One of their techs crushed his hand in the hoist way running the elevator on manual. If I had not been there he would have lost his hand. I ended up troubleshooting and fixing it myself with Waupaca in the end, was an easy fix after United spent two years blowing smoke up my ass.

We haven't had our elevator for 6 months and are having to pay a $9000 repair bill from a storm causing power surge. The surge protector they provided did not protect the elevators main board. Every single other appliance effected was covered under warranty of that appliance. This is a complete rip off. I will avoid using them at all cost in the future.

Removed landscape edging when they wouldn't have needed to do if they had installed where it was supposed to go. Asked them to leave and send another crew. The second crew moved it, put it where it was supposed to be and its sturdy and safe now. 1st crew did some cutting so one piece is cut and sharp. Created more work for us because now we have to completely redo the edging and place rock back where it was.
