Came the next day picked up my tire and it was done! Saved me about $150. Reason for the 3 star review is because while he saved me $150, he still charged me $75 dollars to patch it! During my visit, even other customers expressed concerns about excessive markups and a lack of professionalism - even his own employees expressed the same concerns. One issue I encountered was the lack of transparency regarding parts pricing. Rather than providing information about the source or cost of the parts, I was only given an invoice. Based on my research, the parts appeared to be marked up substantially. Additionally, I was charged $220 for a diagnostic service that did not provide any meaningful information, while other reputable shops in the area offer similar diagnostics for around $80. I also found the owner's communication style to be unprofessional. Responses to negative reviews appear dismissive and confrontational rather than focused on resolving customer concerns (please see his responses to 1-star reviews below). Given this pattern, I anticipate my feedback may be disputed as well. This is his typical response to avoid accountability. I am also confident that his positive reviews are paid. However, I have retained all receipts and text message correspondence documenting my experience. Overall, I found the pricing, customer service, and business practices disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop and will be reporting my concerns to the appropriate consumer protection channels.

He made it clear I was not a priority despite multiple messages before deciding to buy all of the parts needed and fix it myself. I'll link a screenshot of just how much the owner cares about potential business. As to him "it's not his responsibility" to tell you why he won't respond despite running his business off a smartphone he probably carries everywhere. After multiple messages and no response I was fed up and messaged him letting him k ow I fixed the main issue I needed looked at and that the rest I purchased and will do myself. He immediately responded presumably because he knew I'd be writing a bad review at that point. Just remember, if you plan to go to a shop go to one that cares about his customers not puts on incorrect parts, steals bikes, and many more issues listed in previous reviews. Not even sure why i bothered with these guys in the first place and I'm glad I didn't let them touch my bike.
