First off, let me just say the owner (Tony) is a racist bigot. He only hires white males as well, which he is very vocal about and isn't afraid to use the "N" word without hesitation. That aside, face to face customer service is non existant. My first experience with "ordering" some t-shirts was horrible. I had called during business hours and got no answer(for days mind you). Out of frustration, I looked up their site (which is ridiculously hard to navigate) and found their address. Upon reaching there, I was greeted by an unattended desk for 30 minutes. I gave up and left. The next day I tried this AGAIN.. and AGAIN I was greeted by an unattended front desk. This time I ventured around the corner to which by surprise was someone using a computer? Luckily they stopped what they were doing to help me. I asked him if the desk was just "for show" or if anyone actually works there, he had no reply for me. He then left to get the owner to which my surprise, looked completely unprofessional. He then took me on a tour of his facilities and during conversation he made the comment "No women working here, no problems." I'm sure I'm paraphrasing, but I was so shocked that anyone would say such a thing to a complete stranger. After further investigation, I found this to be a popular theme with this company amongst the community. People like this should not be allowed to do business. read more

I have been doing business with T-Productions and Tony, the owner, for 10-1/2 years. Not only do they go above and beyond the norm, I have never been disappointed in the thousands of orders I've placed with them. They are top-rate, high-quality, best in the business. In response to the negative review below, who cares what someone is wearing when running their business? Tony is a hands-on business owner, and if you had 1 hour of experience working with screen printing presses, you would realize a suit & tie are not appropriate to wear in that situation. They work in 100+ degree heat to get the job done, and to say anything negative about him and slam him as a person is ridiculous. Shame on you.
