We originally chose Marc samuels for our engagement, and wedding rings because they bought old jewelry. We also had a diamond that was my grandmothers that we wanted to put into my engagement ring, and they had settings for that. I'm so glad we chose them. They worked with us for half a day while my husband and I were super indecisive. They gave us a way below price for the set and worked with our budget and financials to figure out the best payment plan for us. They also replace any diamond that falls out (except for my grandmother's) they inspect, and clean our rings every 4 months. They are always super kind and NEVER try to oversell us or pressure us when we come in for inspections! read more

This place is a joke prices can fluctuate daily, I was there on Thursday inquired on a watch for certain amount, I then went back on Saturday with my trade-in and they marked up the price for additional $1000. Should've talk to the previous sales rep. that quoted me the lower price. read more

Little background... I am very familiar with with watches and current market price as I have several friends that are dealers and watch the prices constantly. And not to mention I am currently in the market for a Rolex and just left 2 authorized dealers. Walk into Marc Samuel's, one of the main guys sees I'm looking at Rolex and comes over. I ask him how much for the used 2 tone Skydweller he says $23k or $24... But I can do $22k... I just priced this new at the other 2 authorized rolex dealers new I think was $17.5k. Then I asked about a very used and last generation Submariner. He stated they are selling new for $16k and are very hard to get... At this time they are very hard to get but no way you sold one for $16k... That's 2x retail.. and he wanted $9,500 for the series he had. At this point should be about $7,500-$8,000 max. Moral of the story... dont buy here you will absolutely get ripped off. I never leave negative reviews but this was awful. read more

Terrible experience, i was being attended for this nice lady but not very knowledgeable about watches and the products, then i gently asked to talk to another person since i was willing to invest a good amount of money in watches (thanks i didn't and i will never do at this place) then this guy came and i gently asked the price of a IWC watch then the next thing i know was that he literally turned his back to me without any reservation and walked away lol, bc he was dealing with a different client probably wiling to spend more money then i was, ( no problem!) but he could simply said "wait a minute i will be right back" but he didn't i was just not worth it. read more

You'll want to avoid this place. My wife took my watch here for a battery change and they broke the watch. They claimed they were knowledgeable enough to change batteries on Tissot t-touch watches and they are not. They even tried to blame the company who changed the battery previously on their mistake...Tissot changed the battery last. I'm pretty sure the manufacturer knows what they are doing. Offered no compensation for breaking my watch. I had a very similar experience with another jeweler (they tried to change the battery, broke it and then Tissot fixed it). It's impossible to find someone who knows how to work on these watches, so I'll probably sell mine for parts and find something else. Very disappointed. read more

I had been looking for a ring to replace and upgrade my lost wedding ring. I did extensive search online and in other jewelry stores. I happened to be a Grapevine Mills mall and decided to stop by because this jewelry store carries several lines I was interested in.the store manager greeted me and was very patient as I looked at several rings. And then I found the one! It was a little out of my budget and he offered me a price I couldn't refuse! We agreed in the day I would come in and pick up and it was sized and ready to wear out. I brought along a watch to get a new battery put in since I was going to the store and they replaced quickly and for free! Ali and Alex were so friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend- excellent selection and my ring is perfect. read more

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Marc Samuels, and he was extremely happy with the service, selection, and quality they offer. He worked very closely with Zameer to design a custom ring for me - which I am absolutely in love with and still can't stop staring at! While I don't know the exact pricing, he did say multiple times that the price that Marc Samuels offers is better than any other store he considered buying from, and that they also worked with him on what he could afford, financing, etc. He said he felt like he was able to take his time with the decision, and never once felt pressured or rushed to make a selection. Beyond the purchase process, their commitment to the maintenance is remarkable as well. Since the proposal, I've been by their new location to resize the ring and have it cleaned. I have to say, WOW! First of all, the store is very well-kept and beautiful. Their selection is also pretty remarkable - we were able to look at so many different band options for myself and my fiancé (who worked with Zameer to pick a unique Tungsten band he really likes). The process to get the ring size and cleaned was also so easy - I was able to get it back in no time, and it fits perfectly. Their jeweler's work is very thorough. I was really happy with the service we received. I never once felt rushed while looking at the bands. All in all, I cannot say enough good things about Zameer and his team. If you are looking for an engagement ring, wedding band, or any other type of jewelry, they need to be your first and only stop. The selection is extremely vast, the service is the best I've seen, and the quality of their work is extraordinary. read more

