Seriously…read more I went in on Thursday afternoon after my husband spoke with them, stating they needed the sink so they could get the granite (that we hadn't even selected yet) ready to be installed on Monday. We were a bit surprised because the estimate that we were told from where we purchased from said it would be 4 weeks. I can't remember the gent's name who asked me which side of the sink I wanted the soap dispenser on, so when I called my husband to ask, he walked me with out to my Jeep and tossed this massive deep sink and faucet over his shoulder like it was a pillow of air or something. After I dropped it off and went back home, we drove back to the warehouse we were purchasing the granite from down the road from them at MSI. (mind you I'm in the Ann Arbor area, they are NOT close!) As promised we had it installed on Monday with the edging we asked for, and it looks perfect! Talk about fast...I had the granite selected on Thursday and it was installed on Monday! I told him the gap from wall was too big, almost an inch. He made excuses, lied to us and said the back splash would cover it. It didn't. Our back splash guy had to extend our wall to cover the gap. We had to pay backsplash guy for an extra days work. One end of the counter has 1 1/2" overhang and other end 2 1/2". It was crooked and another piece over small counter didn't line up with the side wall either. Window sill piece has a gouge in it. Owner was suppose to come out, after numerous calls and texts. Sent two workers that offered us $100 compensation. Buyer please beware. Sloppest job I've ever seen and terrible customer service. I have pictures to prove.

Our quartz countertop sink cut out was a too small for our sink and the countertop seller didn't…read morehelp at all. We were shocked someone from Crown was able to come out within hours of our call. We GREATLY appreciate their quick response.

We called ahead and spoke to Parker who kindly pulled step color samples from the yard. This was so helpful as we are matching a competitor stone color to Unilock. Afterwards, we walked through the front parking area which has loads of paver combinations. Helped us see color combinations, textures, and shapes in person versus the catalog. Absolutely worth the two hour round trip drive.

In the Fall of 2015, we decided to use Unilock pavers, Brussels Block Desert Sand, by first…read morechoosing from their brochure and then dealing with a company that actually had samples laid out in their display area. We had our landscaper bring samples to the home to match our brick, and make the final decision. Once Unilock sent their product, we were concerned with the color, stopped the project and were told to deal with Unilock Manufacturer Rep, who advised us that the stone would change colors once exposed to the elements and the initial residue removed. We started the project again on the good faith that Unilock represented. Unfortunately, once the project was done, it was not Desert Sand, even though Manufacturer Rep sent us pictures of other projects using Desert Sand (which did not look like ours at all), and someone came out to see our project and advised us it would change colors in 6 months or so, but would not put that in writing. And at that point, they did not follow up with us even though we were unhappy customers. Their claim is customer satisfaction, but they did absolutely nothing to satisfy us, and we are now left with very very gray pavers, against our orange brick, instead of the beige ones we thought we were getting. #1, #2, and #3 pics are Unilock Desert Sand -- See picture #4 and #5 to see end result of our project.
