The glass was frozen- you gotta love a beer in a frozen glass, always so much better! We ordered our pizzas and our breadsticks and the breadsticks came out first as an appetizer should. They were very good but possibly a bit too cheesy. They were stuffed with cheese. I would probably get them again. The marinara dip they came with had no extra fee, we live on the extreme southern end of the state and often places down our way will charge an extra $2 or $3 dollars more for a dip cup. Northern Maine never stops surprising me! The pizzas were delivered to our table just as we finished our breadsticks-perfect timing! The pizza was really good. The dough tasted fresh, it was thin with a slight crunch. The sauce was tangy, like a Greek style pizza sauce. The toppings were just the right amount. The App tells you when your order is completed. When you go and pick up, they tell you it's not ready, they haven't even started building your order. I sense some trickery to boost their online stats. When ordering via app, give yourself an extra 15min before picking up. Just my experience, I'm sure I'm not the only one when there's 6 other people waiting.

Today that wasn't the case. My order was ready when I got there. I did a quick glance inside the bag and noticed that 2 cookies were missing. I addressed this with staff and the staff said "oh we are out of those cookies". I asked for a refund and she said she couldn't refund just the cookies. A person standing in the store suggested I just take a bag of chips. I took the sandwiches and chips and drove 20 minutes home to realize that they made both of my sandwiches incorrectly. The turkey had what was supposed to be on the steak and cheese and vise versa ..the cheese, veggies and mayo vs mustard. I drove back to subway (20 minutes) and asked for a refund. The person running the cash register yelled for another lady to come help me. She was sitting at a table and came to refund me wearing her pajama pants and tshirt. As I explained, I didn't bring the cookies back that I was charged for, because I never got cookies, I noticed the 2 staff making sandwiches acted like they thought this whole thing was pretty funny. I asked for a comp sandwich for my troubles and finally just left. I won't be back. Terrible service.

There are so many options and flavors for coffees! I got the cinnamon bun iced coffee and boy was it delicious. The pastries and donuts were too hard to choose from. No this isn't a restaurant where you'd get an outstanding meal from a master chef, it's fast food and it does a fantastic job at it! The prices are fair, and with the consistency it has a much better value. They don't skimp on stuff either such as toppings or sauce packets, food is handed over nice and hot, the foods cooked well or recooked well lol, and hopefully that never changes! It's definitely worth going here unless you absolutely hate fast food. It's saves us time so we can get home on whatever night we decide to go, no dishes, want a cheap meal, and we don't have to cook! I almost forgot to mention the corned beef Reuben! Nope not as good as some I've had in my life, but nowhere can I get a Reuben in a drive through. This seriously makes me so happy since Reuben's have been my favorite sandwich since I was little. I never really got them since they can be quite expensive in a restaurant meal. Here I can get one and it fills that hole in my stomach just fine! I hope they never remove this as this is something very unique and wonderful. Super happy to have this Arby's near us and grateful for all of the people who work here and who run it.