My son purchased a diamond ring guard for his wife, from the Grapevine Mills Mall location, in January. The total price was $595.00. A week later, while they were on their honeymoon, one of the diamonds fell out. It happens. It's happened to me. They called the store and spoke to the owner, Ali Zameer, who told them to return the ring to the store and the diamond would be replaced and returned to them. They paid to ship the ring, the diamond was replaced and the ring was returned to them. Two weeks later TWO diamonds fell out. They again called Mr. Zameer, who told them he'd replace the ring this time. They again paid to ship the ring back and a week or so later, they received the ring back. It's important to note that my son and his wife are Marines, stationed in Virginia, so obviously this was an inconvenience. A week later, ANOTHER diamond fell out. By this time, my son and his wife had had enough of paying to return the ring, being without the ring more than they were with it, and were understandably skeptical about the workmanship of these particular rings. They told Mr. Zameer that they would like a refund - since this was the THIRD issue with this ring. Mr. Zameer initially insisted that he has a no refund policy - exchanges only. WHAT?? This wasn't exactly a pack of chewing gum we were talking about here. This was a $600 ring - a significant amount of money for a young couple who are supporting themselves on a military salary. After some discussion, Mr. Zameer agreed to refund $475. Apparently, Mr. Zameer gives a military discount - to himself. It was agreed upon by all parties that I would return the ring for my son since I reside locally. Well, it was a darn good thing it was handled this way, because this is when things really got interesting. When we arrived, after explaining the situation, we were told by one of Mr. Zameer's associates that Mr. Zameer was scheduled to arrive at the store within a half hour. The associate took my cell phone number, as well as my husband's number. He promised to call. We wandered around the mall for over a half hour - no phone call. We went back to the store and were told that Mr. Zameer was running late and would be another 15 minutes or so. He again promised to call. We waited another half hour - no call. We went back. This time we were told Mr. Zameer was in a meeting (this was a Sunday) and there was no telling when he'd be in. He wanted us to leave the ring and have them "take care of it". We declined his generous offer. We informed him we'd be back at closing time (7pm) and the associate agreed, but offered to have Mr. Zameer call us when he arrived. We thanked him. Mr. Zameer never called. We went back at 5pm (we were worried that Mr. Zameer might have another meeting just before closing and wouldn't be available). The elusive Mr. Zameer was there this time and we spoke directly to him. He never once apologized for any inconvenience, nor did he apologize for not calling us. Instead, he proceeded to make several excuses as to why the diamonds kept falling out - sizing the ring up compromised the integrity of the diamonds, the ring was banged around (neither of which were true, since the ring hadn't been sized either up or down). I let him know that I felt he was taking advantage of two hard-working Marines by not giving them a full refund. His response? "I'm out about $400 into this ring." Apparently, it didn't matter that not only was a young couple out of a wedding band, but they were out more than $100. Then Mr. Zameer advised me that he would refund the $350, which had been agreed upon. I knew this wasn't the correct amount, so I was forced to call my son and have Mr. Zameer confirm that the correct refund amount was $475. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service, nor have I ever had the owner of a business downright lie and connive his way out of giving a refund on a shoddy product. I would never purchase anything from this business. It's absolutely disgraceful the way the owner treats his customers. It's interesting (and quite telling) that this business has several complaints with the BBB: http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/jewelers-retail/marc-samuels-fine-jewelers-in-frisco-tx-90011011/complaints. read more

