Update: finally got the hunk of wasted metal out of my garage, thought y'all would like to know…read more Still hate you Krug. If I could give zero stars, I would. It's been a couple years but I am still so salty over a car that they sold me threw a rod after three months of driving. You guys. I finally got my dream car (at the time) a Mazda Miata. It was perfect and boy did I feel like the cutest/coolest girl around. I drove that car as my daily driver, 5 miles to work and back a day. Not a far commute at all. Fast forward Christmas morning, my wonderful car of three months stopped running on the 275 loop. I even had my sweet little chihuahua with me, heading home for family Christmas. Do I sound basic yet? The only tow company open on Dec 25 towed me to a mechanic where I was told I threw a rod and had NO OIL in the car at all. Bone dry. Dryer than dry. This is where some people will say, well, that's your problem, you should've checked the oil. And I will politely agree that I could've been more proactive BUT I HAD JUST BOUGHT THE CAR. Krug got their money and I got a $5000 car loan for a car that doesn't work (and still doesn't work). Biiiiiiiiig lump of metal sitting in my garage. I called Krug and they didn't care, too much. After all, I did sign the dotted line so joke's on me. Not cool, guys.

I brought my 2023 Dodge Durango in twice within a month for a Uconnect issue. On the second visit,…read morethe dealership replaced both the main battery and the auxiliary battery, which is located in a sealed compartment under the passenger seat. When I got home, I checked their work and was shocked to find popcorn pieces inside the sealed compartment where the battery had just been installed. They also removed my dash and I am concerned what they may have left behind it. I immediately called the dealership to express my concern and dissatisfaction. The service manager flat-out denied any responsibility, claiming they didn't put it there and refusing to do anything about it. I pointed out that they should have inspected the area before installing the new parts, but he brushed it off with excuses and still refused to make it right. I don't know what is under the battery. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. If this is how they treat attention to detail and accountability, I won't be returning--and I'd strongly caution others to think twice before trusting their vehicle here. What if it was metal pieces and it caused a fire touching the battery.

He has your best interest at heart and I consider him a friend, man of character and high integrity. In fact, I just called him this morning as I am looking for another car. It all began 13 years ago when my father in law passed away and my wife's mother was looking to trade their conversion van in. When we headed out that morning to go vehicle shopping, she said, "I will not buy something today unless God hits me over the head with a sledge hammer." After going to a couple dealerships, we decided to try Voss Toyota and Floyd happened to be the man who greeted us. He showed us a vehicle they had just brought in and we took it for a drive. It was nice! We asked him what they were asking for the van... It was $6,000 less than the comparable vehicle we had just driven. My mother-in-law looked at me and said, "Did you just feel that sledge hammer?" Today, 13 years later, we are looking to trade it in. Thank you Lord for allowing us to run into Floyd!

I came here to a scheduled 9:00 AM appointment to have my transmission fluid and brake fluid changed as recommended from a previous visit. It's now two hours later, and I haven't been advised how much longer I will need to wait. Toyota in general used to be a very welcoming company when you brought your vehicle in for service. Often they had coffee, water, often snacks available while you waited for your vehicle. They usually offered a car wash too. I noticed this when my dad bought a Toyota in Mansfield OH and when I bought two Toyotas from two different dealers in the St Louis metro area. The Toyota customer experience is quite different now and I am beginning to wonder if I will ever buy another Toyota from a Toyota dealer. It feels like the customer isn't valued nearly as much. I don't know if this is a problem endemic of Toyota as a whole or just the individual dealerships. Somewhat recommend.

I did not know that she was a super saleswoman at that time. Once we pulled up to the building and parked she acknowledged us and just simply asked how we were doing. We proceeded inside to talk with her more in detail and talk about professional, no pressure, no running off to talk to a manager, or other nonsense a person usually goes through to look at cars- she was outstanding all the way through the process- The reason she has a Mark of Excellence Award. She went over and beyond, stayed with us long after her work day was to end, made sure we were all good, and sent us home in our new car!!! Would definitely recommend this business, very professionally run and maintained, and employees are outstanding. Thank you for the great experience. Did I mention we were there 7 1/2 hours?? Wonderful experience.

The vehicle had a cut driver's side seat belt. This a major safety concern. This could result in a serious injury or human death. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jeff Schmitt GMC unless you are guaranteed in writing that it is safe to drive. The vehicle I purchased is absolutely NOT safe to drive. The dealership wants me to pay another dealership to fix the one-year-old seatbelt, which was damaged upon its sale.
