The place was cute, I had never been to a Pat's pizza and upon entering I was not expecting table service, but there was! (We were in the area visiting family). We were promptly seated and presented with menus. They have a full bar. I got a michelob ultra and was offered bottle or draft. I've watched too much of the show Bar Rescue to know a lot of establishments don't clean their draft lines, so I opted for a bottle with a glass. The glass was frozen- you gotta love a beer in a frozen glass, always so much better! We ordered our pizzas and our breadsticks and the breadsticks came out first as an appetizer should. They were very good but possibly a bit too cheesy. They were stuffed with cheese. I would probably get them again. The marinara dip they came with had no extra fee, we live on the extreme southern end of the state and often places down our way will charge an extra $2 or $3 dollars more for a dip cup. Northern Maine never stops surprising me! The pizzas were delivered to our table just as we finished our breadsticks-perfect timing! The pizza was really good. The dough tasted fresh, it was thin with a slight crunch. The sauce was tangy, like a Greek style pizza sauce. The toppings were just the right amount. We stop there frequently. Food is always good, staff are always friendly. We eat there a couple times a month.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Incredibly rude staff and completely dismissive when I tried to return a $42 order that was so greasy it was inedible, falling apart, and all around disgusting. My partner and I tried one slice each, which is just trying it, but they refused a refund because it was "unfair" and claimed we had eaten "half" of it. They eventually offered to remake the pizza, but only as a small as if to punish us for not enjoying their food. The replacement was just as gross. No surprise they're looking for new cooks. Clearly something needs to change in that kitchen. Hopefully they take the same approach with the rest of the staff, because the attitude was just as bad as the food. read more

Arrived as soon as they opened the door. Sat at the bar, ordered chicken philly w/fries and a drink. Delicious!! Only thing holding this place back is probably the size. Kitchen and bar were small but they sure made the most of every square inch. When I left there were a couple people waiting for tables. Next time in Presque Isle, I'll be back for more. What happened, guys? In the summer, you had this working like a well-oiled machine, and now, you're the place to go when everywhere else except fast food is closed. The last few orders from there have not arrived (curb side) on time at all. This time it was TWENTY MINUTES late on top of an hour wait. And they still messed up the order. Then when we got our food, it was sadly obvious it had been sitting for too long. It wasn't fresh anymore. Oh and we were the only one waiting for curbside at the time, and the parking lot was pretty empty. The last time, we had to go in to remind them of our order, and we got yelled at for coming in and not waiting in the car. But we had been waiting ages and our repeated calls in weren't being answered--again food had sat and wasn't even fresh anymore. PI Pat's, you were the best of your franchise for consistency, and that's gone now. I know you'll always have your diehard fans, but even as a last resort food grab, it's just not worth it anymore. I've been here several times and found the experiences to be consistent. Service is between good and meh. It's always been slow in my experience, but Sometimes it is too inattentive. Pizza is excellent and decent prices. If you're from out of state and have had actual Mexican food, don't order the "Mexican" food listed on this menu. You will be disappointed. Quite possibly the coldest beer in town, so just for that I would keep coming. read more

This used to be the best pizza place in town. Now you can't even get takeout... When you do manage to get a table, your food is half the quality it used to be. They refuse to sauce bone in wings, cuz it might "destroy the breading" Literally, the only reason to go here is the the dill sauce... I'm surprised it's still available to be honest. I have been coming here for the last four years. I was looking for a lobster roll and they had one on their menu. It is an excellent lobster roll and the price is by far the best in Maine. You can double up the meat and it is still a great value. I also love the fries with poutine. I have had pizza on a few occasions and it is very good. Check out their daily specials. You will also never be disappointed with the service. It has remained consistent - they are always friendly and prompt. read more

