Everything was going ok we chose a nude color for base and he started doing my nails I was already half way in like omg this doesn't look right but kept to myself cause I know they get upset about input so I was trusting the process.... I said im not upset with you I just do not like this shape and wanted to stop you before you continued and did something the other hand. He goes ok well we can just cut them off !!!! I'm like OK cause he could have just re filled and fixed but clearly I don't want this upset person continuing on my hands !!!! He violently started cutting off the nails so I can soak them. I mean violently cause he was cutting them so fast I was scared he would cut too short and I have a cut on my pinky which he BLAMED me for . saying I caused it when I filed the pinky to show him the shape LMFAO ( it's not a paper cut it's a deep cut that cause bleeding... He's kept talking loudly in Vietnamese to his coworkers so I raised my voice slightly still not trying to have the whole shop hear and I continued to say " I'm not upset with you over this so you don't need to act this way because I didn't like the shape !!!" He said loudly I don't care and walked off . I couldn't soak off cause of the cuts on both hands and when I got up to go to front and ask if there was an alternative to getting the nails off the lady said " You have to soak if it burn it's ok the feeling will go away "" HAHAHAHAHA REALLY! They look so much more natural to me. This look is more for getting length as opposed to volume. If you like the whole full strip look, you should go elsewhere. However those lashes are awful for your real lashes and need to be maintained differently. I come in for a touch up every three weeks and I have been so very happy with every appointment. It's $80 for the initial set and $50 for fills. The reason the price is so cheap is that she operates out of her garden apartment. Which is totally fine with me. She's super conveniently located and street parking directly in front is always available. If you arrive to your appointment early, it's best to wait in your car and check your phone, as there really isn't much in terms of a waiting room. She's in the garden unit to the side of the house (so don't go to the front door). Let's get her all booked up so she can rent out a proper studio, however I am totally fine with going to her place if it means I only have to pay $50 every three weeks for perfect lashes!
