He was able to come the same day to fix the vent. From beginning to end they were very professional, personable, neat and efficient. Art showed me the blanket of lint inside my dryer and the poor dead bird that apparently had gotten stuck in the duct. They cleaned both the duct and the dryer within an hour and left no mess and no footprints. I was very pleased and impressed. I highly recommend All Brite for your duct cleaning needs.

It took a couple maintenance visits to isolate the problem as a tank entry pipe separation issue. Fixed the black water tank while RV was still under warranty, and was paid for by Forest River. Used RV after that repair, and it was obvious the grey water tank was having the same issue. Went back to service center for further repair, and though RV was now out of warranty, Forest River stepped up and paid for the repair without hesitation. American Home Shield, our home warranty company, had Diamond come and service our dryer last week…read moreafter it suddenly stopped working. I called to arrange for an appointment on Friday afternoon and they were able to schedule us for Monday morning, so that was not only very lucky, but also super convenient. I received a confirmation email and phone call about the appointment on Friday from Diamond. On Monday I was expecting Diamond between 11 am and 2 pm and around 12:30 (I think) I received a phone call letting me know that Jimmy (I believe this was his name) would be arriving in about 20 minutes. Excellent. Jimmy arrived right on time and took our dryer apart, cleaned the inside back panel of 15 years of lint (TIP: unscrew the back panel of your dryer and check for lint leaks from your dryer hose to prevent unwanted fires) and made a really good suggestion about running an extension to our dryer vent under our deck and then told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the dryer, but the outlet or fuse box was damaged. Nuts. The dryer had to be ruled out, so this visit was helpful and Diamond was professional and polite. While Jimmy put the dryer back together we had a nice chat about new appliance technology and then he made suggestions about what we should do next to fix the electrical problem. We ended up hiring a family friend to replace the outlet and fuse box (thanks for the tip Jimmy!) and BOOM the dryer started running again like a champ. We would hire Diamond again without hesitation. They were on time, helpful and professional. Even though our problem was not resolved, it was because it was beyond their scope of expertise - electrical work - and they did everything they possibly could to help us.

Then they told me it would be two weeks before they can get me back on the schedule. I said that I would think a call back should not have to wait that long. I was already 600 dollars deep so stuck with them. Two weeks later they come out again. It still does not fix the problem. They once again schedule me two weeks out. It once again did not fix it. Now I am about two months into this fix. I call them and at this point I want my money back. It is obvious they cannot fix it. They tell me the diagnostic fee and parts are not refundable. Rather than wait two more weeks I decided to just call Mr Appliance. They will be out tommorow.
