So disappointed. Although the woman that came was sweet, I sent a list of my priorities prior and also went over them when she arrived. She proceeded to do my oven which was not on my list and took over an hour to clean it (we hardly even use the oven). She spent 5 hours and didn't get through everything on our list. Other companies we've used in the past have gotten everything done and more in 3 hours with one person. We have no kids, no pets and keep our house tidy, just wanted a deep clean before the holidays and unfortunately didn't even get what I would call a standard cleaning. Further, Maricela was helpful in coordinating a time to meet my desired date. I asked for a 3 person crew to come out and everyone was so friendly. Niceties aside, I'm giving Grean GCS only 3 stars due to the team missing some of the cabinets and drawers. I put some of my clothes away in the master closet then pulled out to find dust all over my clothes. I then ran my fingers across the shelf and they were completely dirty. Further, there were a couple kitchen cabinets that had "stuff" in them and I told the crew not to worry about cleaning those cupboards. Unfortunately, if you're looking for a professional cleaning service, you'll probably have to go with another company. The 2 person team was excellent: they worked hard, were so nice, and did what they could. But the company does not communicate well with them. I specifically outlined some of the specifics of my home including the type of floor and what to use to clean it, that there are certain higher areas that need dusting, and to bring bleach to clean the bathrooms. None of these things were done or communicated to the team that came to do the work. The company also didn't equip the team with proper supplies or equipment. They said they use only natural cleaners but it was really only a generic non-natural degreaser to use for the floors, kitchen, etc. Also, they were only able to do the kitchen, den, family room, small guest bathroom in 5 hours. And my house was completely empty so no furniture, rugs, drawers and cabinets were empty, etc to make it easier to clean before. This was supposed to be a deep clean before we move stuff in. We ended up cleaning most of the house ourselves (other bedrooms and bathrooms). They said their work was "guaranteed" and offered to come back but I would have to pay again the hourly rate for them to come back (so not really a "guarantee"). I would definitely hire the 2 person team that came again for other work, but this is not a professional cleaning service if you need a serious deep clean. Take a look at some of the other reviews that mention all of these same things (it's mostly a surface clean, but not a deep clean). For the price they quote you, other companies would likely do a more complete job. read more

Hired them for a move-in clean which to me meant a deep clean. I feel like I got ripped off because I wasn't able to be at the home while they "cleaned." Apparently move in cleaning to this company means surface wiping some mess but not all of it, doesn't include microwave or fridge clean. Your kitchen cabinets dirty? Too bad they'll stay that way with this company. None of the drawers seemed to have been wiped clean anywhere. Extremely upset that they charged so much for something that wasn't worth it. Since I wasn't able to be home I feel like they just sat around until the agreed upon time to drop off the check. I will never use this company again or refer anyone to it. I really hate to write a bad review especially because I went based off reviews while trying to find a house cleaner. Should have taken that surface cleaning review more seriously when reading. But I checked the website it states whats done in a deep cleaning I figured they know what they are doing. I had no time limit for budget. They were VERY Nice. I made it very clear to Maricela that I was looking for someone weekly or bi weekly because I am very pregnant and could no longer do it myself. She explained I would have to pay for a deep cleaning by the hour ($80/hr for two people) first then we could I arrange for the services after. By all means my house is very clean- i clean on the regular. When looking for a referral from friends I even got a lot of comments on cleaning services what for? I expected 5-6 hours it was dusty they were going to get all the things I couldn't.... I kinda slacked the week before because who wouldn't Right?!. It was going to feel so nice! I was so grateful when they were here I kept thanking them. I went upstairs an realized around 5 hours that no walls had even been cleaned. Big chocolate mark right at the top of the stairs... I have 3 sons and white walls..... you can clearly see the hands everywhere. Not one door handle or door was cleaned-not one light fixture in the house- my kitchen floors were not cleaned at all I didn't expect the grout to be cleaned but maybe just the crap under the cabinets I can't bend down to get anymore- not even a little wet mop not even the window sills were dusted forget about the windows. Only one side of the blinds were wiped down as well. I'm truly still confused what they did for 6 hours other than vacuum and dust. Behind the toilet in the main bathroom wasn't clean at all. Much to my discomfort at the 5 hour mark When they said they were finishing up I did ask can you wipe the walls down because that's very important to me. Took another hour and they only did downstairs. I paid and never heard from them again! I thought maybe the have to come twice to get it super clean but then had second thoughts. Thought I could talk to them about it when we set up another cleaning...I contemplated writing this because I do own my own business but I paid $500 for a surface cleaning. I spent the rest of the day cleaning my own ceiling fans, Taking down any cob webs I saw and truly feeling so disappointed I had waited my money. To have my 12 year old come home and tell me it's cleaner when you rage clean than this made me realize I wasn't being crazy.
