The first crew that showed up to install a ramp were unprofessional, ramp looked very unsafe, was in the wrong place compared to where we were told it would be. Removed landscape edging when they wouldn't have needed to do if they had installed where it was supposed to go. Asked them to leave and send another crew. The second crew moved it, put it where it was supposed to be and its sturdy and safe now. 1st crew did some cutting so one piece is cut and sharp. Created more work for us because now we have to completely redo the edging and place rock back where it was. read more

Wow! What great service. I'm very early in my search for mobility aids, but Anna was right there with all the answers I needed! The service we received was ok. The rating would have been better however the gentleman who installed our safety bars did not install one of the most important bars in the right place. The therapist had told us where each bar was to be placed for maximum benefit to my husband. I told the customer service rep as well as the installer where this particular bar should be placed. The installer either forgot or placed where it was easiest for him to install. When I told him it was placed incorrectly he told me his reason for placing the bar where he placed it. I told him I was not happy with the placement. He told me he could change it however I would have to repair the holes left in the wall. I told him to forget it we would leave it as is as, it is usable but not the most convenient for my husband. In the same bathroom he also knocked a piece out of the sheetrock which I found on the floor. He told me I could glue it back. I was not completely satisfied with the service based on these two issues. I think the company needs to provide this installer some additional customer service training. read more
