For example, one Saturday afternoon I took a package over for a return and they close at 1:30; actually, it was a bit after 1:30 and I'm sure they were anxious to close and get about their business on a Saturday. As I got to the door and and found it locked admittedly I was disappointed having missed getting there during business hours but suddenly the manager was waving me to wait and she unlocked the door and let me get my return slip. On another occasion I had a package that there was some question about the QR code and the manager actually called the company for me and let me speak with them to clarify. Quite honestly, those are just a couple of examples of how this store does business as there have been many others. To me that is going above and beyond For your customers.The Cobblestone area is most fortunate to have this kind of a store available to us for all of our mailing needs, be it mailing, copying, shredding . I hadn't checked here before the first visit, and Krysie's review scared me. I was worried that it would turn into a bit of a "he-said, he-said" issue, and that I would be left holding the bag for a product that didn't feel like what I had ordered. Well in the 2 years since Krysie's review, something must have changed. The staff not only listened and responded well, the manager quickly moved to correct the problem and to provide a resolution that was ideal--he ordered better stock and had the print job prepared again.
