As a 15 - year contractor and IBEW lineman working on NIPSCO property during this recent storm, I…read moreexperienced something that really stood out to me. The owner was driving through the neighborhood we had been working in, stopped, and simply asked if we needed anything. He took a few minutes to talk with us, thank us for what we were doing, and gave me his business card, telling me to reach out if we needed anything. After everything our crews had put into this storm -- the long hours, hard work, and everything that came with what will certainly go down as a historic storm in Northwest Indiana -- I decided to have shirts made for the guys as a small tribute to their effort. I reached out to him, and the service we received from him and his team was GREAT. They took incredible care of us from start to finish. People like this -- business owners who take the time to recognize hard work and genuinely care about the people doing it -- are exactly what we need more of in this world. Thank you very much. You and your entire team will always have my respect and my future business. I truly appreciate everything you did for us and the guys.