This place is awesome! My daughter wanted a graduation locket instead of a traditional ring. Mark Samuels made one to my specification. It included all the charms and a little extra diamond bling. She absolutely loved it! If you decide to go for special request or just some diamond accents, talk to Alex. He won't pressure you, but will work with you. I wouldn't go anywhere else for jewelry. read more

We have been customers of Marc Samuels for 9 years now. My husband originally purchased my engagement and wedding ring from them and since then we have been repeat customers. In fact, we wont buy from any other jeweler. We know we will be taken care of over the lifetime of our jewelry through them. That alone is well worth the money! They have a huge selection across styles, brands, and price range. The customer service is amazing! Asa has been our salesman each time and he's awesome to work with. read more

We found our forever jeweler in Marc Samuels Jewelers . Not only are they knowledgeable in diamonds they have first class service as well .

Don't take your watch there. Waited over 6 weeks no call no email and they don't respond to emails either. I finally called them and one Of the watches needed parts from Ulysses Nardin but they are no longer an authorized dealer anymore. So they kept my watch 6 weeks and told me they can't fix or send to manufacturer and they still charged 90 bucks. They should have said something when we dropped it off. I'll take mu jewelry business elsewhere read more

Purchased my wife a used Rolex Date Adjust. It was losing about 10min a day, which is way outside normal for a Rolex. Took it back to Marc Samuels to have them service it. Took about a week and it still was losing time. Long story short, took it to an AUTHORIZED dealer who sent the watch off to Rolex to be serviced. Rolex returned the watch unserviced because it was a FAKE!! DO NOT BUY FROM MARC SAMUELS JEWELERS!!! read more

My sister had been looking for this very particular diamond ring that she found online. We had tried almost all jewelry stores in DFW but failed to find it. A friend of mine recommended me to Marc Samuels and I am so very happy that she did because they were able to find me the design and even added few custom details to make it even more personal. They were even nice enough to ship it to my sister free of charge and gave me a life time warranty on it. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. read more

By far, the BEST jewelry store to get your rings from. I went in looking to find the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend and Ali and Mark helped me do just that. They are very professional and knowledgeable about diamonds and jewelry. They gave me the ring of my girlfriends dream! I even went to other jewelry stores before I came upon this one and now I question why I even went to those other places. When they deliver, they truly deliver. I highly recommend this store. You won't be disappointed! read more

Don't rush. They rush u into buying things. Until it's too late. I have spent 6 figures with this location. On mainly watches. I made the mistake of getting a diamond bezel for my Rolex. It was in stainless steel instead of gold like it should be. The diamonds are shameful compared to my friends watches. Mine are larger but not nearly as pretty and shiny. They make a lot more when you buy a diamond bezel. Because the factory is worth so much more. Then if you want to trade your bit diamond one for a factory bezel. He'll say. Give me 1500 and ur diamond bezel!?!?! Like dude. I paid 6xtra for this icy bezel. Feud store is a little nicer about taking ur money read more

Listen to this. I was looking at $20000 rolex watches. You would think the owner would be smart enough to be nice to someone looking at $20000 rolex watches. First he tell me that he sells watches to Cowboys players. What that has to do with the quality of the watch I have no idea. Second he tells me that they have payment plans when I had already told them that once I found the best deal I was gonna buy it on the spot. Fyi this is insulting unless I ask you for a payment plan. Third I ask if I am goin to get something in writing that tells me exactly I am getting. He says if I dont trust him dont buy from him. I say business is business. Tells me Cowboys buy anything without a care for the value. I say I want a good deal. Why he keeps mentioning Cowboys to me I have no idea. He does not know how much money I have so this is very insulting. Very. Obviously if I am looking at 20k watches I have money. It is his job to make the sale not mine. I like to like who I spend money with. I can buy every watch this biz has all at once. Dont spend your money here bc I dont really think he cares about his customers bc he sure didnt care about getting my biz. As a biz owner you should always say How can I get your biz and be nice and professional. There is too much competition out there than to spend money with someone who does not care about you. read more
