean windows. Floor, walls, cabinets and vents clean. They were able to work with my schedule. Would definitely use again. read more

Maricela is wonderful. They always leave my house sparkling clean and use more natural products whenever possible. They are definitely our go to! read more

Maricela did a phenomenal job cleaning my apartment. She pays attention to details and does a fantastic job. My kitchen was an absolute wreck. She took her time on my stove, oven, and fridge. It's been harder to keep up with cleaning since I've returned to work. Maricela is a life saver! read more

Hired them for a move-in clean which to me meant a deep clean. I feel like I got ripped off because I wasn't able to be at the home while they "cleaned." Apparently move in cleaning to this company means surface wiping some mess but not all of it, doesn't include microwave or fridge clean. Your kitchen cabinets dirty? Too bad they'll stay that way with this company. None of the drawers seemed to have been wiped clean anywhere. Extremely upset that they charged so much for something that wasn't worth it. Since I wasn't able to be home I feel like they just sat around until the agreed upon time to drop off the check. I will never use this company again or refer anyone to it. The good reviews must be from people who were home while they cleaned and supervised. read more

Thanks Carlos again for providing me a reasonable price to have my house cleaned. His team arrived ontime and did excellent work. I feel like a new home again. I really hate to write a bad review especially because I went based off reviews while trying to find a house cleaner. Should have taken that surface cleaning review more seriously when reading. But I checked the website it states whats done in a deep cleaning I figured they know what they are doing. I had no time limit for budget. They were VERY Nice. I made it very clear to Maricela that I was looking for someone weekly or bi weekly because I am very pregnant and could no longer do it myself. She explained I would have to pay for a deep cleaning by the hour ($80/hr for two people) first then we could I arrange for the services after. By all means my house is very clean- i clean on the regular. When looking for a referral from friends I even got a lot of comments on cleaning services what for? I expected 5-6 hours it was dusty they were going to get all the things I couldn't.... I kinda slacked the week before because who wouldn't Right?!. It was going to feel so nice! I was so grateful when they were here I kept thanking them. I went upstairs an realized around 5 hours that no walls had even been cleaned. Big chocolate mark right at the top of the stairs... I have 3 sons and white walls..... you can clearly see the hands everywhere. Not one door handle or door was cleaned-not one light fixture in the house- my kitchen floors were not cleaned at all I didn't expect the grout to be cleaned but maybe just the crap under the cabinets I can't bend down to get anymore- not even a little wet mop not even the window sills were dusted forget about the windows. Only one side of the blinds were wiped down as well. I'm truly still confused what they did for 6 hours other than vacuum and dust. Behind the toilet in the main bathroom wasn't clean at all. Much to my discomfort at the 5 hour mark When they said they were finishing up I did ask can you wipe the walls down because that's very important to me. Took another hour and they only did downstairs. I paid and never heard from them again! I thought maybe the have to come twice to get it super clean but then had second thoughts. Thought I could talk to them about it when we set up another cleaning...I contemplated writing this because I do own my own business but I paid $500 for a surface cleaning. I spent the rest of the day cleaning my own ceiling fans, Taking down any cob webs I saw and truly feeling so disappointed I had waited my money. To have my 12 year old come home and tell me it's cleaner when you rage clean than this made me realize I wasn't being crazy. Truly disappointed in the services provided and the lack of follow up! read more

On time and careful, thorough and respectful. Always pleasant to work with. Overall very happy with the service - thank you.

reasonable rates. great work and communication. highly recommended. thank you for the help!

We needed to have our newly purchased home cleaned prior to move-in, and they were able to book a next-day appointment super easily! Our cleaners Irma & Rosalva were very thorough, asking us if there were any particular areas that needed special attention. They cleaned up all the dust and cobwebs, and made sure every single room shined! read more

It was a moving out cleaning service request. I was not too happy with the service provided unfortunately. They ladies were nice, kind and professional. My husband and I worked with a different cleaning company for a move in--and it was pretty terrible. We since found Grean and reached out to Carlos who responded right away. I let him know our experience with the different company and he made sure to relieve my concerns. Kathryn and Maricela (his cleaning crew) showed up on time and did an excellent job. Their attention to detail was awesome! It was exactly what we were hoping for. read more

GREAN is responsive and was able to help me out TWICE in a tight turnaround! Great communication as well, highly recommended!

Clearly communicated pricing. Confirmed arrival time the day prior. On time with all their own equipment. Didn't do a perfect job on the kitchen counter de-greasing but I won't deduct a star because I know my kitchen was extremely bad and they got it 90% perfect. Asked me if there was anything else I wanted before they left. Maricela is really nice and spoke good English. Everyone worked the entire time. I would hire again. I wish they took credit card. read more
