On January 22,2026 I was given an estimate of $280.00 + tax and that it would be 3 weeks. Said their clockmaker was Black Bear Clock Repair in Kodak. On February 24,2026 had to leave a message about the status of my clock. NO CALL. They said they will contact the clockmaker for a states report. Said she will call me (ya, right!). Was unaware that oiling a mantel clock took 4 1/2 months. It has now been almost 7 months since I dropped off my clock - the new management has had it for 4 1/2 months.
