It took them several days just to get back to me, meanwhile I had to reattach the screw so I could have some way to get around. It took several calls to get a loaner chair that was awful. I have tried everything to work with this company to no avail. I'm in this chair for a reason and now I'm scared to even get in another chair. Now what do I do? I either don't move or run the risk of being hurt again or even worse.

The kind gentleman who worked with us, Richard (he goes by Dick), made the entire procedure painless. I received a call back to the message I'd left enquiring about a stairlift and he came out the very next day, answered all of my questions and gave me the estimate. I'd already researched pricing and the estimate was within what I expected so we wrote up the contract and he went ahead and ordered the lift and its parts. This was all during the week that held New Year's Eve and Day so I expected installation to possibly be delayed because of this, but he called me a day EARLIER than I'd expected to tell me everything was ready to go! On the day of the lift's setup, Dick and his installation partner, Dan, arrived right on time. It literally took less than 90 minutes for the stairlift to be installed and working. The stairlift is easy to operate, moves without any jerking or hesitation once it's engaged, and is allowing my mother to remain in the home she loves now that she has mobility issues. I told him the work phone number he was calling was for scheduling because it was during work hours and the other number was personal. He acted annoyed that I didn't know which one was on my file when I provided both at the time of purchase and this is my first purchase from y'all. He told me my drivers would be at least half an hour early awouod only wait 15 minutes. I told him I moved a personal appointment to 9am once I received delivery window from 10-1, so would need them to keep the time they committed to. He seemed annoyed with that as well, although I told him I'd be home by 10 for the delivery. I was home around 9:40, with plenty of time. The drivers were kind, professional, and efficient and said they had a lot of deliveries which is why they were early. They didn't seem annoyed, and were wrapped up with my install by 10:05, so should technically still been ahead of schedule.
