Bar Tender did it justice and was awesome. Now the Mac & Cheese Bites.... Really their recipe or something from the box and just fried? Too much alike but they were good none the less. Ordered the Pizza to go which was a good idea since the Old Fashioned was hitting a little harder than expected. Pizza was not near as good as I expected. Sorry to say it but this is weak. A bunch of precut veggies, sauce that needs a kick in the ass and a crust that is potentially preformed? C'Mon Man! It's easy food and not a handmade pie. Might be good for Maine but .... Yeah. We were promptly seated and presented with menus. They have a full bar. I got a michelob ultra and was offered bottle or draft. I've watched too much of the show Bar Rescue to know a lot of establishments don't clean their draft lines, so I opted for a bottle with a glass. The glass was frozen- you gotta love a beer in a frozen glass, always so much better! We ordered our pizzas and our breadsticks and the breadsticks came out first as an appetizer should. They were very good but possibly a bit too cheesy. They were stuffed with cheese. I would probably get them again. The marinara dip they came with had no extra fee, we live on the extreme southern end of the state and often places down our way will charge an extra $2 or $3 dollars more for a dip cup. Northern Maine never stops surprising me! The pizzas were delivered to our table just as we finished our breadsticks-perfect timing! The pizza was really good. The dough tasted fresh, it was thin with a slight crunch. The sauce was tangy, like a Greek style pizza sauce. The toppings were just the right amount. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely go back. Thank you to my husband's cousin for recommending this place- the locals def know where to go!

This Subway location in Presque isle is manipulating their online orders. Many times, in my…read moreexperience, you order a sandwich or salad and it's not ready. The App tells you when your order is completed. When you go and pick up, they tell you it's not ready, they haven't even started building your order. Just my experience, I'm sure I'm not the only one when there's 6 other people waiting.

Today was probably the 4-5 time I've ordered on line from the Presque Isle Subway. As others have…read morecommented, the order usually isn't done when you arrive to pick up your order. Today that wasn't the case. My order was ready when I got there. I did a quick glance inside the bag and noticed that 2 cookies were missing. I addressed this with staff and the staff said "oh we are out of those cookies". I asked for a refund and she said she couldn't refund just the cookies. A person standing in the store suggested I just take a bag of chips. I took the sandwiches and chips and drove 20 minutes home to realize that they made both of my sandwiches incorrectly. The turkey had what was supposed to be on the steak and cheese and vise versa ..the cheese, veggies and mayo vs mustard. I drove back to subway (20 minutes) and asked for a refund. The person running the cash register yelled for another lady to come help me. She was sitting at a table and came to refund me wearing her pajama pants and tshirt. As I explained, I didn't bring the cookies back that I was charged for, because I never got cookies, I noticed the 2 staff making sandwiches acted like they thought this whole thing was pretty funny. I asked for a comp sandwich for my troubles and finally just left. I won't be back. Terrible service.

Their prices are really great, and I've never been disappointed when we go with whatever we get. Their service is phenomenal, and they're always very kind and pleasant. We've never been inside so can't speak on the cleanliness or any of that inside. They have the 2/$7 deal and it's freaking wonderful! They change it often enough that it doesn't get sickening, and at the same time I really hope they do it with the chicken nuggets again because those were the best nuggets I've had from a fast food place ever! The size of them were great and the meat wasn't that ground up nasty chicken. Their Buffalo chicken sandwich is never lacking with sauce or the chicken patty. The shakes are a definite must try, really love the new one (caramel cinnamon) but my fave will always be the Jamocha. Speaking of drinks their strawberry lemonade is also good. Never really got into lemonade all of my life but I've made sure to order that drink plenty. The strawberries and cream fried pie is a good one to have if you eat it right away, definitely best eaten warm. The gyro is a thumbs up for taste and all. Definitely not as filling as other sandwiches though. The sliders are a great little bit to pick up if you're wanting something but don't want to spend a ton, good snack or mini lunch. We like to get two sliders each and a small shake each when we really want something but trying to save. Sometimes you just want that kind of food hahahaha! Oh the Diablo fries too! They put it so neatly topped, but I shook the container before opening it and it got all the yummy toppings mixed well within it. Those were super delicious and only $2.99 The people who work here are amazing too, props to all of them! We've been there every single week since moving here and they're seriously always so kind, fast, and pleasant. Even the workers are very consistent with how they treat customers and how they put together the food! No this isn't a restaurant where you'd get an outstanding meal from a master chef, it's fast food and it does a fantastic job at it! The prices are fair, and with the consistency it has a much better value. They don't skimp on stuff either such as toppings or sauce packets, food is handed over nice and hot, the foods cooked well or recooked well lol, and hopefully that never changes! It's definitely worth going here unless you absolutely hate fast food. It's saves us time so we can get home on whatever night we decide to go, no dishes, want a cheap meal, and we don't have to cook! I almost forgot to mention the corned beef Reuben! Nope not as good as some I've had in my life, but nowhere can I get a Reuben in a drive through. This seriously makes me so happy since Reuben's have been my favorite sandwich since I was little. I never really got them since they can be quite expensive in a restaurant meal. Here I can get one and it fills that hole in my stomach just fine! I hope they never remove this as this is something very unique and wonderful. Super happy to have this Arby's near us and grateful for all of the people who work here and who run it.
