I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Finding a new mechanic can be tricky and frustrating however they made the process so easy. I requested a diagnostic and of course my engine light was no longer on. He spent over an hour trying to find the problem and said he was available if it came up again. Sure enough it did the next day and he grabbed the part and fixed the issue. This is the first time I felt I got a great price, service and communication from a mechanic without feeling like I got duped once they left. I hope they know they are my go to service now. I highly recommend.

Initially, I was told I had to keep my vehicle there overnight, but I was unable to due to my schedule the next day. They were about to close in an hour and they didn't have the brake pads. I was scrambling to either borrow a car, see Lyft pricing, or reschedule my work for the next day but they expedited it and were able to get me out approximately 10 mins before close. I just got the brake pads because rotors/car maintenance are expensive in general and I didn't have the time. They were really nice and trying to be accommodating so I really appreciate that. I was stressing but they made it work.