I'm a fan of the Farnsworth dining empire, aka, Pat's Pizza. The Yarmouth location (one of 13 criss-crossing the state) was a regular stop for the Baumer clan during Mark's Greely hockey years. In fact, this was a regular waystation for Greely parents post-game during the early 2000s. The Orono Pat's (the original) is a favorite of mine and just about anyone who ever attended the University of Maine. Being in Presque Isle on a Monday night doesn't afford numerous dining options. I was staying downtown and had already had two drinks at the hotel bar so I decided to forgo driving up toward the Aroostook Centre Mall area, which is mainly chain restaurants anyways. Google Maps indicated Pat's was about a mile walk from my hotel, and even though it was nippy (20s and spitting snow), the walk felt good after my 5-hour drive and afternoon presentation. The PI Pat's was a disappointment. The food was fine. I had the chicken parm w/ a house salad. The service was slow. There was one waitress taking care of a slow night in the restaurant area as well as tending bar and serving patrons like me who were eating and drinking. Compared to the other Pat's I mentioned (as well as the Scarborough location), the one in Presque Isle, located in a nondescript strip mall is pretty generic restaurant decor. This Pat's fit the bill but I don't intend visiting this location again when I return in the future. read more

Pat's is a great spot for reliable American food with also Americanized Mexican. Everything I have ordered has been good. The pizza was thin crust, crispy and tasty with fresh vegetables. I have also ordered the fajita wrap before and it's super tasty and fresh. You seat yourself and service is friendly and quick. I haven't heard any complaints about the food yet no matter what people have ordered. I highly reccomend this place if you're in town. read more

If i could have given no stars i would have. I ordered chicken parm wedge waited 20 min and was served smaller then chicken nugget sized pieces of chicken the width of a hot dog on a wege roll with sauce and cheese. I literally thought they forgot the chicken. When i called the waiter over and asked about it she said yes they take one chicken patty and cut it up in sandwich when i said it wasnt acceptable she took it and said ok and stormed off never offered for me to order something else or anything. When she dropped the check she came to corner of table and slid it by my friend and said nothing. This was unbelievable to me so when we paid and asked what her name was we were told she was the owner jasmin which makes it even worse... bad food and bad service.. read more

Quality and consistency has gone way downhill. I was just quoted a 20 minute wait and after sitting in the parking lot for over an hour waiting for food that never arrived, had to cancel the order due to other obligations. Great place for a family meal, they have an area separate from the bar area in back. The pizza is some of the best in town and I can also recommend the cheese breadsticks and nachos. The wait staff is very attentive and the prices are reasonable. read more

Went here for lunch my first day in PI! I thought the prices were a little steep for the small size individual pizzas but they were delicious. I was expecting just a window where they throw out your order but it is actually sit down with waiter service. Our waitress was very polite and efficient. The place was clean and cute. It was close to the Nordic Jr. Olympics so their menus had the other restaurants in town, as well as the schedule so we could avoid the crowds. read more

I have family in Caribou, and when I go up to visit this is the place to go for pizza. I live in NY, so my expectations are high for good pizza. This is by far the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is flaky and thing which is great, the sauce is very zesty. The only downside to this place is you only have one free refill on the fountain drinks which is in very fine print on the menu. read more

Yelp has the wrong address for Pats Pizza. You will end up in a trailer park dead end. But once we found location. Pizza was awesome!

I ordered a chicken parm sub and it had less meat than a hot dog on it and it was on a large sub bun. I also ordered a large buffalo wings and got 3 drumettes and 11 very fatty two bone pieces. Fortunately they make the best pizza I've ever had, but I will never order another sub from there again. Massively disappointed with my meal tonight. read more

I ordered Chicken Parmesan to be delivered to the Hampton Hotel. The chicken was about the size of a deck of cards, The pasta, angel hair, was cooked to where it was about the consistency of Elmer's glue. The whole thing tasted like the plastic it was wrapped in. Finally there were no utensils included. I have never received a dinner wrapped in plastic. I think the condensation and the smell of the plastic ruined it. Maybe they should use aluminum foil. Pizza was good. My wife ordered chicken fajitas and the chicken looked about a week old. Was about as dry as a rock as well. No way to really know how fresh the food really is. Not sure I'll be coming back again. read more

Pat's is one of the best casual dining options in Presque Isle with a nice relaxing atmosphere that is ideal for bringing the whole family. They also have a small bar area with TVs that is ideal for watching a game although it fills up quickly. With several different comfort food options and reliable pizza, there's always something there for everyone. read more

If I could give a minus rating I would. Customer service on a simple delivery less than 1 mile away was ridiculously below acceptable. They never placed order. Left me on hold ( simply put phone on the counter) for 15 mins with laughter in the background. DO NOT order delivery from them. Ever! read more
