The salt and pepper chicken and the string beans are loaded with umami. I have also tried General Tsos chicken à la carte, since they usually don't have it on buffet, it was the best I think I've ever had. The service is hard working but sometimes when the restaurant is fully seated it may be a bit slow. Though I've only seen that on Christmas Eve. The ambience is better when the bar is closed but more or less what you'd expect from a busy Chinese restaurant.
