It took them several days just to get back to me, meanwhile I had to reattach the screw so I could have some way to get around. It took several calls to get a loaner chair that was awful. I have tried everything to work with this company to no avail. I'm in this chair for a reason and now I'm scared to even get in another chair. Now what do I do? I either don't move or run the risk of being hurt again or even worse.

I couldn't get anyone to answer, I called over 20x in 30 min from 4:45pm-5:15pm none stop. My calls were ignored , each called having a different ring length. The website says open until 7pm! and IM CALLING DURING THE REPAIR WIDOW BLOCK!!! What if i were the disabled individual, is this how you treat your customers the reason you have business! Turns out there were 2 electronic parts that needed to be replaced and one had to be ordered and took over a week to get to him. He got the repair completed and tested the scooter for reliability many times before he brought it back to me. He also had a loaner for me to use while he had mine. I will certainly use Star again if I need more repairs. I highly recommend Star to any who need mobility services.

One call and I was able to make the reservation and pay for the rental ( which was beyond fair and included delivery and pick up to and from the Embassy Suites). They were punctual even though we were late. Delivered a very nice and well maintained scooter, were very friendly and the device operated perfectly. Thank you to the gentleman that we worked with.
